Claims (39)
- 生検腔に移植するための体内部位マーカーであって、
複数の粒子を備えており、
前記複数の粒子は、一体に焼結されて単一体を形成している、体内部位マーカー。 - 前記複数の粒子は、無作為なパターンで一体に焼結されている、請求項1に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記複数の粒子は、所定のパターンで一体に焼結されている、請求項1に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記複数の粒子は大きさが均一である、請求項1に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記複数の粒子のうちの少なくとも一部は、大きさが異なる、請求項1に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記複数の粒子の形状は不揃いである、請求項1に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記複数の粒子の形状は概ね球状である、請求項1に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記部位マーカーの長さは、その直径の約2倍である、請求項1に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記部位マーカーは、直径が約1.5mmで長さが約3mmである、請求項8に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記複数の粒子を形成している材料は、複数の物理療法の下で視認可能な生体適合性材料、又は生体適合性材料の組み合わせである、請求項1に記載の部位マーカー。

- 前記複数の粒子は、一体に焼結された時、本質的に中実多孔質のマーカーを形成するよう十分に小さい、請求項1に記載の部位マーカー。
- 生検腔に移植するための体内部位マーカーであって、
圧縮されたワイヤの塊を形成するように所定の形状に形成される、少なくとも1つのワイヤの撚線を備えており、前記ワイヤの撚線は、非圧縮状態では、映像物理療法によってワイヤの撚線として視覚的に確認できない、部位マーカー。 - 前記ワイヤを形成している材料は、複数の物理療法の下で視認可能な生体適合性材料、又は生体適合性材料の組み合わせである、請求項13に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記生体適合性材料は、チタン、ステンレス鋼、白金、及びそれらの複合材料及び組み合わせ、から成る群より選択される、請求項14に記載の部位マーカー。
- 生検腔に移植される体内部位マーカーであって、
少なくとも1つの穴を有するロッドを備えている、部位マーカー。 - 前記ロッドを形成している材料は、複数の物理療法の下で視認可能な生体適合性材料、又は生体適合性材料の組み合わせである、請求項16に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記生体適合性材料は、チタン、ステンレス鋼、白金、及びそれらの複合材料及び組み合わせ、から成る群より選択される、請求項17に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記穴は、所定のパターンで配置されている、請求項16に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記ロッドは、中空の管である、請求項16に記載の部位マーカー。

細長い本体を有する薄壁中空のカプセルであって、閉鎖した第1端と開口する第2端とを有しているカプセルと、
前記第2端を閉鎖するように溶接されているキャップと、を備えており、
前記カプセルは、予め選択された超音波周波数で共振するようになっている、部位マーカー。 - 前記カプセルを形成している材料は、複数の物理療法の下で視認可能な生体適合性材料、又は生体適合性材料の組み合わせである、請求項18に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記生体適合性材料は、チタン、ステンレス鋼、白金、及びそれらの複合材料及び組み合わせ、から成る群より選択される、請求項22に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記カプセルは、前記キャップの内壁面に取り付けられた共振梁を更に含んでいる、請求項21に記載の部位マーカー。
- 生検腔に移植するための体内部位マーカーであって、
複数の粒子を備え、前記複数の粒子は、該粒子の材料とは異なる第2材料内に浮遊させられて単一体を形成している、部位マーカー。 - 前記第2材料はエポキシ樹脂である、請求項25に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記第2材料は、生体適合性材料、又は生体適合性材料の組み合わせである、請求項25に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記第2材料は、生体吸収性材料である、請求項25に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記複数の粒子を形成している材料は、複数の物理療法の下で視認可能な生体適合性材料、又は生体適合性材料の組み合わせである、請求項25に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記生体適合性材料は、チタン、ステンレス鋼、白金、及びそれらの複合材料及び組み合わせ、から成る群より選択される、請求項29に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記複数の粒子は、大きさが均一である、請求項25に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記複数の粒子のうちの少なくとも一部は、大きさが異なる、請求項25に記載の部位マーカー。

- 前記窪みは、放物線形状を有している、請求項35に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記生体適合性材料は、チタン、ステンレス鋼、白金、及びそれらの複合材料及び組み合わせ、から成る群より選択される、請求項35に記載の部位マーカー。
