Abstract
【解決手段】パンチ2cをガイドするストリッパプレート5に固定設置されて下金型3と係合する下部ロッド6aと、ストリッパプレートに取外し可能に設置されて上金型2と係合する上部ロッド6bとから成るガイドロッド6を具備した構成とした。

Description
パンチをガイドするストリッパプレートに固定設置されて下金型と係合する下部ロッドと、ストリッパプレートに取外し可能に設置されて上金型と係合する上部ロッドとから成るガイドロッドを具備し、
被打抜き材の打抜き時において、上部ロッドをストリッパプレートから取外し、上金型とストリッパプレートとを非接続状態として、下部ロッドによりストリッパプレートを下金型に対して進退自在とする一方、
被打抜き材の打抜き時以外において、ストリッパプレートに上部ロッドを取付け、上部ロッドにより上金型とストリッパプレートとを接続状態として、ストリッパプレートを上金型に対して保持することを特徴としている。
図1に示す如く、本発明に関わる金型装置1は、上金型2と下金型3とを具備しており、上金型2は下金型3に対してダイセットガイド4、4…を介して進退(上下動)自在に接続されている。

Claims (1)
- パンチを備えた上金型とダイを備えた下金型とを具備し、プレスラムに取り付けた前記上金型を、前記下金型にダイセットガイドを介して進退自在に接続し、ストリッパプレートにより前記下金型に押付けた被打抜き材を、前記下金型に対する前記上金型の進退により打抜くよう構成した金型装置であって、
前記パンチをガイドする前記ストリッパプレートに固定設置されて前記下金型と係合する下部ロッドと、前記ストリッパプレートに取外し可能に設置されて前記上金型と係合する上部ロッドとから成るガイドロッドを具備し、
被打抜き材の打抜き時において、前記上部ロッドを前記ストリッパプレートから取外し、前記上型と前記ストリッパプレートとを非接続状態として、前記下部ロッドにより前記ストリッパプレートを前記下金型に対して進退自在とする一方、
被打抜き材の打抜き時以外において、前記ストリッパプレートに前記上部ロッドを取付け、前記上部ロッドにより前記上型と前記ストリッパプレートとを接続状態として、前記ストリッパプレートを前記上金型に対して保持することを特徴とする金型装置。
