Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a proofer (fermenter) used in a bread manufacturing process.
In the bread manufacturing process, the dough is divided and rounded, fermented, degassed, panned through a series of processes such as panning, and then baked. In order to promote fermentation and stabilize the dough structure, the proofer passes the dough divided and rounded through a proofer chamber, which is placed on a conveyor and maintained at a constant temperature, over a certain period of time.
In general, a dough conveyor provided in a proofer has a large number of dough holding members set between a pair of endless metal chains separated in parallel to each other, and a basket for placing the dough is attached to the dough holding member. It was a composition.
In order to solve such a problem, the present applicant has proposed a proofer using a resin belt instead of a metal chain. (Patent Document 1)
In the proofer using this belt, in the portion where the belt runs horizontally, a rail is provided in parallel with the belt so that the mass of the fabric holding member for holding the fabric is supported by the rail. Has been. However, in the portion where the belt travels in the vertical direction, a rail for supporting such mass cannot be provided, and the mass of the fabric holding member is directly applied to the belt formed of synthetic resin. . For this reason, there existed problems, such as a belt deform | transforming. An object of the present invention is to solve such problems.

That is, the present invention
An endless base portion (indicated by reference numeral 18-1 in the description of the embodiment of the present invention described below) and a number of tooth portions provided at predetermined intervals in the length direction of the base portion ( 18-2) and a pair of resin endless toothed belts (18) set in parallel with each other,
A resin toothed pulley (22) on which the endless toothed belt (18) is hung;
A fabric holding member (24) set to extend in a direction orthogonal to the fabric conveying direction between the pair of endless belts;
Connection means (in the embodiment, constituted by a
A resin roller (46) rotatably mounted around the connecting means;
A rail (64) provided along a horizontal path of the endless toothed belt (18) and supporting the roller (46);
Each connection means
A through hole (42) penetrating a tooth portion of the endless toothed belt corresponding to both ends of each fabric holding member, and an outer end opening opposite to the inner end opening on the fabric holding member (24) side A through hole (42) having:
A metal shaft (44) passed through the through-hole, having a diameter substantially the same as the through-hole (42) and positioned in the through-hole, and the through-hole (42) A shaft (44) having a large-diameter portion (48) integrally formed coaxially with the small-diameter portion (47) on the outer end opening side of) and connected to the fabric holding member (24) When,
A fastening member (50) attached to an outer end portion of the small diameter portion extending from the outer end opening of the through hole (42) so as to be displaceable in the axial direction thereof, the fastening member (50), and the endless The outer reinforcing plate (19) sandwiched between the outer side surface (18-3) of the toothed belt (18), the outer end surface (48-1) of the large-diameter portion (48) of the shaft, and the endless An inner reinforcing plate (21) sandwiched between the inner side surface (18-4) of the toothed belt and fixing the fastening member (50) at a required position on the shaft (44). Thus, the endless belt (18) is sandwiched between the fastening member (50) and the outer end surface (48-1) of the large diameter portion (48) of the shaft (44). A bread dough conveying apparatus is provided.
In this bread transport device, the endless toothed belt travels in the vertical direction, the mass of the dough holding member is not supported by the rail, and the mass is directly applied to the endless toothed belt via the shaft, Even when a force that tilts the shaft with respect to the endless toothed belt is applied, the force includes a fastening member that is fixed to a required position of the shaft, an outer end surface of the large-diameter portion of the shaft, Interaction with the outer and inner reinforcing plates between them and the side surfaces of the endless toothed belt is received by the side surfaces of the endless toothed belt through the inner and outer reinforcing plates. For this reason, the deformation | transformation of the endless toothed belt which may arise when there is no fastening member, a large diameter part, an outer side, and an inner side reinforcement board which perform such an effect | action can be suppressed.
Specifically, a nut (50) in which a male screw is formed in a small diameter portion of the shaft extending outward from the outer end opening of the through hole of the endless toothed belt, and the fastening member is screwed to the male screw. It can be.
The inner and outer reinforcing plates (19, 21) are side surfaces of the tooth portion (18-1) through which the shaft (44) is passed and the portion of the base portion (18-1) corresponding to the tooth portion. It is possible to have a surface in contact with.
By increasing the contact surface of the inner and outer reinforcing plates with the side surfaces of the endless belt and dispersing the force applied to the belt, the deformation can be minimized.
Furthermore, it has a connection hole (52) extending from the inner end surface (48-1) of the large diameter portion (48) of the shaft (44) to the outside in the width direction inside the large diameter portion,
The dough holding member (24) is inserted into both ends of the dough holding member (24) so that it can be pulled out into the connecting hole (52), and connects the dough holding member (24) to the large diameter portion (48) of the shaft (44). (60) can be provided.
The dough holding member can be easily attached to and detached from the endless toothed belt by inserting and removing the connection pins.
More specifically, the rail (64) includes a metal rail body (66) and a resin roller engaging member (68) attached to the rail body and supporting the roller. it can.
Further, the roller (46) has flanges (70) having inclined surfaces extending in directions away from the surface of the roller at both ends, and the roller engaging member (68) of the rail extends from the surface of the roller. It can be engaged with the inclined surface of the flange (70) at a distant position.
By doing so, the roller is surely engaged with the rail, and the endless toothed belt can be moved stably.
Furthermore, when it is applied to the toothed pulley (22) in a state where the cloth holding member (24) is not connected to the endless toothed belt (18), extending along the rail outside the rail (64). And an auxiliary rail (72) for engaging and supporting a portion of the endless toothed belt (18) located outside the rail (64).
That is, when setting the endless dough conveyor in the proofer, first hang the left and right endless toothed belts on each toothed pulley, and then connect the dough holding member to both endless toothed belts. The rail makes it possible to handle the endless toothed belt stably.
More specifically, it has frames of the proofer located on both sides of the endless dough conveyor, and the toothed pulley is rotatably supported by a cantilevered shaft extending from the frame toward the endless dough conveyor. You can make it.
By doing this, if the fabric holding member is removed from the endless toothed belt, the space between the endless toothed belts is free of obstacles, allowing workers to enter the interior and perform cleaning work, etc. It is.
More specifically,
Of the toothed pulleys, at least two toothed pulley pairs of a pair of toothed pulleys that are paired to be opposed to each other on the left and right sides of the endless dough conveyor are configured as driving toothed pulleys,
Each drive toothed pulley is drivingly connected to a separate induction motor,
The induction motor can be supplied with driving power by a single inverter.
In this case, for example, the induction motors provided at two locations operate in synchronization with each other and share the entire load of the endless dough conveyor. For this reason, the driving force (and hence the tension) of the endless toothed belt can be reduced to half or less as compared with the case where a single motor is used. In other words, the allowable tension of the belt is smaller than that of the chain, but by using a plurality of motors, the motor capacity of the endless dough conveying conveyor as a whole is large, but the tension applied to the belt is smaller than the allowable tension. By using this, it is possible to achieve a transporting power comparable to that of an endless chain conveyor.
Also,
Among the toothed pulleys, at least one toothed pulley pair of the toothed pulleys that are paired at positions opposite to each other on the left and right of the endless dough conveyor is connected to the endless toothed pulleys related to the toothed pulley pair. Without take-up pulley that can be displaced according to the tension of the belt,
An abnormal tension detection sensor for notifying that an abnormal tension has occurred in the endless toothed belt when the displacement of the take-up pulley is detected and there is a predetermined displacement or more can be provided.
Also,
If the teeth of the endless toothed belt are misaligned with the teeth of the toothed pulley and the teeth of the toothed pulley are lifted, the endless toothed belt may be broken. A detection switch for detecting a certain thing can be provided.
That is, the endless toothed belt has the advantages as described above as compared with the case where a chain is used. For this reason, it is very important to foresee such breaks. When breakage occurs due to the life, "elongation" always occurs in the portion where the breakage occurs, and the interdental distance in that portion increases. For this reason, in the portion where such “elongation” occurs, the meshing with the teeth of the toothed pulley is shifted, and the teeth of the toothed pulley are run up. The switch detects this and predicts breakage.
The present invention further provides a proofer provided with the above-described dough conveying apparatus.
DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments of a proofer according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, a
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The endless
As shown in FIG. 1, the

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the

In FIG. 4,
Under the endless
In the toothed pulley shown in FIG. 1, the toothed pulley 22-1 is a take-up pulley that can be displaced by the tension of the endless

As a means for predicting the life of the endless toothed belt, there is a means as shown in FIG. That is, in this means, a
As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, this invention is not limited to this, A various change is possible in the range which does not deviate from the meaning of this invention. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the reinforcing
