Abstract
【解決手段】実質的に無孔の背皮がコアの第1面を覆い、孔付きの表皮がコアの第2面を覆う。孔付きの表皮は、間隔を置いた第1複数の開口を有する外側表皮層と、間隔を置いた第2複数の開口を有する内側表皮層と、それらの間に配置された多孔質層とを含む。間隔を置いた第1複数の開口のそれぞれは、間隔を置いた第2複数の開口の一つと実質的に位置合わせされている。

Claims (21)
- (a)第1面およびこれに対向する第2面を有するセル構造のコアと、
(b)該コアの前記第1面を覆う実質的に無孔の背皮と、
(c)前記コアの前記第1面を覆う孔付きの表皮と、
を具え、前記表皮が、
(i)外側表皮層であって、該層を貫き、間隔を置いて設けられた第1の複数の開口を有する当該外側表皮層と、
(ii)内側表皮層であって、該層を貫き、間隔を置いて設けられた第2の複数の開口を有する当該内側表皮層と、
(iii)前記外側表皮層および前記内側表皮層との間に配置された多孔質層と、
を有し、
(iv)間隔を置いて設けられた前記第1の複数の開口の各々が、間隔を置いて設けられた前記第2の複数の開口の1つと実質的に位置合わせされている、
ことを特徴とする航空機用の線形音響ライナー。 - 前記多孔質層は織り上げられた材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の線形音響ライナー。
- 前記織り上げられた材料は金属製ワイヤを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の線形音響ライナー。
- 前記織り上げられた材料は高分子材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の線形音響ライナー。
- 前記多孔質層は不織繊維材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の線形音響ライナー。
- 前記多孔質層は微細孔をもつ高分子フィルムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の線形音響ライナー。
- 前記内側表皮層は少なくとも2つの接合した複合層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の線形音響ライナー。
- 前記背皮は少なくとも2つの複合層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の線形音響ライナー。
- 前記外側表皮層は少なくとも2つの複合層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の線形音響ライナー。
- 前記外側表皮層および前記内側表皮層が実質的に等しい厚みを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の線形音響ライナー。
- 間隔を置いて設けられた前記第1の複数の開口および間隔を置いて設けられた前記第2の複数の開口は実質的に円筒形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の線形音響ライナー。
- 請求項1に記載の音響ライナーを具えたことを特徴とする航空機エンジン室。
- 線形音響ライナーを製造する方法であって、
(a)少なくとも1つの外側複合層と少なくとも1つの内側複合層との間にリリース層を配置し、
(b)前記外側複合層および前記内側複合層を所望形状に拘束し、
(c)当該拘束された形状の前記外側複合層および前記内側複合層を硬化させ、
(d)当該硬化した外側複合層および内側複合層を貫く複数の開口を間隔を置いて形成し、
(e)前記硬化した外側複合層および前記硬化した内側複合層を前記リリース層から分離し、
(f)前記硬化した外側複合層および内側複合層間に多孔質層および第1の接着材料を挿入するとともに、前記外側複合層および前記内側複合層に間隔を置いて設けられた前記開口を再位置合わせし、
(g)組み立てられた前記外側複合層、前記内側複合層および前記多孔質層を、第2の接着材料を介在させた状態で開放セル構造のコアの第1面に配置し、
(h)前記第1接着材料および前記第2接着材料を硬化させる、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - さらに、
(a)前記硬化した外側複合層および前記硬化した内側複合層を前記リリース層から分離する前に、前記硬化した外側複合層および前記硬化した内側複合層に位置合わせ手段を形成し、
(b)該位置合わせ手段を用いて、前記硬化した外側複合層および前記硬化した内側複合層に間隔を置いて設けられた前記開口の再位置合わせを行う、
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。 - さらに、複合材料の2以上の層で前記外側複合層を形成することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- さらに、複合材料の2以上の層で前記内側複合層を形成することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記硬化した外側複合層および前記硬化した内側複合層を貫く複数の開口を間隔を置いて形成する工程は、前記外側複合層および前記内側複合層を貫く加圧した研磨剤の流れを導入することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記硬化した外側複合層および前記硬化した内側複合層を貫く複数の開口を間隔を置いて形成する工程は、前記外側複合層および前記内側複合層を貫く前記間隔を置いた開口をドリル加工またはパンチ加工することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- さらに、少なくとも1つの無孔の複合背皮層を前記開放セル構造のコアの第2面に配置し、前記背皮層を前記第1接着材料および前記第2接着材料とともに硬化させることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 請求項13に記載の方法により製造されたことを特徴とする線形音響ライナー。
- さらに、前記線形音響ライナーを航空機のエンジン室に組み込むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
