Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an image pickup device, and more particularly to an image pickup device that converts received light into an electronic signal, and an image pickup apparatus including the image pickup device.
このような撮像素子としては、例えば、CCD(Charge Coupled Device)センサやCMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor)センサ等が利用されている。 An imaging element used in an imaging apparatus receives light from a subject and converts it into an electronic signal. As such an image sensor, for example, a CCD (Charge Coupled Device) sensor, a CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) sensor, or the like is used.
。 In recent years, downsizing of imaging devices has become remarkable, and the pitch and opening portions of the imaging devices are becoming increasingly narrower and the density of the imaging devices is increasing. In order to cope with such high density, an improvement in the internal structure of the image sensor has been proposed. For example, there has been proposed an imaging device formed by embedding a transfer electrode in a substrate so as not to block light incident obliquely (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
On the other hand, it is known that the characteristics of the entire optical lens group of the optical lens group used in the imaging apparatus change depending on the position of the lens constituting the optical lens group (see, for example, Patent Document 2). The characteristics of such a lens are spherical aberration, which indicates the phenomenon that the light beam is not fixed at one point on the optical axis, astigmatism, which indicates the phenomenon that the concentric circle image and the radiation image do not coincide with each other, and the object and image are similar. It is categorized into distortion aberration (distortion) indicating a phenomenon that does not occur.
However, as the density of the image sensor further increases, the amount of light itself reaching the photoelectric conversion element decreases, making it difficult to avoid the influence of the characteristics of the optical lens group. For example, when light is incident from the front as shown in FIG. 8A, the incident light via the on-
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to maintain the light quantity by allowing light to enter perpendicularly to each photoelectric conversion element in the imaging element.
