Abstract
2個以上の高圧貯蔵容器をモジュール化して車両に装着することができる自動車用圧縮ガス貯蔵容器のマウント構造を提供する。
【解決手段】
内部に圧縮ガスを貯蔵し、両端部が半球形のドーム形状である複数の貯蔵容器、前記貯蔵容器の両端部を連結するパネルブラケット、前記パネルブラケットが貯蔵容器の両端部に密着された状態で両側のパネルブラケットの縁を結合するパイプフレーム、前記パネルブラケットが結合された状態で貯蔵用器に結合される高圧部品および配管類を含めて構成されることを特徴とする。

Description
更に、高圧部品および配管類を外部衝突および衝撃から保護するための構成が必要である。
特許文献2には、CNG車両の圧縮天然ガス燃料容器の取付装置が掲載されているがその構造は大規模であり複雑である。
内部に圧縮ガスを貯蔵し、両端部が半球形のドーム形状である複数の貯蔵容器、前記貯蔵容器の両端部を連結するパネルブラケット、前記パネルブラケットが貯蔵容器の両端部に密着された状態で両側のパネルブラケットの縁を結合するパイプフレーム、前記パネルブラケットが結合された状態で貯蔵用器に結合される高圧部品および配管類とを含めて構成されることを特徴とする。

Claims (6)
- 自動車用圧縮ガス貯蔵容器のマウント構造において、
内部に圧縮ガスを貯蔵し、両端部が半球形のドーム形状である複数の貯蔵容器、
前記貯蔵容器の両端部を連結するパネルブラケット、
前記パネルブラケットが貯蔵容器の両端部に密着された状態で両側のパネルブラケットの縁を結合するパイプフレーム、
前記パネルブラケットが結合された状態で貯蔵用器に結合される高圧部品および配管類と
を含めて構成されることを特徴とする自動車用圧縮ガス貯蔵容器のマウント構造。 - 前記パネルブラケットには貯蔵容器の両端部に密着されるように、前記ドーム部に対応する形状の安着部が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の自動車用圧縮ガス貯蔵容器のマウント構造。
- 前記パネルブラケットの結合強度を維持するために、両側のパネルブラケットの縁に付着された状態で前記パイプフレームにより結合されるガスケットを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2記載の自動車用圧縮ガス貯蔵容器のマウント構造。
- 前記パネルブラケットおよびガスケットは、ネジ部が形成された前記パイプフレームにナットとワッシャにより締結されることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の自動車用圧縮ガス貯蔵容器のマウント構造。
- 前記ガスケットとワッシャの間にはガス充填時、貯蔵容器の長さ方向の膨張量を吸収するためにスプリングが設置されることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の自動車用高圧ガス貯蔵容器のマウント構造。
- 高圧部品および配管類である容器バルブおよび容器ポットキャップを保護するために前記パイプフレームが長さ方向に更に延長され、前記パイプフレームの終端面と3面をカバーする構造で設置された第1保護パネルおよび第2保護パネルを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5記載の自動車用圧縮ガス貯蔵容器のマウント構造。
