Description
供給源からの液化製品の気相での配送は、気相を作るためにどれだけ多くのエネルギーを液相に伝達できるかに制限される。気相を作るための液相の気化が不十分であると、ヘッドスペースの圧力が低下し、配送できる気体の流速を結果的に制限する。
供給源から液相での配送を利用することで、例えば、複数の顧客の製造工場または同一の顧客の複数のプラントの場合に要求される圧力低下が長い距離にわたって同一であることが必要なパイプのサイズを、気体での配送システムを利用した場合と比べて縮小させる。
図1は、本発明の好ましい実施形態である。
a)大量貯蔵手段を具備した第1部分:
圧力上昇手段を好ましくは含んだ大量貯蔵手段が上流に設けられている:この大量貯蔵手段は、1つまたは複数のコンテナ,例えば、をiso−コンテナ,を具備していてもよく、好ましくは、ここで考えている使用(フラットディスプレイパネルの製造)ために大容量を有する。これらのコンテナ(通常は2つ)は通常、並列(直列/並列が可能である)で接続されており、システムのPLCコントローラで、必要なときに、一方から他方へ切り替えることができる(切り替えは通常、液面検出により、またはコンテナの下に設置され、コンテナ内にまだ収容されている液体の体積を表示するスケール(scale)を使用することにより制御する)。各々のコンテナは配管系を備えている。この配管系は、好ましくは、コンテナの底に達していて、その中に収容されているほとんどまたは全ての液体の流動を可能にし得る。この配管系は、様々なバルブ機構を具備していてもよい(チェックバルブ、クローズバルブ、パイプを必要なときにいつでもパージできる三方向バルブ、およびPLCシステムによって制御されてラインの開閉を行う少なくとも1つの制御バルブ。その出口は、他のコンテナの他の制御バルブの出口に接続されており、共通の液体供給パイプを形成しかつシステムの第2部分(液体供給手段)の配管系に接続されている)。この共通の液体供給パイプには、液体を圧力上昇循環路に給送するための給送パイプおよび制御バルブも接続されている。この循環路は、共通の液体供給ラインから取り出した液体を気化させて蒸気相を作り出す圧力上昇気化器を具備している。圧力は気化器に与えられるエネルギー(熱)に依存する;それから、加圧されたこの気相を少なくとも1つの(好ましくはそれら全ての)コンテナのヘッドスペースに制御バルブ(少なくともコンテナあたり1つ)を介して配給し、このヘッドスペースにおいて適切な圧力(通常、105から106パスカルの間)(150−200psig)まで上昇させ、それを維持し、適切なバルブが開いたときにコンテナ内に設置された配管系中の液体を押し出して、下流で必要とされる液体の需要を満たすようにする。この圧力上昇循環路は、例えば、共通の液体供給パイプに設置されたポンプ(図2参照)と置き換えることができる。
−上流部分すなわち主たる気化手段は、液相の製品を部分b)から様々なバルブ機構(パージを含む)を通して受け取る。前記液体は、パイプを通して主たる気化器の底(通常)に供給される。この主たる気化器は、任意であるが好ましくは、液体および存在し得る残渣を気化器の底からパージするための液体パージ系を有する。主たる気化器を好ましくは熱制御し、気化した製品を主たる気化器の頂部(またはその近く)で回収し、その後この気相をパイプを通してその製品の使用の場に循環させる。好ましくは、適切な大きさ(圧力需要に依存する)の蒸気サージタンクと、このタンクの下流に設置された圧力制御(圧力センサを介する)とがこのパイプに設けられている。顧客の需要により使用の場で制御される適切なバルブ手段も設けられており、下流(使用の場の近く)で接続し、ラインのパージを行った際に、製品の流れを排除装置(湿式および/または乾式)に流すことを可能にする。
図1では、第1の実施形態の様々な部分およびサブパーツを示す。
大量の供給は、通常、図1および図2に示すISO−コンテナのような大きな原料コンテナを用いて達成され得る。これらの原料コンテナは、通常、屋外で保管され、周囲の温度の温度変動を受けるであろう。屋外の低い温度と液相の大量の材料の取り出しとを補うために、圧力上昇循環路10は圧力上昇気化器への液相の一部を受け取り、気相を作り出して大容量コンテナのヘッドスペースに戻す。これが圧力上昇循環路(大容量タンクに接続されている電気気化器)である。それから、ヘッドスペースの圧力は、液相の大量の材料を数キロメートル離れた場所に設置され得る(屋内の)主たる気化器に配送することができる。
屋外の液体供給物は、屋外環境の温度および湿度の変化を、複数の顧客の製造設備に供給するための数キロメートルの間に受け得る。真空ジャケットまたは断熱材を配管に対して使用して、配管の加熱または冷却が極度の高温または低温になるのを避けることができる。
液体供給物が製造設備の内部に達すると、それは気化器の中に入り、熱交換をして、蒸気相の製品を作り出し得る。気化器を加熱する手段は、常時取り付けていてもよい。気化器の上流のバルブは、下流のサージタンクの圧力に基づいて開閉する。背圧調節器を主たる気化器のすぐ下流で二つの目的のために使用する。それは高圧で動作したとき、気化器への単一相での液体の供給を確実にすることに役立つと共に、ガスサージタンクの大きさを最小にすることができる。
赤で示した気化器からの蒸気供給ラインは、前方の圧力調節器まで断熱され得る。加熱は、必要なガスおよび流速に応じて、必要な場合もあれば、必要でない場合もある。顧客の流速需要の変化を補うサージタンク30が設けられている。顧客が営業しておらずかつその後設計容量を満たすことを要求した場合に備え、サージタンクは主たる気化器20の配送容量を満たすまで供給することができる大きさである。顧客が最大流れで営業しかつ、その後、生産を完全に止めた場合には、圧力センサ31を用いてサージタンク30で測定される圧力は、認可圧力の上限をこえて上昇し得る。認可圧力の上限に達すると、主たる気化器20の上流のバルブ32が閉じる。サージタンク30は、この場合に、気化器の中の最大残留液体が気化することにより生成し得る気体を受け入れることができる大きさであり得る。好ましくは、使用する気化器は、これを考慮に入れてサージタンクの大きさを決める必要はないように、閉まっているときは逆流を可能にする。
−上流部分4すなわち主たる気化手段は、液相の製品をパイプ52から様々なバルブ機構(パージを含む)53、54、55、56を通して受け取る。前記液体はパイプ57を通して主たる気化器20の底部(通常)にある入り口に供給する。気化器20は、任意であるが好ましくは、液体および存在し得る残渣を気化器20の底にある入り口からパージするための液体パージ系を有する。主たる気化器20を熱制御し、気化した製品を主たる気化器20の頂部62(またはその近く)で回収する。この気相を、その後、バルブ63、64およびパイプ66を通してこの製品の使用の場所へ直接循環させるか、または、好ましくは、適切な大きさ(圧力需要に依存する)の蒸気サージタンク30へと循環させる。気体の製品はそこから使用の場(VMB)にバルブ機構68、69(圧力調節器)、70およびパイプ71を通して配送され得る。
Claims (6)
- フラットディスプレイパネル製造の場所などへの液体アンモニアなどの液化製品の大流量配送システムであって、液相の前記製品を前記液体の製品の上方に位置する気相の前記製品と共に貯蔵するための少なくとも1つのコンテナを含んだ液化製品の大量貯蔵手段と、前記液体の製品を前記大量貯蔵手段から主たる気化手段に流すと共に前記液体の製品を、前記主たる気化手段への配送の間、実質的に液体の状態に維持する液体供給物配送手段と、前記液体の製品を製造の場所で生じた気体の製品の需要に応じて気化する主たる気化手段とを具備したシステム。
- 液体の製品を受け取る一端を有し、かつ多端で気体の製品を配送して前記液体の製品を貯蔵する少なくとも1つの前記コンテナの上方のスペースに供給し、関連する少なくとも1つのコンテナによって、実質的に液体のみを前記液体供給物配送手段に供給するのに十分な、液体の上方の圧力を維持する圧力上昇循環路手段が前記大量貯蔵手段の一部として設けられた請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記主たる気化手段の出口が、バルブ機構を通して、前記製造の場所の需要に関連する適切な大きさを有する蒸気サージタンクに接続されている請求項1または2記載のシステム。
- 液体および/または気体の製品の流れを前記製造の場所における使用の場まで制御するPLC手段をさらに具備した請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載のシステム。
- 前記主たる気化器の下流に設置され、前記コンテナから前記主たる気化器までの液体の配送に寄与する背圧調節手段をさらに具備した請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載のシステム。
- 主たる気化器の下流に設置されたサージタンクを具備し、前記背圧調節手段が前記サージタンクの上流に設置された請求項5記載のシステム。
