Abstract
【解決手段】ハイブリッド自動車20では、システム起動に際し、排ガス浄化触媒141の触媒床温Tcatとバッテリ50の残容量SOCとに基づいてエンジン22の触媒暖機運転の実行可否が判定され(S110,S140)、触媒暖機運転を実行すべきではないときには、触媒床温Tcatと残容量SOCとエンジン22のアイドル時の推定吸入空気量GAidlとに基づいてエンジン22のアイドル運転を伴ったバッテリ50の強制充電の実行可否が判定され(S150〜S200)、これらの判定結果に応じてエンジン22とモータMG1およびMG2とが制御される(S130,S210)。

Description
内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関から排出される排ガスを浄化するための触媒を含む浄化手段と、
前記触媒の温度を取得する触媒温度取得手段と、
所定の車軸と前記内燃機関の機関軸とに接続され、前記内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を用いて発電可能であると共に電力の入出力を伴って前記車軸に動力を入出力可能な電力動力入出力手段と、
前記車軸または該車軸とは異なる他の車軸に動力を出力可能な電動機と、
前記電力動力入出力手段および前記電動機と電力をやり取り可能な蓄電手段と、
前記蓄電手段の残容量を取得する残容量取得手段と、
システム起動に際して、前記取得された触媒の温度および残容量に基づいて該触媒の活性化を促進させる前記内燃機関の触媒暖機運転の実行可否を判定する触媒暖機可否判定手段と、
前記触媒暖機可否判定手段により前記触媒暖機運転を実行すべきではないと判断されたときに、前記取得された触媒の温度および残容量と前記内燃機関のアイドル時の推定吸入空気量とに基づいて前記内燃機関のアイドル運転を伴った前記蓄電手段の強制充電の実行可否を判定する強制充電可否判定手段と、
前記触媒暖機可否判定手段により前記触媒暖機運転を実行すべきであると判断されたときには該触媒暖機運転が実行されるように前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御し、前記強制充電可否判定手段により前記強制充電を実行すべきであると判断されたときには該強制充電が実行されるように前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御する制御手段と、
を備えるものである。
(a)前記触媒の温度および残容量に基づいて該触媒の活性化を促進させる前記内燃機関の触媒暖機運転の実行可否を判定するステップと、
(b)ステップ(a)にて前記触媒暖機運転を実行すべきではないと判断されたときに、前記触媒の温度および残容量と前記内燃機関のアイドル時の推定吸入空気量とに基づいて前記内燃機関のアイドル運転を伴った前記内燃機関の強制充電の実行可否を判定するステップと、
(c)ステップ(a)にて前記触媒暖機運転を実行すべきであると判断されたときには該触媒暖機運転が実行されるように前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御し、ステップ(b)にて前記強制充電を実行すべきであると判断されたときには該強制充電が実行されるように前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御するステップと、
を含むものである。
Claims (9)
- 内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関から排出される排ガスを浄化するための触媒を含む浄化手段と、
前記触媒の温度を取得する触媒温度取得手段と、
所定の車軸と前記内燃機関の機関軸とに接続され、前記内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を用いて発電可能であると共に電力の入出力を伴って前記車軸に動力を入出力可能な電力動力入出力手段と、
前記車軸または該車軸とは異なる他の車軸に動力を出力可能な電動機と、
前記電力動力入出力手段および前記電動機と電力をやり取り可能な蓄電手段と、
前記蓄電手段の残容量を取得する残容量取得手段と、
システム起動に際して、前記取得された触媒の温度および残容量に基づいて該触媒の活性化を促進させる前記内燃機関の触媒暖機運転の実行可否を判定する触媒暖機可否判定手段と、
前記触媒暖機可否判定手段により前記触媒暖機運転を実行すべきではないと判断されたときに、前記取得された触媒の温度および残容量と前記内燃機関のアイドル時の推定吸入空気量とに基づいて前記内燃機関のアイドル運転を伴った前記蓄電手段の強制充電の実行可否を判定する強制充電可否判定手段と、
前記触媒暖機可否判定手段により前記触媒暖機運転を実行すべきであると判断されたときには該触媒暖機運転が実行されるように前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御し、前記強制充電可否判定手段により前記強制充電を実行すべきであると判断されたときには該強制充電が実行されるように前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御する制御手段と、
を備えるハイブリッド自動車。 - 前記触媒暖機可否判定手段は、前記取得された残容量が所定の暖機実行残容量以上であると共に前記取得された触媒の温度が所定の暖機実行温度以下であるときに前記触媒暖機運転を実行すべきと判断する請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車。
- 前記強制充電可否判定手段は、前記取得された残容量が前記暖機実行残容量よりも小さい所定の充電実行残容量以下であるとき、前記取得された残容量が前記暖機実行残容量未満であると共に前記取得された触媒の温度が所定の充電実行温度以上であるとき、および前記取得された残容量が前記充電実行残容量を上回ると共に前記取得された触媒の温度が前記推定吸入空気量に基づく所定の充電許容下限温度以上であるときに前記強制充電を実行すべきであると判断する請求項2に記載のハイブリッド自動車。
- 請求項3に記載のハイブリッド自動車において、
前記内燃機関の温度を取得する温度取得手段と、
少なくとも停車時用および通常走行用のシフトポジションの選択を運転者に許容するシフトポジション選択手段とを更に備え、
前記推定吸入空気量は、前記取得された温度と前記シフトポジションとに基づいて導出され、前記充電許容下限温度は、前記導出された推定吸入空気量に応じて変更されるハイブリッド自動車。 - 前記充電実行残容量は、前記蓄電手段の負荷の状態に応じて変更される請求項3または4に記載のハイブリッド自動車。
- 前記触媒暖機運転の実行に際し、前記電力動力入出力手段により前記内燃機関の回転数が所定回転数に保持されると共に前記内燃機関の点火時期が通常時よりも遅角される請求項1から5の何れかに記載のハイブリッド自動車。
- 前記触媒暖機可否判定手段と前記強制充電可否判定手段とは、システム起動後に前記ハイブリッド自動車が停車している間、前記触媒暖機運転または前記強制充電の実行可否を判定する請求項1から6の何れかに記載のハイブリッド自動車。
- 前記電力動力入出力手段は、動力を入出力可能な発電用電動機と、前記車軸と前記内燃機関の前記機関軸と前記発電用電動機の回転軸との3軸に接続され、これら3軸のうちの何れか2軸に入出力される動力に基づく動力を残余の軸に入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段とを含む請求項1から7の何れかに記載のハイブリッド自動車。
- 内燃機関と、前記内燃機関から排出される排ガスを浄化するための触媒を含む浄化手段と、所定の車軸と前記内燃機関の機関軸とに接続され、前記内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を用いて発電可能であると共に電力の入出力を伴って前記車軸に動力を入出力可能な電力動力入出力手段と、前記車軸または該車軸とは異なる他の車軸に動力を出力可能な電動機と、前記電力動力入出力手段および前記電動機と電力をやり取り可能な蓄電手段とを備えたハイブリッド自動車の制御方法であって、
(a)前記触媒の温度および残容量に基づいて該触媒の活性化を促進させる前記内燃機関の触媒暖機運転の実行可否を判定するステップと、
(b)ステップ(a)にて前記触媒暖機運転を実行すべきではないと判断されたときに、前記触媒の温度および残容量と前記内燃機関のアイドル時の推定吸入空気量とに基づいて前記内燃機関のアイドル運転を伴った前記内燃機関の強制充電の実行可否を判定するステップと、
(c)ステップ(a)にて前記触媒暖機運転を実行すべきであると判断されたときには該触媒暖機運転が実行されるように前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御し、ステップ(b)にて前記強制充電を実行すべきであると判断されたときには該強制充電が実行されるように前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御するステップと、
を含むハイブリッド自動車の制御方法。
