Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a liquefied fuel gas supply apparatus, and more particularly to a liquefied fuel gas supply apparatus suitable for a gas supply apparatus that is required to suppress a gas composition variation within a certain range, such as city gas.
In recent years, LNG (liquefied natural gas) has been widely used as a fuel for industrial and household use and a raw material for power generation, and has attracted attention as an energy that contributes to the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions. As city gas raw materials, LNG transported by tankers and tank trucks is temporarily stored in the LNG storage tank of the receiving base, and then gasified by a vaporizer and supplied to consumers through a conduit network and dedicated piping.
In such an LNG vaporization supply system, there is a problem that the composition of the product gas varies at the start of the vaporizer due to the difference in the boiling points of the hydrocarbons contained in the LNG, and the calorific value of the supply gas varies accordingly. . For this reason, various techniques for stabilizing the calorific value of the supply gas have been proposed. As an improvement of the vaporizer itself, a technique for purging LPG from a purge line when the LNG vaporizer is stopped has been proposed (for example, Patent Document 1).
As a method using an adsorbent, a technique has been proposed in which an adsorbent packed tower filled with activated carbon is provided on the downstream side of the vaporizer to suppress the amount of heat generated (for example, Patent Document 2). FIG. 11 shows a conventional fuel
However, in the conventional calorific value adjustment method using an adsorbent, the amount of gas adsorbed per packed column volume is limited because the adsorbent adsorbed amount is limited. For this reason, when high heat generation stabilization such as city gas supply is required, it is necessary to increase the amount of adsorbent filling, increasing the capacity of the packed tower, and complicating construction work and installation work. There is a problem that cannot be avoided.
The present invention is for solving such problems, and in a liquefied fuel gas supply device that vaporizes and supplies liquefied fuel gas, the composition fluctuation at the time of startup is below a certain range without using an adsorbent. The present invention provides a liquefied fuel gas supply device that can be supplied while being suppressed. The gist of the present invention is as follows. That is, the fuel gas supply apparatus according to the present invention is
(1) A fuel gas supply device for vaporizing and supplying a liquefied fuel gas containing a plurality of components, comprising a vaporizer and gas composition fluctuation suppressing means downstream of the vaporizer, the gas composition fluctuation suppressing means Comprises a main pipe and a bypass pipe that branches off from the main pipe and joins at the junction, and at least when the carburetor is started, the flow rate ratio of the fuel gas flowing through the main pipe and the bypass pipe is 1: 1. Regarding the gas composition hunting that occurs when the carburetor starts up, the hunting component of the fuel gas distributed to the main pipe side passes through the merging point, and then the hunting component of the fuel gas distributed to the bypass pipe side joins It is characterized by being comprised so that it may reach | attain.
In the present invention, “gas composition hunting” refers to a composition variation from the time of starting the vaporizer (unsteady state) to the gas composition in an equilibrium state. The cause of the occurrence of hunting is considered as follows. Taking LNG as an example of the liquefied fuel gas, normally, a relatively high temperature gas (about −30 ° C.) remains in the vaporizer before starting. When the start valve is opened, LNG in the LNG storage tank flows into the lower manifold of the carburetor, and vaporizes in contact with the relatively high temperature residual gas remaining on the pipe surface. In this case, of the hydrocarbons contained in LNG, the methane component (boiling point-161 ° C.) having a low boiling point temperature evaporates preferentially. For this reason, in the unsteady state at the time of start-up, the gas emitted from the vaporizer becomes a low calorific value gas with a large amount of methane components, and becomes a standard calorific value in a steady state with time.
FIG. 7 is a diagram conceptually illustrating the operation of the present invention, taking the amount of heat generation as an example. 2A and 2B, the fuel gas (flow rate ratio Rf) flowing through the main pipe and the bypass pipe has an arrival time difference τ at the downstream position D of the junction. It shows the time transition of each gas calorific value fluctuation when it is assumed that it passes independently. In practice, since both are mixed at the above flow rate ratio, the hunting amplitude is suppressed as shown in FIG. The suppression rate Rq (= ΔQ ′ / ΔQ) in this case is a function of the hunting duration (Δt), Rf and τ, but is always in the range of 1 ≧ Rq ≧ 1/2. Here, when Δt is considered as a fixed value determined by the vaporizer capability, the gas composition fluctuation suppressing means may be set so as to be a combination of Rf and τ having a minimum amplitude.
FIG. 8 shows the amplitude suppression effect when the flow rate ratio Rf = 1 and τ = Δt. As can be seen from the figure, when Rf = 1 and τ ≧ Δt, Rq = 1/2 is always obtained.
(2) In the present invention, as the gas composition fluctuation suppressing means, one in which the difference in volume in the pipe between the main pipe and the bypass pipe is set as follows can be used.
If the difference in volume between both pipes is ΔV, the total gas flow rate is F, and the hunting duration is Δt,
ΔV ≧ F · Δt When the equation (1) is set, the hunting component of the gas distributed to the bypass piping side after the hunting component of the gas distributed to the main piping side passes through the merge point is You will reach the confluence. In this case, if the main pipe and the bypass pipe have the same diameter (cross-sectional area S), the pipe extension difference Δλ is ΔV = Δλ · S.
Δλ ≧ F · Δt / S... The pipe extension difference may be set so as to satisfy the equation (2).
Further, as the gas composition fluctuation suppressing means, (3) a flow rate adjusting valve provided on the main pipe side or (4) an orifice provided on the main pipe side may be used.
By appropriately combining these (2) to (4), the flow ratio of the main pipe and the bypass pipe is distributed to 1: 1, and the hunting component that has flowed on the main pipe side flows on the bypass pipe side after reaching the confluence. Hunting components can reach the confluence.
In particular, since all piping can be embedded by using an orifice, it contributes to a reduction in maintenance costs.
(5) In each of the above inventions, the volume difference in the pipe is configured based on a hunting duration determined by any one or more of the start speed, start pressure, and heat exchange amount of the vaporizer. .
As described above, the hunting amplitude and duration are related to the liquefied fuel vaporizer inflow characteristics and the heat exchange characteristics of the carburetor itself at start-up. That is, the hunting duration (Δt) is expressed as a function of the start-up speed (Fs), start-up pressure (PL), or heat exchange amount of the vaporizer. Here, the “heat exchange amount” is an amount determined by a heat exchange area, a temperature difference, a heat transfer coefficient, and the like.
FIG. 9 is measured data showing the hunting characteristics when the starting speed is changed.
FIG. 5A shows hunting characteristics when the starting speed is changed under the conditions of the vaporizer internal temperature of −30 ° C. and the starting pressure of 3.7 MPa. FIG. 4A shows data when Fs = 30 t / h, and FIG. 4B shows data when Fs ′ = 7 t / h. It can be seen that Δtf = 86 seconds and Δtf ′ = 230 seconds, and (b) has about three times the duration and fluctuation range compared to (a). In the figure, for convenience, two pieces of data are continuously displayed side by side, and the horizontal axis is shown for comparison of hunting continuation times (the same applies to FIG. 10).
FIG. 10 is actual measurement data showing the hunting characteristics when the starting pressure is changed. The figure (a) is data when starting pressure PL = 3.97 MPa and the figure (b) is PL = 1.8 MPa. It can be seen that Δtp = 127 seconds and Δtp ′ = 277 seconds, and (b) has a duration and a fluctuation range approximately 2.2 times that of (a).
From these measured data, the fluctuation range can be reduced by providing a volume difference in the pipe according to the required starting speed and starting pressure.
(6) Each of the above inventions is characterized by comprising a plurality of gas composition fluctuation suppressing means for suppressing gas composition hunting after passing through the confluence within a desired range.
As described above, the gas composition fluctuation can be reduced to ½ by passing the gas composition fluctuation suppressing means through one stage. Furthermore, when it is desired to suppress the fluctuation range below this, by providing a plurality of stages of gas composition fluctuation suppression means, the fluctuation range can be reduced by 1/2 for each stage. Therefore, it is sufficient to provide the required number of gas composition fluctuation suppressing means in accordance with the target fluctuation range.
(7) In each of the above inventions, the liquefied fuel gas is LNG mainly composed of methane, and the fuel gas is city gas.
Currently, city gas nationwide is classified into 14 types of gas groups based on the Wobbe index and burning rate index, and city gas companies can supply city gas of the specified gas type to consumers in the supply area. As required by the Gas Business Law. For example, for 13A city gas mainly composed of CH4, it is determined that 52.7 ≦ WI ≦ 57.8 and 35 ≦ MCP ≦ 47. Here, the Wobbe index (WI) is represented by a numerical value (WI = H / √s) obtained by dividing the calorific value H (MJ / m3) of the gas by the square root of the specific gravity s of the gas with respect to the air. It is an indicator of The combustion rate index (MCP) is expressed as a function of the combustion rate of each combustible gas in the city gas. Details are given in the Gas Business Law and are omitted here. Therefore, by controlling the WI and MCP of the mixed gas after passing through the gas composition fluctuation suppressing means according to the present invention within the range of the 13A city gas, the city gas 13A equipment can be burned well in the supply area.
(8) The fuel gas supply device further includes an odorant addition device between the vaporizer and the gas composition fluctuation suppressing means, and the gas composition fluctuation suppressing means has an odor in the fuel gas generated at startup. Concentration hunting is also configured to be able to be suppressed within a predetermined range.
According to the present invention, it is possible to suppress the composition variation at the time of starting the vaporizer with a simple configuration.
In addition, since the adsorbent packed tower is not required, the initial cost can be greatly reduced, and the pressure loss can be reduced, so that the delivery equipment can be downsized.
Further, since the bypass pipe portion can be buried underground, there is an effect that maintenance cost can be reduced.
Further, since there is no operation part such as an automatic valve, there is no failure part, and there is an effect that high reliability can be secured.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to FIGS. In addition, in order to avoid duplication description, in each figure, the same structure is shown using the same code | symbol. Needless to say, the scope of the present invention is described in the claims and is not limited to the following embodiments.
(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating an overall configuration of a fuel
In the
In the calorific value
With the above configuration, the fuel
このときの流量をF(Nm3/h)とする。
Next, with reference to FIG. 2 as well, a method for suppressing the amount of generated heat fluctuation when the fuel
FIG. 5B shows the temporal transition of the heat generation amount at the position B on the main pipe L1 side after branching, and the hunting amplitude = ΔQ and the hunting duration time = Δt at the position A are maintained. However, the flow rate is 1/2. The vertex passing time of hunting H1 ′ is tb. Further, the change in the amount of heat generation at the position C on the bypass pipe side is shown in FIG. 5C, and the apex passage time of hunting H1 ″ is tc after time Δt1 has elapsed from tb.
Furthermore, at the position D downstream of the junction P2, the hunting H1 ′ that first passes through the main pipe L1 side arrives. In this time zone, hunting H1 "via the bypass pipe has not arrived. Therefore, the amplitude of hunting H1 'after merging is ½ when passing through position B, that is, the amount of change in heat generation is ΔQ / 2. .
After passing through the hunting H1 ′, the hunting component H1 ″ that has passed through the bypass pipe arrives. The hunting H1 ″ in this case also has an amplitude of ½ and a calorific value variation ΔQ / 2 in the same manner as the hunting H1 ′. Eventually, the gas after passing through the calorific value
In the present embodiment, an example in which the flow rate ratio Rf = 1 and the arrival time difference τ = Δt is shown, but other (Rf, τ) combinations that suppress the amplitude to ½ can also be selected. The same applies to the following embodiments.
(Second embodiment)
Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In the present embodiment, the calorific value fluctuation suppressing device is arranged in a cascade manner to realize further calorific value suppression.
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing an overall configuration of the fuel
Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The temporal transition of the heat generation amount at the position A and the position D is the same as that in the above-described embodiment. Further, at the position E on the downstream side of the heat generation amount
In the present embodiment, the calorific value fluctuation suppressing device is provided in two stages, but it can be provided in more stages depending on the required fluctuation suppressing value.
(Third embodiment)
Further, another embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. This embodiment is a form which aims at odor concentration fluctuation | variation suppression in the case of supplying odor with the gas which left the vaporizer |
FIG. 5 is a diagram showing an overall configuration of the fuel
The pipe extension difference Δλ3 between the main pipe L31 and the bypass pipe L32 corresponds to the longer of the odor concentration hunting duration (Δt3) described later and the calorific value hunting duration (Δt1) of the first embodiment. Is set. As a result, it is possible to achieve both suppression of variation in heat generation and variation in odor concentration. In the present embodiment, a case of Δt3> Δt1 is assumed.
Since the other configuration is the same as that of the fuel
Next, suppression of odor concentration variation when the fuel
At the position G after passing the
Further, as described above, the pipe extension difference Δλ3 is also effectively set to suppress the calorific value hunting, so that it is possible to suppress the calorific value fluctuation.
