Abstract
【解決手段】エネルギーマネジメントシステムは、各住戸に設置される宅内設備Aと宅外の携帯端末PTとをインターネットNTを介してセンタ装置SVに接続して構成され、宅内設備Aは、分岐電路毎の電気使用量を演算する演算部3aを有するエネルギーマネジメントユニット3を備えている。携帯端末PTが、分岐電路毎の現在の電気使用量を表示する表示画面の要求をセンタ装置SVに送信すると、センタ装置SVでは、エネルギーマネジメントユニット3から分岐電路毎の現在の電気使用量を含む情報を取得するとともに、この情報に基づいてウェブページを作成し、作成したウェブページを携帯端末PTに送信する。そして、携帯端末PTにおいて送信されたウェブページを表示画面に表示することで分岐電路毎の現在の電気使用量が確認できる。

Claims (4)
- 各住戸に設けられた宅内設備と宅外の端末装置とがネットワークを介してサーバに接続され、前記宅内設備は、主幹ブレーカの二次側から分岐した分岐電路にそれぞれ設けられた複数の分岐ブレーカに流れる電流を、分岐ブレーカ毎に計測する電流計測部を具備した電流計測ユニットと、前記電流計測部の計測結果に基づいて分岐ブレーカ毎の使用電力量を演算する使用電力量演算部、および、当該使用電力量演算部の演算結果に基づいて分岐ブレーカ毎の電気使用量を含む各種の電気使用量の情報を生成する制御部を具備したエネルギーマネジメントユニットと、当該エネルギーマネジメントユニットとの間で情報を授受し、操作入力に応じて各種の電気使用量の情報を表示する表示装置と、ネットワークを介して前記サーバに接続するためのネットワーク接続部とを備え、前記サーバは、分岐ブレーカ毎の現在の電気使用量を含む情報を前記エネルギーマネジメントユニットから取得して当該情報を前記端末装置に送信し、前記端末装置は、受信した前記情報を表示手段に表示させることを特徴とするエネルギーマネジメントシステム。
- 前記サーバは、前記複数の分岐ブレーカより予め選択した分岐ブレーカの現在の電気使用量を含む情報を前記端末装置に送信し、前記端末装置は、受信した前記情報を前記表示手段に表示させることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエネルギーマネジメントシステム。
- 前記分岐電路毎に、当該分岐電路にそれぞれ接続される電気機器が電気使用状態か否かを判別するための閾値を設定する閾値設定手段を備え、前記制御部は、当該閾値設定手段により設定された閾値と、前記使用電力量演算部の演算結果との大小を比較することによって、前記電気機器が電気使用状態か否かを判別することを特徴とする請求項1又は2の何れか1項に記載のエネルギーマネジメントシステム。
- 前記端末装置は、前記表示手段に前記情報を表示させた状態において、前記予め選択した分岐ブレーカに接続した電気機器を一括してオフするためのオフ操作ボタンを前記表示手段に表示させ、当該オフ操作ボタンの操作に応じて前記電気機器を一括してオフする制御信号を前記宅内設備に送信することを特徴とする請求項2記載のエネルギーマネジメントシステム。
