Abstract
【解決手段】複合加工旋盤1は、ベッド20上に主軸台や工具主軸を備え、周囲をカバー2で覆われる。機械の前面側Fには、加工部へのドア4が設けられ、窓5を通して加工部を観察する。工具マガジンユニット100は、機械の主軸台よりも前側に配置される。工具マガジンユニットのカバー100にはドア120及び窓130が設けられ、オペレータは窓122、130を通してマガジンに格納された工具を監視することができる。次工程で使用される工具の確認や使用済みの工具の切り屑の除去等工具管理の効率が向上する。

Description
工具マガジンは、下記の特許文献1が示すように後側に配設される構造が多いが特許文献2は、主軸台の上部に工具マガジンを配したものが開示されている。
また、特許文献3は、工具主軸の上部に工具マガジンを配する構造を開示している。
また、工具マガジン装置を覆うカバーに設けられる窓は、次工程で工具主軸に供給される工具に対向する位置に設けられ、工具マガジン装置を覆うカバーに設けられるドアは、工具マガジンに返却された使用済みの工具に対向する位置に透視可能な窓を備えるものである。
さらに、工具マガジン装置を覆うカバーに設けられる物置台や、マガジンラックを備え、カバーの下端部に設けられるフットスイッチを備えるものである。
そこで、オペレータは、次工程で工具主軸に供給される工具を直接に目視して確認することができる。また、使用後の工具に付着した切り屑等を容易に清掃することができ、メンテナンス性を向上することができる。
さらに、オペレータの近傍に物置台やマガジンラックを設けるスペースを新設することができ、作業性も向上する。
図1〜図3は、本発明の複合加工旋盤を異なる方向からみた外観図である。
図4〜図5は、複合加工旋盤の機械本体の構造図である。
なお、図中の符号Fは、複合加工旋盤の正面側を示す。
全体を符号1で示す複合加工旋盤は、図4〜図5に示す機械本体10の周囲の全面をカバーで覆う構造を備える。カバー2に加えて、NC操作盤3や加工部にアクセスするためのドア4が装備される。ドア4には内部を観察するための窓5がとりつけられる。
ドア120は窓122を有する。窓に装着する透明板は強化ガラスや樹脂等が使用される。
そこで、オペレータは、次工程で工具主軸に供給される工具を直接に目視して確認することができる。また、使用後の工具に付着した切り屑等を容易に清掃することができ、メンテナンス性を向上することができる。
さらに、オペレータの近傍に物置台やマガジンラックを設けるスペースを新設することができ、作業性も向上する。

Claims (7)
- ベッドと、ベッド上に装備される主軸と、主軸に対向して配設される工具主軸を有する機械本体と、工具主軸に対して自動工具交換装置を介して工具を供給する多数の工具を格納する工具マガジンユニットを備えた複合加工旋盤であって、
工具マガジンユニットは、機械本体の主軸に対して前側に配設されることを特徴とする複合加工旋盤。 - 機械本体を覆うカバーと工具マガジンユニットの工具マガジン装置を覆うカバーを備え、
機械本体を覆うカバーに設けられる加工部へアクセスするためのドアと、工具マガジン装置を覆うカバーに設けられる工具マガジン装置にアクセスするためのドア及び窓を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の複合加工旋盤。 - 工具マガジン装置を覆うカバーに設けられる窓は、次工程で工具主軸に供給される工具に対向する位置に設けられることを特徴とする請求項2記載の複合加工旋盤。
- 工具マガジン装置を覆うカバーに設けられるドアは、工具マガジンに返却された使用済みの工具に対向する位置に透視可能な窓を備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の複合加工旋盤。
- 工具マガジン装置を覆うカバーに設けられる物置台を備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の複合加工旋盤。
- 工具マガジン装置を覆うカバーに設けられるマガジンラックを備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の複合加工旋盤。
- 工具マガジン装置を覆うカバーの下端部に設けられるフットスイッチを備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の複合加工旋盤。
