Abstract
【解決手段】加熱装置50は、溶接格納箱の内部に配置された4つのヒータ52を含む。各ヒータ52は、溶接位置26に向けられたランプ54と、ランプ54が装着されたヒータ支持体80とを有する。ヒータ支持体80は、ランプ54を溶接位置26に対して制御自在に接離させるスライダ82を含む。各ランプ54は、光出力を有する光源56と、光源56の光出力の入射部分を溶接位置26に向かって反射するように配置された反射面を有する反射鏡60とを含むのが好ましい。

Claims (10)
- 工作物(22)を溶接する溶接装置(20)において、
溶接位置(26)に工作物(22)を格納するのに十分な大きさを有する溶接格納箱(24)と;
前記溶接格納箱(24)の内部に配置された少なくとも3つのヒータ(52)を含む加熱装置(50)とを具備し、各ヒータ(52)は、
前記溶接位置(26)に向けられたランプ(54)と、
前記ランプ(54)が装着されたヒータ支持体(80)とを具備し、前記ヒータ支持体(80)は、前記溶接位置(26)に対して前記ランプ(54)を制御自在に接離させるスライダ(82)を具備する溶接装置(20)。 - 前記溶接格納箱(24)はグローブボックスである請求項1記載の溶接装置(20)。
- 前記溶接格納箱(24)の中へ不活性雰囲気を導入するように動作自在である雰囲気制御部(38)を更に含む請求項1記載の溶接装置(20)。
- 前記加熱装置(50)は、1つの平面に位置し且つ互いに90°の角度で配置され丁度4つのヒータを具備する請求項1記載の溶接装置(20)。
- 各ランプ(54)は、
光出力(58)を有する光源(56)と、
前記光源(56)の前記光出力(58)の入射部分を前記溶接位置(26)に向かって反射するように配置された反射面(62)を有する反射鏡(60)とを具備する請求項1記載の溶接装置(20)。 - 各ランプ(54)は、
光出力(58)を有する光源(56)と、
反射鏡(60)とを具備し、前記反射鏡(60)は、
クロムではない基板(64)と、
前記基板(64)に接触し、前記光源(56)の前記光出力(58)の入射部分を前記溶接位置(26)に向かって反射するように配置されたクロム反射面(62)とを具備する請求項1記載の溶接装置(20)。 - 各ランプ(54)は、
光出力(58)を有する光源(56)と、
反射鏡(60)とを具備し、前記反射鏡(60)は、
アルミニウム合金基板(64)と、
前記基板(64)に接触し、前記光源(56)の前記光出力(58)の入射部分を前記溶接位置(26)に向かって反射するように配置されたクロム反射面とを具備する請求項1記載の溶接装置(20)。 - 前記溶接格納箱(24)の内部に封入された工作物(22)を更に含み、前記工作物(22)はニッケル系超合金又はコバルト系超合金から製造される請求項1記載の溶接装置(20)。
- 前記溶接格納箱(24)はベース(28)及び取外し自在の蓋を具備し、
前記溶接装置は、前記ベース(28)にヒンジを介して装着された加熱装置支持体(88)を更に含み、前記加熱装置(50)は前記加熱装置支持体(88)に固着される請求項1記載の溶接装置(20)。 - 前記溶接位置(26)において前記工作物(22)に対して動作自在であるように前記溶接格納箱(24)の内部に配置された溶接機(90)を更に含む請求項1記載の溶接装置(20)。
