Abstract
【解決手段】転がり軸受固定装置10は、ハウジング11と、外輪21と内輪22との間に複数の転動体23が円周方向に転動可能に配設される転がり軸受20と、ハウジング11を軸方向に挟むと共に、外輪21の軸方向両端部を挟持する環状の一対の固定プレート31,32と、一対の固定プレート31,32をハウジング11を介して軸方向に連結するボルト40と、を備える。

Description
(1) ハウジングと、外輪と内輪との間に複数の転動体が円周方向に転動可能に配設される転がり軸受と、ハウジングを軸方向に挟むと共に、外輪の軸方向両端部を挟持する環状の一対の固定プレートと、一対の固定プレートをハウジングを介して軸方向に連結するボルトと、を備えることを特徴とする転がり軸受固定装置。
(2) 外輪の外周面の軸方向両端部に段部を設けると共に、一対の固定プレートの内周面に段部と係合する突部を設けて、段部と突部とを互いに係合させることにより転がり軸受の軸方向の移動を規制することを特徴とする(1)に記載の転がり軸受固定装置。
図1は本発明に係る転がり軸受固定装置の一実施形態を説明するための要部断面図、図2は図1に示す転がり軸受固定装置を左側面から見た斜視図、図3は図2のA部拡大図、図4は図1に示す転がり軸受固定装置を右側面から見た斜視図、図5は図4のB部拡大図である。
例えば、上記実施形態では、固定プレート31,32を使用しているが、これに限定されず、固定プレート32を使用せずに、固定プレート31を2個使用して、2個の固定プレート31,31をボルト及びナットで固定するようにしてもよい。
また、上記実施形態では、固定プレート31,32の外形形状は、円形であるが、これに限定されず、三角形、四角形、五角形、六角形などの多角形形状であっても、ひょうたん形などの曲線形状であってもよい。
さらに、上記実施形態では、自動車用変速機の転がり軸受固定装置に本発明を適用した場合を例示したが、これに限定されず、自動車用オルタネータや各種産業機械等の回転軸を回動可能に支持する転がり軸受固定装置に本発明を適用してもよい。

Claims (2)
- ハウジングと、
外輪と内輪との間に複数の転動体が円周方向に転動可能に配設される転がり軸受と、
前記ハウジングを軸方向に挟むと共に、前記外輪の軸方向両端部を挟持する環状の一対の固定プレートと、
前記一対の固定プレートを前記ハウジングを介して軸方向に連結するボルトと、を備えることを特徴とする転がり軸受固定装置。 - 前記外輪の外周面の軸方向両端部に段部を設けると共に、
前記一対の固定プレートの内周面に前記段部と係合する突部を設けて、
前記段部と前記突部とを互いに係合させることにより前記転がり軸受の軸方向の移動を規制することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の転がり軸受固定装置。
