Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a product inspection system, and more particularly to an inspection system that stores and stores inspection information at each location of a product individual together with the location of the location.
In general, in the manufacture of products, defect inspections such as coating inspection are performed. Conventionally, inspection results in the inspection process are written on paper for each product, and the inspection results are transmitted by sending the paper to the correction process together with the product. It was made.
However, in order to communicate the location of the defect, it is necessary to specify the corresponding location in the drawing etc., and it is expensive and time-consuming to prepare the paper on which the drawing is described for each product. .
Therefore,
Regarding the occurrence of defects, it is meaningful to grasp the tendency such as what kind of defects are likely to occur in the product and reflect them in quality control, manufacturing control, etc. Since the pointing device does not count the occurrence of defects, it cannot grasp the trend. If a defect inspection is performed on a large number of products of a certain product type and the positions of the defect points and the contents of the defects specified on the image are totaled, it is possible to recognize the state of the defect occurrence.
However, when inspecting different kinds of products using the same parts or the same kind of parts with different shapes and sizes, if the position of the same or the same kind of parts differs for each kind of product, Even if the positions of such trouble spots and the contents of the troubles are totaled, it is difficult to grasp the situation of the trouble occurrence for each of the same or similar parts.
The present invention has been made to solve such problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a product inspection system capable of easily recognizing the status of inspection information even when inspecting different types of products.
In addition, as the inspection information, information indicating a defect in each part of the product individual can be used.
Further, the aggregation target area can be set for each part of the product.
The aggregation condition of the inspection information can be set in the aggregation unit in advance. Alternatively, a totaling condition setting device may be further provided, and the totaling condition of the inspection information may be set in the totaling means via the totaling condition setting device.
Further, a control device may be provided that automatically captures an image of the product by the imaging device and displays it on the monitor when the reading device reads the identification key from the identifier.
According to the present invention, the storage means stores the identification key and the inspection information in association with each other, and the aggregation means sets the aggregation target area for the product individual based on the aggregation condition of the inspection information and the identification key, and is stored. Since the inspection information included in the set aggregation target area is extracted from the inspection information and aggregated, it is possible to easily recognize the status of the inspection information even for the inspection of products of different types.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an overall configuration of a product inspection system according to an embodiment. This inspection system is applied to a visual inspection of an appearance state such as painting, in which a machine base of a forklift is inspected. An inspection space S on which the machine base W as a product is placed for inspection is set in advance at a predetermined location, and a plurality of cameras 1a to 1e are installed in the vicinity of the inspection space S. The camera 1a is photographed from the left side, the camera 1b from the right side, the
In addition, a specification sheet (not shown) is attached to the machine base W, and a bar code B storing an identification key for identifying the machine base W as an individual product is displayed on the specification sheet or the like. Has been. A
Further, the
It is assumed that the
The cameras 1a to 1e constitute the image pickup apparatus of the present invention, the bar code B constitutes an identifier, the
Next, inspection information registration processing in this inspection system will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG. First, the machine base W to be inspected is placed in the inspection space S, and the operator reads the identification key from the barcode B attached to the machine base W by the
When the reading of the identification key in step S1 is completed, the
The inspection information input screen is, for example, any one of the
In the subsequent step S3, the operator performs a visual inspection of the machine base W placed in the inspection space S, and checks the inspection information obtained by the inspection from the
In this
Therefore, the operator selects and designates inspection information corresponding to a coating defect at the defect point P1 from among a plurality of inspection information listed in the
If the position of the defective part or the inspection information in the
When the designation of the inspection information from within the
In this way, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, in the image of the machine base W from the left side, when the specification of the positions and inspection information of all the defective portions P1 to P4 is completed, the right side, the front The position of the trouble portion and the inspection information are designated on the image of the machine stand W from each direction with respect to the trouble portion when the machine stand W is viewed from the rear and above.
When the designation of the position and the inspection information regarding the defective part viewed from each direction is completed, the
The
Further, the
In the subsequent step S6, when there is a next machine base to be inspected, the next machine base is similarly placed in the inspection space S and inspected.
As described above, the inspection of the machine bases to be inspected is sequentially executed, and the identification key, the position of the defective part, and the inspection information regarding each machine base are associated with each other and stored in the
Next, the inspection information counting process in this inspection system will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG. In this embodiment, the inspection information is aggregated for each aggregation target area corresponding to each part, that is, the aggregation target area is set for each part constituting the machine base W. For example, a count target area corresponding to the body, a count target area corresponding to the counterweight, a count target area corresponding to the mast, a count target area corresponding to the fork, and the like are set. As shown in FIG. 8, the data to be aggregated for each identification key, that is, for each machine, is preset according to the area ID for identifying the area and the position on the image of the machine where the area appears. , And stored in the
In step S <b> 11, the
In step S12, the
As a result of the determination, if it is within the aggregation target area, the
If it is confirmed in step S15 that the next inspection information does not exist, the process proceeds to step S16, and it is determined whether or not the next area ID corresponding to the registered identification key exists. If the next area ID exists, the
In this way, for each set aggregation target area, examination information included in the aggregation target area is extracted and aggregated. An example of the total data D1 obtained by the above total processing is shown in FIG. The contents and the number of occurrences of defects for each area subject to aggregation, that is, for each part are aggregated.
The aggregation process is automatically performed every time the above-described inspection information is registered. That is, a totaling condition is set in the
Further, instead of automatically performing inspection information registration each time, it can be executed by operating the
When tabulating a plurality of machines, the tabulation process is performed according to the flowchart of FIG. This flowchart is obtained by adding steps S21 and S22 to the previous stage of step S11 and adding step S23 to the subsequent stage of step S16 in the flowchart shown in FIG.
First, in step S21, a totaling condition for inspection information is set. The totaling condition specifies, for example, the model of the machine base, the inspection period, and the like, and the model may be distinguished from standard / special-purpose products. Also, conditions such as the model and inspection period can be omitted. Such aggregation conditions can be set from, for example, the
Next, in step S22, the
If it is determined in step S16 that the next area ID does not exist, the process proceeds to step S23, and it is determined whether or not there is a next identification key that matches the aggregation condition. If the next identification key exists, the
In this way, the totaling process is performed on all machine identification keys that meet the set totaling conditions. An example of the total data D2 obtained by this total processing is shown in FIG. The contents and the number of occurrences of defects for each area subject to aggregation, that is, for each part are aggregated.
The result of the aggregation processing executed according to the flowchart of FIG. 7 or FIG. 10 can be confirmed by the
In response to an instruction from the
If the machine type is different, the correspondence between the parts of the machine base and the position on the image may be different. For example, in the counter-type forklift shown in FIG. 12, the specific position A1 on the screen corresponds to the seat and the position A2 corresponds to the front wheel, but in the reach-type forklift shown in FIG. The same position A1 corresponds to the body, and the position A2 corresponds to the reach leg. However, as described above, the
In the above embodiment, the aggregation target area is set for each part. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the entire screen displaying the image of the machine base W is meshed. It is also possible to divide the unit information into a large number of unit areas A and totalize the inspection information for each unit area A.
In the above embodiment, the bar code B is used as the identification body in which the identification key is stored. However, the identification key may be stored in a two-dimensional code, RFID, or the like to be used as the identification body. In this case, a two-dimensional code reader, an RFID reader, or the like may be used as the reading device.
In addition, although the example has been described with respect to the inspection of the coating failure on the machine base of the forklift, the present invention can be applied not only to the coating but also to the inspection for visually confirming the presence or absence of the accompanying parts.
Furthermore, the inspection object is not limited to the forklift machine base, and various products can be inspected.
Note that it is not always necessary to have a one-to-one correspondence between the aggregation target area and the shape of the part. A plurality of parts may be handled as one aggregation target area, or one part may be divided into a plurality of aggregation target areas. An area that does not match the shape of the part may be set as the aggregation target area.
Further, without using the aggregation target area data for each machine as shown in FIG. 8, depending on the product, for example, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the entire screen displaying the product image is meshed. The unit information may be divided into a large number of unit areas A, and the inspection information may be aggregated for each unit area A.
The image by the camera is not limited to the five directions on the left side, the right side, the front, the rear, and the upper side with respect to the product. An image from an oblique direction or from below may be used, or a product may be partially photographed in close proximity.
Further, the examination information data shown in FIG. 6, the total area data shown in FIG. 8, and the total data shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 are merely examples, and the same processing can be executed. If so, the data structure is not limited to what is illustrated.
