Description

The present invention relates to a passenger conveyor device preferably used as an escalator or a moving sidewalk.

。   As a conventional passenger conveyor device, a plurality of steps connected endlessly and circulated and moved between an outward path and a return path, a front roller support section provided on the front side of the step, and the front roller support section A rear roller supported on the rear side of the step, a rear roller support provided on the rear side of the step, a rear roller supported on the rear roller support, and A step-turning mechanism that is provided in a turn-back section between the forward path and the return path, and reverses the posture of the step to change the moving direction of the step; and, in the turn-back section of the step, the rear roller support portion And a step posture control mechanism that controls the posture of the step without restraining the rear roller (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

1)JP 2001-31355 A (first page, FIG. 1)

In the conventional passenger conveyor apparatus as described above, a step sprocket is used for the step turn-back mechanism in the step reversing part. Therefore, even if an earthquake load or other external force that does not normally operate acts in the width direction of the step, Are naturally restrained in the width direction, so that the roller does not interfere with other members. However, in the case where a step sprocket is not used in the step reversing part, when a large force such as the above-mentioned seismic load is applied, the passenger conveyor is in the DN (down) direction at the top of the escalator and the passenger conveyor is in the UP (up) direction at the bottom. In this case, when the roller enters the straight portion from the arc-shaped reversing rail of the step reversing portion on the forward path side of the passenger conveyor, that is, near the reversing end portion, the roller moves in the lateral direction, causing interference, and so on. There was a problem that there is a possibility of damaging.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems of the prior art, and even if the driving roller of the step is displaced in the width direction of the passenger conveyor due to earthquake motion or the like, the passenger conveyor can be safely It is an object to obtain a passenger conveyor device with improved safety.

A passenger conveyor device according to the present invention includes a step chain in which steps having a driving roller are connected endlessly, a step reversing unit that reverses the moving direction of the step chain, and a movement path of the driving roller in the step reversing unit An arc-shaped driving roller reversing rail that guides and supports the driving roller that is arranged and rolls, and has an entrance portion for the driving roller in the vicinity of the reversing end portion of the driving roller reversing rail, and both sides of the driving roller. And a roller guide that is widened so that the opening width of the entry portion exceeds the lateral displacement of the drive roller during an earthquake.

In this invention, the driving roller is provided in the vicinity of the reversal end portion of the driving roller reversing rail by having a roller guide whose opening width is larger than the lateral displacement of the driving roller at the time of an earthquake. Even if the roller is displaced due to an earthquake or the like, the roller guide guides the driving roller to a normal position, and the operation can be continued without damaging the steps. For this reason, the safety of the passenger conveyor is improved.

Embodiment 1 FIG.
1 to 5 illustrate a passenger conveyor device according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, FIG. 1 is a side view showing the overall configuration, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view corresponding to an arrow line II-II in FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line III-III in FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 is a side view conceptually showing the rail configuration and the roller guide excluding the step in FIG. 5A and 5B are diagrams for explaining the operation of the roller guide shown in FIG. 4, wherein FIG. 5A is a side view when the driving roller enters the roller guide, and FIG. 5B corresponds to the arrow D when the drive roller enters normally. FIG. 4C is a view corresponding to an arrow D at the time of abnormality. Note that the same reference numerals denote the same parts throughout the drawings. In the figure, the passenger conveyor device is a circle on the lower floor, which is provided on a passenger conveyor main frame 1 fixed between building beams on the upper floor and the lower floor and in which a predetermined number of steps 2 are connected endlessly. It is spanned between the step reversing part R surrounded by A and the step reversing part surrounded by a circle B on the upper floor, and is configured to circulate and move by the driving device 3 arranged in the inclined part (intermediate part).

The step 2 includes a step body 21, a step shaft 22 fixed to the step body 21, a pair of driving rollers 23 provided at both left and right ends of the step shaft 22, and a pair of follower rollers 24 provided on the step body 21. The adjacent steps 2 are connected to each other by one link 25 on each of the left and right sides pivoted at both ends of the step shaft 22 having the driving roller 23. In the step 2, in the straight line portion L including the inclined portion, the drive roller 23 is guided by the first rail 4 for the drive roller 23, and the follower roller 24 is guided by the second rail 5 for the follower roller 24. Is moved along. In the step reversing section R, an arcuate driving roller reversing rail 41 (41a, 41b) for the driving roller 23 and a semicircular following roller reversing rail 51 for the following roller 24 are provided as shown in FIG. The drive roller 23 and the follower roller 24 are guided by rolling on the drive roller reverse rail 41 and the follower roller reverse rail 51, respectively, and the step chain 20 is reversed.

The driving roller reversing rail 41 has the advantage that the structure of the step chain 20 (link structure) and the rigidity are secured, so that the driving roller reversing rail 41 can maintain its posture independently and does not require a lateral guide on the reversing mechanism. Since there is, it has the structure shown in the figure. In the vicinity of the boundary between the first rail 4 and the driving roller reversing rail 41b, both sides of the driving roller 23 straddle the reversal end portion and the straight line portion L of the driving roller reversing rail 41b as shown in FIGS. The opening width W (shown in FIG. 5B) of the entry portion 6a surrounded by the circle E in FIG. 5A exceeds the lateral displacement amount of the drive roller 23 at the time of the earthquake. The dimension is expanded to the dimension obtained by adding the amount equivalent to the movement back to the amount of lateral displacement due to the force in the direction of arrow F (FIG. 5 (c)) acting on the drive roller 23 assumed at the time of the earthquake. A roller guide 6 formed so as to be narrowed in the direction of the other end 6b on the side is provided. 2 to 5 show the lower floor side reversing portion R surrounded by the circle A in FIG. 1, but the upper floor side reversing portion surrounded by the circle B is similarly configured in a symmetrical manner. .

Next, the operation of the first embodiment configured as described above will be described. The driving device 3 pushes the link 25 meshing with a driving caterpillar (not shown) to the front side in the traveling direction of the step 2 and simultaneously pulls the link 25 behind the traveling direction to continuously move the step chain 20. In the step reversing portion R, the step 2 is pushed and pulled by the driving caterpillar of the driving device 3, and the driving roller 23 and the following roller 24 are guided by the driving roller reversing rail 41 and the following roller reversing rail 51, as shown in FIG. Operate in the direction indicated by arrow C and reverse. More specifically, the driving roller 23 of the step 2 is guided by the driving roller reversing rails 41a and 41b, and the follower roller 24 of the step 2 is guided by the second rail 5 and the semicircular following roller reversing rail 51. Invert along the circulation path. When the driving roller 23 moves to the reversal end portion shown in FIG. 5A, the driving roller 23 enters the guide substantially in the center in the width direction of the roller guide 6 as shown in FIG. Is done.

On the other hand, when an earthquake load or other external force F (or -F) that does not normally operate acts on the drive roller 23, the drive roller 23 is caused by backlash or the like of the step chain 20 as shown in FIG. Although the case where it moves to a horizontal direction is assumed, in that case, the opening width W of the entrance part 6a of the roller guide 6 provided so that the both sides of the drive roller 23 may be covered from the top is assumed in the time of an earthquake. The driving roller 23 is accurately guided to the normal orbit by the roller guide 6 and can maintain the normal posture of the step 2 by being widened to a value that secures the amount of movement obtained by adding the amount equivalent to the amount of movement to the direction displacement amount. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the step 2 from being damaged. In addition, although the case of UP operation in the stepboard reversing portion R on the lower floor side has been described, the same applies to the step reversal portion on the upper floor side, and in the case of the upper floor side, the same operation is performed during DN operation.

As described above, according to the first embodiment, the roller guide 6 is disposed so as to cover both sides of the drive roller 23 across the vicinity of the reverse end portion of the drive roller reverse rail 41 and the straight line portion. By expanding the opening width W of the portion 6a to a dimension obtained by adding the amount equivalent to the movement back to the lateral displacement amount of the driving roller 23 at the time of an earthquake, and narrowing in the direction of the other end portion 6b on the linear portion L side, Even when the step chain 20 and the driving roller 23 are displaced in the width direction due to an external force due to an earthquake or the like in the step reversing portion R of the one-passenger conveyor, the driving roller 23 can be accurately guided to the normal track, and the step 2 can be safely performed. The effect that can be made to travel is obtained. Further, since the roller guide 6 is provided so that the entry portion 6a is positioned above the inversion end portion where the step 2 on the forward path side of the step chain 20 is inverted from the bottom to the top, the side of the step chain 20 It is possible to accurately cope with the displacement in the direction.

Embodiment 2. FIG.
6A and 6B illustrate a roller guide of a passenger conveyor device according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. FIG. 6A is a side view, and FIG. 6B is a top view. In the figure, a roller guide 6 is fixed to a fixed bracket 71 provided on a side portion of the first rail 4 via a cam body 72 so as to be movable in the direction of an arrow G substantially parallel to the first rail 4. The body 72 is held at the center of the movable direction indicated by the arrow G by two spring bodies 73 such as compression springs provided on both sides in the movement direction, and the movement in the vertical direction is restricted. The fixed bracket 71 is fixed to the passenger conveyor main frame 1 (FIG. 1) and the like, and the support bracket 7 of the roller guide 6 is configured by the fixed bracket 71, the cam body 72, and the spring body 73. The detection switch 8 fixed to the fixing bracket 71 is engaged with the engaging portion 72a formed of the concave portion of the cam body 72, and the detection switch 8 operates when the roller guide 6 moves a predetermined distance in the arrow G direction. And a signal is sent to the control part of the passenger conveyor apparatus which is abbreviate | omitting illustration, for example, it is comprised so that a passenger conveyor apparatus may be stopped. Since other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment, description thereof is omitted.

In the second embodiment configured as described above, when an earthquake load or other external force that does not normally operate acts, the driving roller 23 moves in the lateral direction and strongly interferes with the roller guide 6. The roller guide 6 moves in the direction of travel of the drive roller 23 as indicated by an arrow H while guiding the drive roller 23 to a normal position. As a result, the cam body 72 also moves simultaneously, and the detection switch 8 is operated. The control unit of the passenger conveyor device (not shown) safely stops the passenger conveyor by a signal from the detection switch 8. When the displacement is such that the detection switch 8 does not operate, the driving roller 23 is guided to the normal position by the roller guide 6 as in the first embodiment, and the operation is continued without any trouble.

As described above, according to the second embodiment, the same effect as in the first embodiment can be obtained, and when the driving roller 23 strongly interferes with the roller guide 6, the detection switch 8 operates and the illustration is omitted. A signal is sent to the control part of the passenger conveyor apparatus which exists, and the effect that a passenger conveyor can be stopped safely is acquired.
In the first and second embodiments, the case where the passenger conveyor device is an escalator has been described, but it goes without saying that it can also be used on a moving sidewalk.
