Abstract
Description
マンドレル1は、本発明による方法の第1の好ましい実施形態に従って製造された中空繊維強化構造部材の最終的な内側部分の位置にある。外周の第1のブレード層2は、マンドレル1の周りで編まれる。明瞭化のために、或る距離は、マンドレル1及び第1ブレード層2との間に図1に示すように存在する。この距離は実際には存在しない。
図2はこの状況に関連する。次に、図1の強化された本体11のような更に強化された本体と、図1の第3ブレード層4のような更なるブレード層と、が要求されている強度及び剛直性に依存して同様な仕方で作り得る。

Claims (5)
- 中空繊維強化構造部材、特に航空機用の部材を製造するための方法であって、
第1円形ブレード層を形成する段階と、
第1ブレード層の表面に対してたて繊維及びよこ繊維を有する少なくとも1つの織物を備える平らな強化された本体を位置付ける段階と、
第1ブレード層及び強化された本体の周りに第2ブレード層を供給する段階と、
型内で第1ブレード層、強化された本体、及び第2ブレード層の組合せを位置付ける段階と、
組合せに樹脂を含浸させる段階と、
樹脂と含浸された組合せを型から取り除く段階と、を備える方法。 - 前記強化された本体は織物層のスタックを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記型内の前記平らな強化された本体及び前記少なくとも1つのブレード層に熱硬化性樹脂であることが好ましい樹脂を注入することを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- ブレード繊維、たて繊維及び/又はよこ繊維は、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、アラミド繊維、あるいはポリアミド繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法によって製造された中空繊維強化構造部材。
