Description
従って、本発明にあっては、光源として波長が500nm以上の可視領域及び近赤外領域に属する非干渉性電磁波を照射する光源、例えば、ハロゲンランプ等の安価な光源を使用するので、溶着ラインに沿って複数のランプユニットを配置しても安価に構成することが出来る。そのため、走査方式でなくフラッシュ方式を採用することが出来、溶着作業の効率を向上させることが出来、結果として、車輌用灯具を安価に提供することが可能になる。また、多重放物面の一の方向に交差する方向での並びを工夫することにより曲線で構成される溶着ラインに沿って集光させることが可能になる。そのため、溶着ラインが複雑な形状を有する場合でも、少ない数のランプユニットを配置するだけで溶着ラインの全体をカバーすることが出来る。
Claims (4)
- 車輌用灯具のハウジングに透明カバーを溶着する溶着装置であって、
ハロゲンランプ等の波長が500nm(ナノメーター)以上の可視領域及び近赤外領域に属する非干渉性電磁波を照射する光源と、上記光源の光を所望の点状又は線状に集光反射させる多重反射面を有するランプユニットを備え、
ハウジングと透明カバーとを重ね合わせ、上記光源の光を多重反射面によってハウジングの透明カバーと重なった箇所に集光させ、
上記多重反射面は、一の方向の断面において集光反射面に形成され、上記一の方向に交差する方向の断面において多重放物面に形成されている
ことを特徴とする溶着装置。 - 溶着ライン、すなわち、ハウジングと透明カバーとの重ね合わされた部分が連続して位置している箇所に沿って複数のランプユニットが配置されて成る
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶着装置。 - 車輌用灯具のハウジングに透明カバーを溶着する溶着方法であって、
ハロゲンランプ等の波長が500nm(ナノメーター)以上の可視領域及び近赤外領域に属する非干渉性電磁波を照射する光源と、上記光源の光を所望の点状又は線状に集光反射させる多重反射面を有するランプユニットを備え、
ハウジングと透明カバーとを重ね合わせる工程と、
上記光源の光を多重反射面によってハウジングの透明カバーと重なった箇所に集光させてハウジングと透明カバーとを溶着させる工程とを備え、
上記多重反射面は、一の方向の断面において集光反射面に形成され、上記一の方向に交差する方向の断面において多重放物面に形成されている
ことを特徴とする溶着方法。 - 溶着ライン、すなわち、ハウジングと透明カバーとの重ね合わされた部分が連続して位置している箇所に沿って複数のランプユニットを配置する
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の溶着方法。
