Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an auxiliary machine drive device for driving an auxiliary machine mounted on a vehicle.
In electric vehicles and hybrid electric vehicles, compressors for air conditioners (hereinafter referred to as cooler compressors), pumps for power steering devices (hereinafter referred to as power steering pumps), compressors for supplying compressed air (hereinafter referred to as air compressors), etc. There is known an auxiliary machine driving device in which an auxiliary machine is driven by one auxiliary machine driving motor (for example, Patent Document 1).
Among these auxiliary machines, the cooler compressor needs to be changed in response to a request from the air conditioner, and therefore the rotation speed of the electric motor varies in accordance with a request from the air conditioner.
The air compressor operates only when compressed air needs to be supplied, for example, when the air pressure of an air tank that stores compressed air decreases. For this reason, an electromagnetic clutch is provided between the electric motor and the air compressor. When the air compressor is operated, the electromagnetic clutch is connected, and the electric motor needs to operate while the electric motor drives the air compressor. If not, the electromagnetic clutch is disengaged so that the driving force of the electric motor is not transmitted to the air compressor.
In such an auxiliary machine drive device, when the auxiliary machine drive motor is driving the cooler compressor at a relatively high rotational speed in response to a request from the air conditioner, a disconnected electromagnetic clutch is used to drive the air compressor. When the electromagnetic clutch is connected, the electromagnetic clutch is also connected in a high-speed rotation state, so that a large impact is applied to the electromagnetic clutch, causing a problem that durability of the electromagnetic clutch is lowered.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an auxiliary machine driving device that improves the durability of a clutch that connects and disconnects driving force transmission to the auxiliary machine. There is to do.
In order to achieve the above object, an auxiliary machine driving device of the present invention is an auxiliary machine driving device for driving an auxiliary machine mounted on a vehicle, and includes an electric motor serving as a driving source of the auxiliary machine, and driving of the electric motor. A first auxiliary machine that is driven by transmission of force, a connection state that transmits the driving force from the electric motor to the first auxiliary machine, and a disconnection that interrupts transmission of the driving force from the electric motor to the first auxiliary machine A clutch that can be selectively switched to a state, a second auxiliary device that is transmitted and driven without being interrupted by the driving force of the electric motor, and the clutch according to whether the first auxiliary device needs to be operated or not. When the clutch is switched from the disconnected state to the connected state while the electric motor is in operation, the rotational speed of the electric motor is changed to the second auxiliary device. Regulated to a predetermined number of rotations Characterized by comprising a control means for switching the serial clutch (claim 1).
According to the auxiliary drive apparatus configured as described above, the first auxiliary machine and the second auxiliary machine mounted on the vehicle are driven and actuated by transmitting driving force from the electric motor. However, the driving force of the electric motor is transmitted to the first auxiliary machine via the clutch, while the driving force of the electric motor is transmitted to the second auxiliary machine without being cut off. In addition, the control means is connected to transmit the driving force of the electric motor to the first auxiliary device according to the necessity of the operation of the first auxiliary device, and disconnected state that interrupts transmission of the driving force from the electric motor to the first auxiliary device. And selectively switch the clutch. When the clutch is switched from the disconnected state to the connected state during operation of the motor, the control means switches the clutch by restricting the rotation speed of the motor to a predetermined rotation speed allowed for the second auxiliary machine. .
Further, in the accessory driving apparatus, the control means sets the rotational speed of the motor to the second accessory when the clutch is switched from the disconnected state to the connected state during operation of the motor. The required lower limit of the rotational speed of the electric motor is regulated (claim 2).
According to the accessory driving apparatus configured as described above, the control means is required for the second auxiliary machine to rotate the motor when the clutch is switched from the disconnected state to the connected state during operation of the motor. The clutch is switched by restricting to the lower limit value of the rotation speed of the motor.
Further, in the accessory driving apparatus, the second accessory is a power steering pump for supplying hydraulic pressure to the power steering device of the vehicle (claim 3).
Further, in the accessory driving apparatus, when the control means determines that the vehicle is willing to travel, the rotational speed of the electric motor is regulated to the predetermined rotational speed from the disengaged state of the clutch. While switching to the connected state, if it is determined that the driver of the vehicle does not intend to run the vehicle, the rotational speed of the motor is restricted to a rotational speed lower than the predetermined rotational speed, and the clutch The switching from the disconnected state to the connected state is performed (claim 4).
According to the auxiliary drive apparatus configured as described above, when the control unit determines that the driver of the vehicle is willing to drive the vehicle, the rotation of the motor is performed when the clutch is switched from the disconnected state to the connected state. The clutch is switched by restricting the number to a predetermined rotational speed. Further, when the control means determines that the driver of the vehicle does not intend to run the vehicle, the control means regulates the rotational speed of the electric motor to be lower than the predetermined rotational speed, and the clutch from the disconnected state to the connected state during operation of the electric motor. Switch.
In the accessory drive apparatus, the control means may determine that the driver of the vehicle does not intend to drive the vehicle when the entry / exit door is open while the vehicle is stopped. (Claim 5).
Alternatively, in the accessory drive apparatus, the control means may determine that the driver of the vehicle does not have the intention to drive the vehicle when the transmission of the vehicle is in a neutral state ( Claim 6).
According to the auxiliary drive apparatus of the present invention, when the clutch is switched from the disconnected state to the connected state during operation of the electric motor, the rotational speed of the motor is regulated to a predetermined rotational speed allowed for the second auxiliary machine. Since the clutch is switched, the number of revolutions of the clutch when the clutch is engaged can be kept relatively low, and the impact when the clutch is engaged can be suppressed. As a result, it is possible to improve the durability of the clutch and extend its life.
Further, at this time, the rotation speed of the electric motor is regulated to a predetermined rotation speed allowed for the second auxiliary machine, so that the second auxiliary machine continues normal operation without excessively reducing the rotation speed. be able to.
Furthermore, according to the auxiliary drive apparatus of
Further, according to the auxiliary drive apparatus of claim 3, when the clutch is connected while maintaining the operation of the power steering pump as the second auxiliary normally, the rotational speed of the electric motor is reduced and the durability of the clutch is increased. Therefore, the normal operation of the power steering device of the vehicle can be ensured, and the safe driving operation of the vehicle can be maintained.
Furthermore, when the vehicle does not travel, it is considered that there is no possibility that the power steering device of the vehicle operates. For this reason, when the second auxiliary machine is a power steering pump as described above, the operation of the power steering pump becomes unnecessary while it is determined that the driver of the vehicle does not intend to drive the vehicle. Therefore, according to the auxiliary drive apparatus of the fourth to sixth aspects, the driver of the vehicle, such as when the entry / exit door is open while the vehicle is stopped, or when the transmission of the vehicle is in the neutral state. If it is determined that the vehicle is not willing to drive the vehicle, it is possible to reduce the rotation speed of the electric motor without considering the operation of the power steering pump. It becomes possible to suppress. As a result, the durability of the clutch can be further improved and the life can be extended.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an overall configuration diagram of an auxiliary
The traveling drive device for this hybrid electric vehicle is known per se, and the description of its configuration and operation is omitted. However, the traveling electric motor for driving and driving the hybrid electric vehicle is supplied from the traveling battery. And an inverter (not shown) for controlling the electric power. An auxiliary motor (hereinafter referred to as “motor”) 2 provided separately from the driving motor to drive the auxiliary machine operates when electric power is supplied through this inverter, and a control unit (control means) ) 4 to control the rotational speed.
A rotating shaft 6 extends from both ends of the
The
On the other hand, a

The
Based on the request from each air conditioner, the
In the
In parallel with this operation, the
Moreover, according to the request | requirement from each air conditioner, the
When control is started according to the flowchart of FIG. 2, the
The flag F indicates that the
Even in the next control cycle, the
On the other hand, if it is determined in step S2 that the operation of the
In step S12, the
If it is determined in step S12 that the driver is willing to drive the hybrid electric vehicle, the
In step S14, the
When the process proceeds to the next step S18, the
At this time, the predetermined rotational speed N1 is the rotational speed of the
When the
Note that whether or not the rotational speed of the
In the next step S22, it is determined whether or not the connection of the
The determination of the completion of the connection of the electromagnetic clutch 12 in step S22 is made when the elapsed time from the start of the connection of the electromagnetic clutch 12 in step S20 reaches a predetermined time without using a position sensor. You may make it judge.
When the process proceeds to the next step S26, the
Also in the next control cycle, the
Next, the case where it is determined in step S12 that the driver does not intend to drive the hybrid electric vehicle and the
Thus, when it is determined that the driver does not intend to drive the hybrid electric vehicle, it is considered that there is no possibility that the power steering device operates, and the operation of the
Even in this case, the process proceeds to step S18, and as described above, the
In step S16, the rotational speed of the
The contents of the processing after step S20 are as described above, and the
Further, when there is no request for the air brake device or the like and the operation of the
In step S6, the
Since the
In the next control cycle, if the operation of the
When the
Further, when it is determined that the driver intends to drive the hybrid electric vehicle, the predetermined rotation speed corresponds to the lower limit value of the allowable rotation speed range for the
On the other hand, when it is determined that the driver does not intend to drive the hybrid electric vehicle, the rotation speed of the
