Claims (4)
- 複屈折性による位相遅延機能を有する有機物薄膜と、前記有機物薄膜の少なくとも一側面に接着剤により接着される固定基板とを有する位相遅延板において、
前記有機物薄膜の線膨脹係数(L1)と、前記接着剤の線膨脹係数(L2)と、前記固定基板の線膨脹係数(L3)とが、次の条件L1>L2>L3を満足しており、
前記有機物薄膜は、波長帯域400nm乃至800nmの範囲の入射光をπ/2またはπだけ遅延させ、0からπの間の位相遅延値を有することを特徴とする位相遅延板。 - 前記固定基板は、前記有機物薄膜の両側面に接着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の位相遅延板。
- 前記固定基板の少なくとも一面には、回折格子が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の位相遅延板。
- 光源と、前記光源から照射されるビームを光記録媒体に集光誘導する対物レンズと、前記光記録媒体から反射されて前記対物レンズを通過したビームを受光する光検出器と、前記光源から前記対物レンズ及び前記光検出器の間に形成されるビームの経路上に設けられる位相遅延板とを有する光ピックアップ装置において、
前記位相遅延板は、請求項1または請求項2または請求項3に記載されている位相遅延板であることを特徴とする光ピックアップ装置。
