Abstract
【解決手段】縦長な密閉構造の圧力容器の上下部に、それぞれ熱交換用の一方の流体出入口と他方の流体出入口とを設け、これらの流体出入口間に多数の熱交換要素を積層させ、流体出入口の少なくともいずれか一方を、管状構造体でその底部が閉塞されるとともに内面に断熱材が装填されたヘッダー構成とし、このヘッダー構成部分における閉塞された流体出入り口に熱交換モジュールと連通する流体流通用配管の端部を開口させる構成とした。

Description
図1は本発明の第1実施形態による熱交換器の主要構成を一部断面として示す全体斜視図であり、図2は図1に示した熱交換器の縦断面図である。図3は図2に示した熱交換器の横断面図である。
図9は本発明の第2実施形態に係る熱交換器を示す縦断面図である。なお、第1実施形態と同一の構成部品には図9に図1〜図8に対応する符号を付して説明する。
図10は本発明の第3実施形態に係る熱交換器を示す縦断面図である。なお、第1および第2実施形態と同一の構成部品には、図10に図1〜図9と同一符号を付し、重複する説明は省略する。

Claims (5)
- 縦長な密閉構造の圧力容器の上下部に、それぞれ熱交換用の一方の流体出入口と他方の流体出入口とを設け、これらの流体出入口間に多数の熱交換要素を積層させた熱交換モジュールを配置した熱交換器であって、前記流体出入口の少なくともいずれか一方を、管状構造体でその底部が閉塞されるとともに内面に断熱材が装填されたヘッダー構成とし、このヘッダー構成部分における前記閉塞された流体出入り口に前記熱交換モジュールと連通する流体流通用配管の端部を開口させたことを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 前記圧力容器内に支持台を設け、この支持台に前記熱交換モジュールを支持させる構成とした請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- 前記圧力容器内における一方の流体入口と、他方の流体出口とを近接配置とした請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- 前記熱交換モジュールの一方の流体出口プレナムと他方の流体出口配管との接続部が流体配管に最も近い側に設置されている請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- 前記圧力容器にマンホールが設けられている請求項1記載の熱交換器。
