Abstract
Description
従って、本発明は、先行技術における上記の問題、ならびに以前から必要とされている技術的問題を実質的に排除する、バッテリーパックにおける電池の電圧および温度測定用部材に関する。従って、本発明の目的は、バッテリーパックにおける単位電池の電気的接続部材に容易に接続し、同時に、追加のワイヤを使用せずに、電池の電圧および温度を測定するためのプリント回路基板を提供することである。
ここで、図面を参照しながら、本発明の好ましい実施態様を説明する。しかし、本発明の範囲は、例示する実施態様に限定されるものではない。
上記の説明から明らかなように、本発明の電池の電圧および温度測定部材は、電池電圧を測定するために、バッテリーパックを構成するカートリッジに取り付けた単位電池の電極リード線を接続する電極リード線接続部材に容易に接続される。さらに、電池温度は、追加の外部ワイヤを使用せずに、プリント回路基板に直接接続された温度測定素子により正確に測定される。プリント回路基板が損傷を受けても、その損傷したプリント回路基板は電極リード線接続部材に影響を及ぼさない。従って、バッテリーパックの短絡を起こさずに、プリント回路基板は容易に交換される。
Claims (6)
- バッテリーパックにおける電池の電圧および温度を測定するための部材であって、
単位電池の表面に取り付けた温度測定素子(a)と、及び
プリント回路基板(b)とを備えてなり、
前記プリント回路基板が、前記プリント回路基板の上端部に、前記単位電池の電極リード線を接続する電極リード線接続部材に接続されるように形成された突起と、前記プリント回路基板の下側部分に、前記温度測定素子を前記プリント回路基板に取り付けるための接続部分と、並びに前記単位電池の電圧測定用電流及び前記温度測定素子の温度測定用電流が流れる回路とを有してなる、部材。 - 前記温度測定素子のそれぞれが、抵抗が温度に応じて変化するサーミスターである、請求項1に記載の部材。
- 前記突起が前記電極リード線接続部材に、はんだ付けにより固定される、請求項1に記載の部材。
- 前記接続部分のそれぞれが通し穴を有し、前記通し穴を通して前記温度測定素子のそれぞれの2個の接続脚が挿入され、前記温度測定素子のそれぞれの接続脚が前記通し穴に挿入されている間に、前記温度測定素子のそれぞれの前記接続脚が前記プリント回路基板に、はんだ付けにより固定されてなる、請求項1に記載の部材。
- 前記プリント回路基板が、前記プリント回路基板の一端にコネクタを備え、前記コネクタがバッテリー管理装置(BMS)に接続され、前記バッテリー管理装置に電圧測定装置および温度測定装置が取り付けられてなる、請求項1に記載の部材。
- 前記突起が接続される前記電極リード線接続部材が母線である、請求項1に記載の部材。
