Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electronic component inspection container suitable for inspecting whether an electronic component functions normally under various temperature and atmospheric pressure environments.
In order to inspect electronic component elements such as semiconductor devices, inspection of temperature dependence of electrical characteristics is one of the important items. Therefore, an apparatus for measuring the electrical characteristics of a measurement target element by adjusting the temperature of the measurement target element, which is a product to be inspected, to a low temperature or a high temperature is well known. As an example of this type of low temperature and high temperature electrical characteristic measuring apparatus, there is an apparatus disclosed in
Patent Document 2 is proposed as an electronic component characteristic measuring apparatus that measures whether or not only an electronic component to be measured functions normally at normal temperature, high temperature, and below freezing temperature in a general environment. This characteristic measuring apparatus includes an envelope, a first Al plate, a second Al plate, a heat insulating plate, first and second Peltier elements, a heat dissipation fan, a cylinder, 2 thermocouples, a carrier on which the element to be measured is mounted, and a probe that is electrically connected to a predetermined terminal of the element to be measured.
A technique for molding a pressure sensor having a wireless communication function on a tire has been realized (see, for example,
Since a pressure sensor molded on a tire operates throughout the four seasons, it is necessary to always exhibit a normal sensor function at any of room temperature, high temperature, and sub-freezing temperature. For this reason, an atmospheric pressure sensor inspection device for inspecting whether or not the atmospheric pressure sensor functions normally at normal temperature, high temperature, and below freezing temperature is required.
However, the electronic component inspection apparatus of Patent Document 2 has a problem that it is troublesome to replace the probe and cannot cope with a pressure change. In addition, when the probe needs to be replaced, it is not possible to replace the probe quickly in units of one. After the replacement, various adjustments are necessary to bring the probe into contact with the electronic component terminals. There was a problem of inefficiency.
In addition, the conventional thermostatic chamber needs to arrange the pressure vessel itself that accommodates the entire printed circuit board for inspection inside, and there is a problem that the structure becomes complicated and includes a wiring to be taken out to the outside. there were. As a result, there is a problem that the time for stabilizing the internal pressure and the time for controlling the temperature of the internal gas become long. Furthermore, when the temperature of the entire gas is raised or lowered, the atmospheric pressure tends to become unstable due to thermal expansion or contraction of the gas, and it has been difficult to perform accurate measurement in a short time. Similarly, when the internal pressure of the pressure vessel is changed, the temperature of the gas in the pressure vessel changes, so that there is a problem that the temperature tends to become unstable and it takes time to equilibrate the temperature. In particular, when the pressure vessel is increased in size, the influence of the gas increases, so that there is a problem that it is difficult to stabilize the target value. In addition, there is a problem that it is difficult to automate the inspection work and the work efficiency is extremely poor.
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem. By simply supplying and sealing an electronic component in a container, a plurality of probes provided in the container are brought into contact with terminals of all the electronic components. Providing an electronic component inspection container with reduced adjustment time, which can be immediately transferred to the inspection process of electronic components, and can be removed and replaced with a new probe when the probe is worn out after long-term operation. The purpose is that.
In order to achieve this object, the electronic component inspection container according to the first aspect of the present invention is provided in one of the upper container and the lower container and the upper container or the lower container, which are in contact with each other to form a sealed container. A plurality of conductive sockets to be fitted and secured to a plurality of socket mounting holes, and a bottomed probe mounting hole formed in a non-penetrating manner in the conductive socket. A probe, and the conductive socket further includes a data extraction line extending from the bottom side of the probe mounting hole to the outside of the container, and the hermetically sealed when the upper container and the lower container are overlapped. The probe is configured to come into contact with an inspection terminal of the electronic component housed in a container.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, after the electronic component is supplied into the container, the upper container and the lower container are simply positioned and overlapped with each other, so that the electronic component is accommodated in the sealed space. At the same time, since the plurality of probes are distributed to the measurement terminals of the electronic component and automatically contacted, it is possible to immediately shift from this state to the inspection process of the electronic component. In particular, since the probe is provided integrally with the container in advance, the internal space can be reduced.
Specifically, when the electronic component is a pressure sensor, after superposing the upper and lower containers, the pressure sensor is heated or cooled to reach the measured temperature, and pressurized air is introduced into the container to increase the pressure. I will do it. When the electronic component is a negative pressure sensor, after the upper and lower containers are overlapped, the pressure sensor is heated or cooled to the measured temperature and then the vacuum pump is operated to Remove air and reduce pressure. In any case, since the internal space can be made small, it becomes possible to make a predetermined pressure or a predetermined temperature in a short time, and to shorten the inspection time.
In the inspection process, all of the plurality of probes are not worn at the same time, and may be worn quickly or partially destroyed when the contact pressure with the terminal of the electronic component is high. Therefore, according to the present invention, since the probe is detachably attached to the conductive socket, only the worn probe can be removed and replaced with a new probe, so that the cost is lower than when all the probes are replaced. Also, since the fitting state between the probe and the conductive socket and the fitting between the conductive socket and the socket mounting hole of the container are doubled, when the probe is directly fixed to the container and the wiring is led out to the outside Compared with, it becomes possible to greatly increase confidentiality. That is, it is possible to rationally ensure confidentiality and facilitate maintenance.
In addition, when the tip of the probe is viewed with the upper container removed, it can be seen that the probe that does not gloss is poor in contact, and that the probe that is too glossy and deformed is not in good contact. Even in this case, according to the present invention, only the probe can be exchanged.
The invention of claim 2 is the above invention, wherein an insulating region made of an insulating resin is formed on one of the upper container or the lower container, and the socket mounting hole is formed in the insulating region, The conductive socket is fitted. By doing so, the insulation state between the plurality of conductive sockets is ensured, and the conductive socket is press-fitted and fixed to the socket mounting hole of the insulating resin, or is fixed using an O-ring or an adhesive. It is possible to improve confidentiality. In particular, when a resin material is used, since the socket mounting hole can be elastically deformed or plastically deformed, the conductive socket can be fixed in a strong and highly confidential state by press-fitting.
In the invention of claim 3, in contrast to the above-mentioned invention, the upper container is provided with a block mounting opening, and a block plate made of an insulating material is detachably provided so as to close the block mounting opening. The block plate is provided with the socket mounting hole, and the conductive socket is fitted therein.
According to the present invention, since all sockets and probes are provided on the block plate, it is possible to remove all the probes in a module state by removing the block plate, thereby facilitating maintenance. Moreover, when some trouble occurs, it is possible to replace all the probes at the same time by exchanging the block plate with another block plate, thereby improving the working efficiency.
In addition, in order to ensure position reproducibility when a block board is attached or detached, it is preferable to provide the positioning mechanism by fitting to a block board and an upper side container. For example, a positioning mechanism using a fitting structure of a positioning pin and a positioning hole or using an engaging structure with uneven stepped portions is preferable.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the above invention, a reinforcing plate is provided outside the block plate. According to this configuration, it is possible to reinforce the strength reduction due to the insulating resin, and it is possible to suppress thermal deformation and deformation due to pressure.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the above invention, the lower container is provided with a heat conduction means for placing the electronic component thereon and imparting heat or cold to the electronic component. According to the present invention, it is possible to effectively control the temperature of the electronic component.
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the above invention, the heat conducting means is in close contact with a heat conducting plate disposed so as to close an opening provided in the lower container, and a back surface of the heat conducting plate. A Peltier element for applying heat or cold to the conductive plate, and a heat sink that is in close contact with the back surface of the Peltier element, and heat transfer by the heat conducting means inside and outside the sealed container. It is characterized by that.
According to the present invention, since heat is transferred inside and outside the sealed container, for example, when the electronic component is a pressure sensor, the pressure sensor accommodated in the sealed container can be moved from the outside of the pressure container. Hot or cold heat can be supplied, and the atmospheric pressure sensor can be efficiently maintained at the measured temperature. Furthermore, in the present invention, the temperature of the electronic component can be directly controlled (without air), so even if a gas is introduced (or sucked) to raise (or lower) the pressure inside the sealed container, the temperature of the gas It becomes possible to suppress the influence of change.
The invention of claim 7 is characterized in that, in the above invention, at least the periphery of the opening in the lower container is constituted by a heat insulating material. With this configuration, since the periphery of the heat conduction plate is surrounded by the heat insulating material, the heat of the heat conduction plate is prevented from escaping through the lower container, and can be effectively supplied to the electronic component.
The invention according to claim 8 is characterized in that, in the above invention, the heat conducting means comprises a biasing means for biasing the heat sink toward the Peltier element.
In the above case, the temperature control by the Peltier element is appropriately performed by forming the heat conduction plate thin. Specifically, if the thickness of the heat conduction plate is reduced, the heat conduction plate may be bent outward or inward due to the pressure change in the pressure vessel, but the heat conduction plate and the heat sink are fixed to the outside. If this is done, the Peltier element may be destroyed by pressure due to the outward bending of the heat conducting plate, or the Peltier element may be tensile broken by the inward bending of the heat conducting plate. Therefore, as in the present invention, by energizing the heat sink with the energizing means, if the heat conduction plate is bent outward due to an increase in internal pressure, the heat sink escapes outward while in close contact with the Peltier element. While avoiding pressure breakdown, the Peltier element can be pressed against the heat conducting plate with an appropriate pressure. In addition, if the heat conduction plate curves inward due to a decrease in internal pressure, the heat sink follows the inside while keeping in close contact with the Peltier element. On the other hand, the Peltier element can be brought into pressure contact with an appropriate pressure.
In the above configuration, it is preferable that either the close contact between the heat conductive plate and the Peltier element or the close contact between the Peltier element and the heat sink is provided so as to be separable.
The invention of claim 9 is characterized in that, in the above invention, the upper container and the lower container are pressure-resistant containers and are configured to supply high-pressure gas.
In this way, it is possible to inspect electronic components in a high-pressure or low-pressure environment.
According to the present invention, the plurality of probes provided in the container can be brought into contact with the terminals of the electronic component simply by supplying the electronic component into the sealed container and sealing, and the process immediately proceeds to the inspection process of the electronic component. It becomes possible. Further, by adopting the conductive socket, when the probe is worn out after being operated for a long time, only the worn probe can be removed and replaced with a new probe, and the sealing performance can be improved.
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The electronic component inspection container according to this embodiment is a pressure container. Here, the pressure container will be described using an example in which the pressure container is applied to an electronic component inspection apparatus whose inspection target is an atmospheric pressure sensor. This is shown in FIGS.

The

In the present embodiment, the contact surface (contact surface) in which the
The biasing means 55 is constituted by a coil spring at a plurality of positions provided on the lower surface of the liquid circulation means 54, holds the liquid circulation means 54 and the
The
As a result, when the carrier C is placed on the
The carrier C has a function of positioning and mounting the atmospheric pressure sensor A. In addition, although the case where the atmospheric pressure sensor A is indirectly heated and cooled through the carrier C is shown here, for example, the lower part of the lower surface of the atmospheric pressure sensor A is opened, and the lower surface of the atmospheric pressure sensor A is It is also preferable to have a configuration in which the heat
A plurality of
Accordingly, when the pressure sensor A is heated by the
When the pressure sensor A is cooled by the
The
As a result of the above, heat is applied from the outside of the pressure vessel 10 to heat the pressure sensor A accommodated in the pressure vessel 10 which is a heat insulation space, or the pressure sensor A is inspected. The heat absorbed from the pressure sensor A for cooling to the temperature can be released to the outside of the pressure vessel 10, and the pressure sensor A can be maintained at the inspection temperature with high thermal efficiency.
The lower fixed

Next, a structure for moving the pressure vessel 10 and applying a sealing pressure will be described.

The container lifting / lowering means 30 is fixed to a horizontal linear
The
Further, the third
When lowering the upper

The pressing means 40 includes an
A lower
In the maintenance, the pressurizing means 40 retracts the pressurizing
That is, the container elevating means 30 raises the elevating
According to this configuration, since the upper
Next, the operation of the electronic
The operation at the time of inspection will be described. First, the third
At the same time, either the first
When the descent is completed successfully, the pressurizing
Next, by turning on a standard pressure generator to which high-pressure air from a high-pressure air supply source (compressor) (not shown) is supplied, the lower side is connected via an
After completion of the inspection, the internal air is instantaneously released through the
During maintenance in the pressure vessel 10, the first
According to this embodiment, since the inside of the pressure vessel 10 becomes a pressure-resistant sealed space for inspection, and the
Furthermore, since the heat conduction means 50 is provided outside the pressure vessel 10 except for the
Since the pressure vessel 10 includes the upper
Furthermore, according to this embodiment, the pressure sensor A is brought into close contact with the
Further, according to this embodiment, the upper
Furthermore, according to this embodiment, the
Furthermore, according to the present embodiment, even if a part of the plurality of
In order for the atmospheric pressure sensor A to be able to discriminate and inspect for normality and abnormality of values output at each inspection temperature of 20 ° C., 80 ° C., and −10 ° C., for example, in a short time one after another, Three electronic
Moreover, even when inspecting the output of the electronic component when the temperature is changed under a plurality of fixed pressures, it is preferable to arrange a plurality of electronic
