Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an elevator position detection device that detects a stop position of a platform for an elevator car.
However, in the prior art disclosed in
Since the trapezoidal cam protrudes in the hoistway as in the previous operation, the trapezoidal cam may be caught by the main rope, governor rope or tail cord due to earthquakes or wind shaking. In order to prevent this catch, there is a problem that a protection wire for preventing the catch has to be installed, which increases the production cost.
In addition, when a high-speed elevator is installed, there is a risk that contact noise may be generated when the roller contacts the trapezoidal cam, and the roller touches the trapezoidal cam due to the high speed of the car. In some cases, the trapezoidal cam may be damaged.
The present invention has been made in consideration of the actual state of the prior art as described above. The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate protrusions in the hoistway and to prevent the passenger car from having an unbalanced load on the passenger car. An object of the present invention is to provide an elevator position detection device capable of correcting an error in a stop position.
In order to achieve this object, the present invention relates to an elevator position detecting device for detecting a stop position at each landing of a car, at a certain angle with respect to a vertical plane for each floor on the landing side in the elevator hoistway. The inclined surface is mounted at an inclination, and an inclined surface having a variable distance depending on the height of the car is formed. The reflector reflects the signal medium, and radiates the signal medium. A first non-contact distance measuring device which is provided in the car so as to face the reflector and measures a first dimension in the depth direction with the reflector; and radiates the signal medium; And a second non-contact distance measuring device that measures a second dimension in the depth direction with respect to the guide rail that guides the raising and lowering of the car, and the guide rail stands in the hoistway without receiving an unbalanced load. The second non- A deviation between the normal dimension measured by the tactile distance measuring device and the second depth direction dimension is calculated, a correction value of the first depth direction dimension is calculated based on the deviation, and the correction value is calculated based on the correction value. A car position calculation device for calculating a stop position of the car at each landing is provided.
According to the present invention configured as described above, when the car arrives at each landing, the first non-contact distance measurement is performed with the reflector attached on the landing side measured by the first non-contact distance measuring device. Stopping the car based on the first depth dimension between the devices and the second depth dimension between the second non-contact distance measuring device and the guide rail measured by the second non-contact distance measuring device. The position is calculated by the car position calculating device, and the reflector, the first non-contact distance measuring device, and the second non-contact distance measuring device are arranged so as not to protrude into the hoistway. be able to. Therefore, the projections such as the trapezoidal cam and the roller described above into the hoistway can be eliminated.
In addition, the car position calculation device is erected in the hoistway without receiving an unbalanced load and the second depth dimension at the car stop position measured by the second non-contact distance measuring device. In this case, a deviation of the normal dimension measured by the second non-contact distance measuring device is calculated, a correction value of the first depth direction dimension is calculated based on the deviation, and the car's cage is calculated based on the correction value. Since the stop position with respect to the landing is calculated, even if an unbalanced load is generated depending on the position of the passenger in the car, and the car is tilted by this unbalanced load, the error of the stop position of the car is corrected. can do.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that, in the above-mentioned invention, the reflector comprises a reflector.
Further, the present invention is the above invention, wherein the inclined surface of the reflector is an inclined surface that forms a part of a fascia plate provided on the landing side of each floor, and the first non-contact distance. The measuring device and the second non-contact distance measuring device are arranged on the bottom surface of the car. Since the present invention configured as described above can detect the stop position at the platform of the car without newly installing a reflector, the manufacturing cost can be reduced compared with the case where a reflector is separately provided.
Since the present invention configured as described above can detect the stop position of the car relative to the landing without newly installing a reflector, the manufacturing cost can be reduced compared to the case where a reflector is separately provided.
Further, the present invention is the above invention, wherein the reflector has a height dimension capable of calculating an engagement range in which the door provided on the platform and the landing area is engaged, and the car position calculation device includes the engagement unit. It is characterized in that the matching range is calculated. According to the present invention configured as described above, it is not necessary to separately provide a means for detecting the above-described engagement range, and therefore, it is possible to reduce the manufacturing cost associated with providing the means for detecting this engagement range.
As described above, the present invention can eliminate protrusions in the hoistway, thereby ensuring the safety of the worker during maintenance work in the hoistway as compared with the prior art. Breakage can be prevented. In addition, it is possible to correct an error in the stop position at the platform of the car that is generated due to the unbalanced load of the car, so that the stop position at the platform of the car can be accurately detected.
Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out an elevator position detection apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

It is a figure which shows the control means with which a form is equipped. FIG. 4 is a flowchart for explaining a position detection method by the elevator position detection apparatus according to the first embodiment.
[Configuration of First Embodiment]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the elevator position detection apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present invention moves up and down while the
In particular, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the first embodiment is attached to each floor on the
In the first embodiment, a second non-contact is provided in the
As shown in FIG. 3, the elevator control device 8 that controls the raising and lowering of the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
[Position Detection Method According to First Embodiment]
FIG. 4 is a flowchart for explaining a position detection method by the elevator position detection apparatus according to the first embodiment.
Next, a method for calculating the actual level difference h that is the stop position of the
After the conversion formula is stored in the car
Simultaneously with step (S2), light is emitted from the second non-contact
Next, in the car
Next, the elevator control device 8 determines whether or not the value of the step difference h that is fed back is within a range of values that are defined in advance on the floor to be stopped (within the step difference h) (S6). When the value of the level difference h in the step (S6) is within the range of the defined value, the elevator control device 8 stops the elevator, that is, the car 1 (S8), and stops the
[Effect of the first embodiment]
According to the first embodiment configured as described above, when the
Further, as described above, since the protrusions can be eliminated in the hoistway 13, the protrusions may become a main rope (not shown), a governor rope (not shown), or a tail cord due to the shaking of the building due to an earthquake or wind. There is no fear of being caught by 30 and being damaged. Therefore, it is not necessary to install a protection wire for preventing catching to prevent catching, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
Further, as described above, since the detection of the stop position of the elevator is performed in a non-contact manner, the first non-contact distance measuring device which is a position detection device and generates a contact sound when a high-speed elevator is installed. 3. It is possible to prevent the second non-contact
Further, as described above, the
