Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electromagnetic contactor having a fixed iron core fixed to a frame and a movable iron core that is driven by an electromagnetic coil and can be switched between contact and separation with the fixed iron core. In particular, the present invention relates to an electromagnetic contactor that is improved in durability by mitigating an impact that occurs at the time of contact between a fixed iron core and a movable iron core.
The electromagnetic contactor controls the opening and closing of the electric circuit by switching the contact and separation between the fixed iron core and the movable iron core using the attractive force of the electromagnetic coil.
In such an electromagnetic contactor, generally, each iron core is formed in an E shape having three projecting portions (leg portions) and the end surfaces (contact surfaces) of the respective leg portions are arranged to face each other. The movable core is fixed to the movable contact by switching between a state where each iron core is separated by a biasing member such as a metal spring and a state where the iron core is in contact with the attracting force of a winding around the central leg. Controls conduction (contact) and interruption (separation) with the contact.
In such an electromagnetic contactor, in order to improve the followability of the fixed core to the movable iron core at the time of collision of each iron core and extend the life of the iron core and contacts, the fixed iron core can be swung with respect to the frame, 2. Description of the Related Art A long plate-shaped or sheet-shaped cushioning material made of an elastic material such as rubber is known between a bottom surface portion of a fixed iron core and a frame (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Such a cushioning material prevents chattering and breakage of the iron core at the time of collision, and also reduces frame vibration and collision noise.
However, as described above, when a plate-like or sheet-like elastic body is used as a buffer material, it is difficult to obtain a sufficient buffering effect because there are restrictions on the dimensions of the electromagnetic contactor in the operation direction.
On the other hand, if a notch is provided at both ends of the back surface of the fixed iron core and an elastic body having a large thickness in the operation direction (depth direction) is arranged, the buffering effect can be improved. The road cross-sectional area is narrowed and the performance such as the attractive force of the electromagnet is reduced. In addition, a plurality of elastic bodies are required, the number of parts is increased, and the assembly is complicated. Further, by providing a notch in the back surface, the receiving surface when polishing the contact surface provided on the opposite side of the back surface is reduced, and the stability is deteriorated, making it difficult to ensure the accuracy of polishing. . For this reason, it is calculated | required to set it as the structure with higher buffering capacity, without enlarging the depth dimension of an electromagnetic contactor.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and is an electromagnetic contactor that improves the buffering effect without increasing the size or changing the basic structure, reduces the consumption of the contacts and the iron core, and extends the service life. The issue is to provide.
In order to solve the above-described problems, an electromagnetic contactor according to the present invention includes a substantially E-shaped fixed iron core having a central leg and an outer leg arranged with the central leg interposed therebetween, and abuts and separates from the fixed iron core. The movable iron cores arranged opposite to each other, a winding that circulates around the central leg of the fixed iron core, an electromagnetic coil that drives the movable iron core, a frame that houses the members, and the fixed iron core And an elastic support mechanism that supports the frame through an elastic body, and the elastic contact mechanism is inserted into a through-hole formed in the thickness direction of the central leg of the fixed iron core. A support member disposed with both end portions protruding from the through-hole, and a first elastic body mounted on both ends of the support member and sandwiched between the bobbin of the electromagnetic coil and the frame. A first elastic support mechanism; A second elastic body disposed between the fixed iron core and the frame in a state where a part of the fixed iron core is housed in a recess formed in the center of the back surface of the fixed iron core, and And a second elastic support mechanism configured by providing a gap between the back surface portion and the frame.
In addition, in this specification, a claim, etc., the back surface part of a fixed iron core shall refer to the surface part on the opposite side to the surface part which a fixed iron core opposes a movable iron core.
According to the present invention, the first elastic support mechanism that supports the both ends of the support member inserted into the through hole of the fixed core with the first elastic body, and the second provided in the recess of the back surface portion of the fixed core. By providing a second elastic support mechanism having an elastic body and providing a gap between the back surface portion of the fixed iron core and the frame, the burden of each elastic support mechanism is dispersed and good shock absorbing Performance can be obtained.
Here, paying attention to the distribution of the magnetic flux in the fixed iron core, the magnetic flux that has passed through the central leg is branched and deflected toward each of the both end legs arranged with the central part in between near the base of the central leg. Therefore, in the vicinity of the central part of the fixed iron core where the central leg is provided, even if the concave part of the second elastic support mechanism is formed on the back part, the influence of this on the magnetic flux is slight and the adsorption force of the electromagnetic coil is secured. Therefore, the electromagnetic contactor need not be enlarged.
Further, by forming such a recess and disposing the second elastic body so that at least a part of the recess is accommodated in the recess, the second dimension of the electromagnetic contactor can be increased without enlarging the operating direction dimension. The operating direction dimension of the elastic body can be enlarged, and the buffering effect by the second elastic body can be improved.
Then, by providing a gap between the back surface portion of the fixed iron core and the frame, even if the elastic body is compressed by the collision between the movable iron core and the fixed iron core, the collision between the fixed iron core and the frame is prevented and the second The compression stroke of the elastic body can be secured.
As described above, according to the present invention, the impact force when the movable iron core collides with the fixed iron core while ensuring the attractive force of the electromagnetic coil without changing the basic structure of the magnetic contactor or increasing the size. Thus, the life of the magnetic contactor can be extended by preventing the damage of each iron core and contacts. Further, the propagation of impact force from the fixed iron core to the frame side can be reduced, and noise and vibration during operation of the electromagnetic contactor can be reduced.
In the electromagnetic contactor according to the present invention, the concave portion of the fixed iron core is formed at the center of the back surface of the central leg of the fixed iron core, and the inside of the fixed iron core between the concave portion and the root of the central leg is formed. The magnetic path cross-sectional area may be approximately half or more of the magnetic path cross-sectional area of the central leg.
According to this, since the magnetic path cross-sectional area at the base portion of the central leg is not reduced by forming the concave portion, the concave portion has almost no adverse effect on the performance of the electromagnet.
In the electromagnetic contactor of the present invention, the through hole of the fixed iron core is a long hole along the protruding direction of the central leg, and the support member is arranged with its width direction substantially aligned with the longitudinal direction of the long hole. It can be set as the structure formed in the shape of a strip.
According to this, it is possible to prevent the magnetic path cross-sectional area in the fixed iron core from being lowered due to the through hole, and to reduce the adverse effect on the performance of the electromagnet by forming the through hole in the fixed iron core.
As described above, according to the present invention, the first elastic support mechanism that supports both ends of the support member inserted into the through hole of the fixed iron core with the first elastic body, and the concave portion of the back surface of the fixed iron core. By providing a second elastic support mechanism having a second elastic body provided and providing a gap between the back surface of the fixed core and the frame, the burden of each elastic support mechanism is distributed. In addition, it is possible to provide an electromagnetic contactor with improved lifespan and reduced wear of contacts and iron cores without increasing the size or changing the basic structure, thereby reducing the wear of the contacts and the iron core.

Next, the effect of this embodiment described above will be described in comparison with a comparative example of the present invention described below.
FIG. 12 is an external view of the fixed iron core in the electromagnetic contactor of the comparative example.
The
As shown in FIG. 12, the
Further, in the comparative example, the

On the other hand, according to this embodiment described above, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) A
(2) The
(3) The fixed
