Description
Claims (15)
- 圧着工具と共に使用するためのジョーアセンブリであって、
少なくとも1つのジョーアームと、
少なくとも1つのジョーアームに連結され、かつ少なくとも1つのピボットピン開口をもつ側板とを含み、
側板が、ジョーアームの予想される破損の前に、ジョーアセンブリのユーザに識別可能な方法で側板が破損することを保証するための応力ライザを含む、ジョーアセンブリ。 - 応力ライザが側板内に形成されたスロットを含む、請求項1に記載のジョーアセンブリ。
- スロットがピボットピン開口を越えて完全に横切る、請求項2に記載のジョーアセンブリ。
- スロットがピボットピン開口から外向きに延びる部分的スロットである、請求項2に記載のジョーアセンブリ。
- 側板内の少なくとも1つのピボットピン開口が応力ライザとして働く幾何形状的破裂をもつ、請求項1に記載のジョーアセンブリ。
- 側板が機械加工されたスチールから構成される、請求項1に記載のジョーアセンブリ。
- 側板がジョーアームに対する予想される寿命サイクルの約50%と約80%との間の寿命サイクルをもつ、請求項1に記載のジョーアセンブリ。
- 側板の寿命サイクルが約5000サイクルから約8000サイクルに及ぶ、請求項7に記載のジョーアセンブリ。

第1および第2ピボットピンと、

第1および第2ジョー部材が、第1および第2ピボットピンを介して少なくとも1つの側板に連結され、
少なくとも1つの側板が、ジョーアームの予想される破損の前に、ジョーアセンブリのユーザに識別可能な方法で側板が破損することを保証するための応力ライザを含む、圧着工具アセンブリ。 - 応力ライザが側板内に形成されたスロットを含む、請求項9に記載のジョーアセンブリ。
- スロットがピボットピン開口を越えて完全に横切る、請求項10に記載のジョーアセンブリ。
- スロットがピボットピン開口から外向きに延びる部分的スロットである、請求項10に記載のジョーアセンブリ。
- 少なくとも1つのピボットピン開口が応力ライザとして働く幾何形状的破裂をもつ、請求項9に記載のジョーアセンブリ。
- 側板が第1および第2ジョーアームのための予想される寿命サイクルの約50%と約80%との間の寿命サイクルをもつ、請求項9に記載のジョーアセンブリ。
