Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a solar cell back surface protection sheet and a solar cell module using the solar cell back surface sheet. More specifically, the present invention is particularly excellent in electrical insulation, heat resistance and dimensional stability, and has mechanical strength. The present invention relates to a solar cell back surface protection sheet excellent in various properties such as weather resistance, water resistance and moisture resistance, extremely durable, and excellent in protective ability, and a solar cell module using the same.
In recent years, solar cells as clean energy sources have attracted attention due to increasing awareness of environmental problems, and solar cell modules of various forms have been developed and proposed at present. In general, the solar cell module described above is, for example, manufacturing a crystalline silicon solar cell element or an amorphous silicon solar cell element, and using such a solar cell element, a surface protective sheet layer, a filler layer, A solar cell element as a photovoltaic element, a filler layer, a back surface protection sheet layer, and the like are laminated in this order, and are manufactured by using a lamination method or the like in which vacuum suction is performed and thermocompression bonding is performed. As the back surface protection sheet layer constituting the solar cell module, a plastic base material having excellent strength is generally used at present.
As the back surface protection sheet layer constituting the solar cell module, strength, weather resistance, heat resistance, water resistance, light resistance, chemical resistance, light reflectivity, light diffusibility, moisture resistance, antifouling It is required to have excellent properties and the like and to have high retention over time.
Currently, a composite film of a polyvinyl fluoride film and a metal foil such as an aluminum foil, which is most commonly used, is used as a solar cell back surface protective sheet. This polyvinyl fluoride film is inferior in properties such as hydrolysis resistance and mechanical strength, and is softened by the heat of a hot press at 140 ° C. to 150 ° C. applied at the time of manufacturing a solar cell module, so that the projection of the solar cell element electrode part Penetrates the inner surface of the filler layer and the inner surface of the polyvinyl fluoride film constituting the protective sheet, and comes into contact with the aluminum foil in the protective sheet, so that the solar cell element and the aluminum foil are short-circuited to adversely affect the battery performance. There was a drawback. At the same time, a fluorine-based resin film such as a polyvinyl fluoride film is a material having a high environmental load when discarded. Moreover, since the cost is high, it is an obstacle for reducing the price of the solar cell module.
In addition, recently, there has been a demand for electrical insulation that can handle a voltage of a solar cell system of 1000 V or higher, and a solar cell back surface protection sheet having a partial discharge voltage of 1000 V or higher, which is a typical characteristic, has been demanded.
Thus, it has been proposed that improvement of the dielectric breakdown voltage of the solar cell back surface protection sheet leads to improvement of the partial discharge voltage (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In addition, a solar cell back surface protection sheet having a partial discharge voltage of 1000 V or higher has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
The present invention is excellent in strength, weather resistance, heat resistance, water resistance, light resistance, chemical resistance, light reflectivity, light diffusibility, moisture resistance, etc. An object of the present invention is to provide a solar cell back surface protection sheet that constitutes a solar cell module that can handle a solar cell system voltage of 1000 V, and a solar cell module using the same.
In order to achieve the above object, the following means have been found. A solar cell back surface protective sheet, which is a protective sheet, wherein air bubbles are present in the adhesive layer of the laminate (I), and the amount of the air bubbles is second grade or higher by a visual gap evaluation method.
