Description
Claims (32)
- ほぼ処置時に関心領域の1つ又は複数の2次元(2D)のX線画像を得るステップと、
前記ほぼ処置時に2DのX線画像を複数の2Dの処置前X線画像のうちの対応する1つと重ね合わせて2Dの重ね合わせ結果を得るステップとを含む方法。 - 前記ほぼ処置時に、前記2Dの重ね合わせ結果を3Dの追跡結果に変換して前記関心領域を追跡するステップをさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の2Dの処置前X線画像が、前記ほぼ処置時に、前記関心領域の2DのX線画像の予想範囲に対応する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 複数の2DのX線画像の前記予想範囲が、前記ほぼ処置時に、患者位置の予想範囲に対応する請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の2Dの処置前X線画像が、前記関心領域の複数の対の直交投影図を含み、前記ほぼ処置時に前記複数の2DのX線画像が前記関心領域のもう1つの対の直交投影図を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ほぼ処置時に前記2DのX線画像を前記複数の2Dの処置前X線画像のうちの対応する1つと重ね合わせるステップが、面内並進、面内回転、面外回転を算定するステップを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の2Dの処置前X線画像が3Dの処置プランニングに使用されるコーン・ビームCTスキャンのサブセットを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- CATスキャンを用いて3Dの処置プランを作成するステップをさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の2Dの処置前X線画像及び前記2DのX線画像が、結像する寸法形状の相違に該当し、ほぼ前記ほぼ処置時に前記2DのX線画像を倍率変更して前記結像する寸法形状の相違を補正するステップをさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- ほぼ前記ほぼ処置時に前記複数の2Dの処置前X線画像を処理して前記2DのX線画像との重ね合わせのための特徴形状画像を抽出するステップをさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- データ処理システム上で実行されたとき、
ほぼ処置時に関心領域の1つ又は複数の2DのX線画像を得るステップと、
前記ほぼ処置時に2DのX線画像を複数の2Dの処置前X線画像のうちの対応する1つと重ね合わせて2Dの重ね合わせ結果を得るステップとを含む方法をシステムに実行させる命令を含む機械可読媒体。 - 前記方法が、前記ほぼ処置時に前記2Dの重ね合わせ結果を3Dの追跡結果に変換して前記関心領域を追跡するステップをさらに含む請求項11に記載の機械可読媒体。
- 前記複数の2Dの処置前X線画像が、前記ほぼ処置時に、前記関心領域の2DのX線画像の予想範囲に対応する請求項11に記載の機械可読媒体。
- 複数の2DのX線画像の前記予想範囲が、前記ほぼ処置時に、患者位置の予想範囲に対応する請求項13に記載の機械可読媒体。
- 前記複数の2Dの処置前X線画像が、前記関心領域の複数の対の直交投影図を含み、前記処置時に及び/又はその直前に前記複数の2DのX線画像が前記関心領域のもう1つの対の直交投影図を含む請求項11に記載の機械可読媒体。
- 前記ほぼ処置時に前記2DのX線画像を前記複数の2Dの処置前X線画像の対応する1つと重ね合わせるステップが、面内並進、面内回転、面外回転を算定するステップを含む請求項11に記載の機械可読媒体。
- 前記複数の2Dの処置前X線画像が3Dの処置プランニングに使用されるコーン・ビームCTスキャンのサブセットを含む請求項11に記載の機械可読媒体。
- 前記複数の2Dの処置前X線画像及び前記2DのX線画像が、結像する寸法形状の相違に該当し、前記方法が、前記ほぼ処置時に前記2DのX線画像を倍率変更して前記結像する寸法形状の相違を補正するステップをさらに含む請求項11に記載の機械可読媒体。
- 前記方法が、前記ほぼ処置時に前記複数の2Dの処置前X線画像を処理して前記2DのX線画像との重ね合わせのための特徴形状画像を抽出するステップをさらに含む請求項11に記載の機械可読媒体。
- ほぼ処置時に関心領域の1つ又は複数の2DのX線画像を得るための結像システムと、
前記ほぼ処置時に前記結像システムを制御し、前記1つ又は複数の2DのX線画像を複数の2Dの処置前X線画像のうちの対応する1つ又は複数と重ね合わせ、かつ2Dの重ね合わせ結果を得るために、前記結像システムに結合された処理デバイスとを備える装置。 - 前記ほぼ処置時に前記処理デバイスが、前記関心領域を追跡するために前記2Dの重ね合わせ結果を3Dの追跡結果に変換する請求項20に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の2Dの処置前X線画像が、前記ほぼ処置時に、前記関心領域の前記1つ又は複数の2DのX線画像の予想範囲に対応する請求項20に記載の装置。
- 前記1つ又は複数の2Dの処置前X線画像の前記予想範囲が、前記ほぼ処置時に、患者位置の予想範囲に対応する請求項22に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の2Dの処置前X線画像が、前記関心領域の複数の対の直交投影図を含み、前記ほぼ処置時に前記結像システムが、前記1つ又は複数の2DのX線画像を前記関心領域の直交投影図の複数の対として得るように構成される請求項20に記載の装置。
- 前記ほぼ処置時に前記処理デバイスが、面内並進、面内回転、面外回転を算定することにより前記1つ又は複数の2DのX線画像を前記複数の2Dの処置前X線画像のうち対応する1つ又は複数と重ね合わせる請求項20に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の2Dの処置前X線画像が3Dの処置プランニングに使用されるコーン・ビームCTスキャンのサブセットを備え、前記処理デバイスが前記2Dの重ね合わせ結果を3Dの追跡結果に変換する請求項20に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の2Dの処置前X線画像及び前記2DのX線画像が結像する寸法形状の相違に該当し、ほぼ前記ほぼ処置時に前記2DのX線画像を倍率変更して前記結像する寸法形状の相違を補正するために、前記結像システム及び前記処理デバイスに結合された第1の画像プロセッサをさらに備える請求項20に記載の装置。
- 前記ほぼ処置時に前記複数の2Dの処置前X線画像を処理して前記2DのX線画像との重ね合わせのための特徴形状画像を抽出するために第2の画像プロセッサをさらに備える請求項27に記載の装置。
- 処置プランを実施するための処置実施システムと、
前記処置実施システム、前記結像システム及び前記処理デバイスと結合され、前記処置実施システムを前記3Dの追跡結果と連携して働かせるコントローラとをさらに備える請求項20に記載の装置。 - ほぼ処置時に関心領域の1つ又は複数の(2Dの)X線画像を得るための手段と、
前記ほぼ処置時に2DのX線画像を複数の2Dの処置前X線画像のうちの対応する1つと重ね合わせて2Dの重ね合わせ結果を得るための手段とを備える3Dの画像誘導処置実施システム。 - 前記ほぼ処置時に前記2Dの重ね合わせ結果を3Dの追跡結果に変換して前記関心領域を追跡するための手段をさらに備える請求項30に記載の画像誘導処置実施システム。
- CATスキャンを用いて3Dの処置プランを作成するための手段をさらに備える請求項30に記載の画像誘導処置実施システム。
