Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle opening / closing device, and more particularly, to a vehicle opening / closing device that includes an opening / closing body for opening / closing an opening formed in a roof panel or the like of a vehicle and that can prevent an object from being caught by the opening / closing body.
In an opening / closing device such as a sunroof device of a vehicle, an opening / closing body disposed in an opening of a vehicle body is driven by a motor to slide between one end side and the other end side of the opening to open / close the opening. To do. For example, in a sunroof device, a slide roof is provided in an opening formed in a roof surface of a vehicle body, and the slide roof is tilted so that the rear end side of the vehicle body moves up and down with an end in the vehicle width direction as a fulcrum, and Slide operation to slide in the direction. The slide roof is connected to the output shaft of the drive motor, and slides between the end portion on the tilt side and the end portion on the slide side by the rotation of the output shaft.
In such an opening / closing device, there is a possibility that an object may be sandwiched between the edge of the opening / closing body and the edge of the opening when the opening / closing body moves in the closing direction by tilting down (lowering). Therefore, it has a pinching prevention function.
For example, there is a sunroof device that detects a foreign object by providing a switch for detecting pinching by a roof panel, and stops or reverses the roof panel when a foreign object detection signal is output (see, for example, Patent Document 1). . There is also a vehicle opening / closing device that detects pinching by an opening / closing body by detecting a load of a drive motor (see, for example, Patent Document 2). The vehicle opening / closing device of
In an opening / closing device having a pinching prevention function as disclosed in
In the sunroof device of Patent Document 1, in consideration of the fact that the operating load of the roof panel fluctuates due to the negative pressure generated by the airflow above the roof panel during vehicle traveling, in the pinching determination during traveling due to such variation of the operating load In order to prevent an erroneous determination, a switch for determining contact of an object is provided to detect pinching mechanically instead of detecting rotation of the motor. However, when a switch is used as the pinching detection sensor, the number of parts increases and the number of parts assembly steps also increases. Therefore, it has been a cause of cost increase.
Further, in the vehicle opening / closing device of
However, in the pinching detection during the tilt-down operation of the sunroof device, the pinching load escapes to the vehicle body side because the elastic modulus of the panel portion (vehicle body) around the opening frame is low. Therefore, even if the jamming occurs, the operation load does not increase so much and the jamming cannot be detected effectively. In addition, if a mask area for judging the pinching prohibition is provided in the vicinity of the fully closed position, no trapping occurs because the operating load does not increase even if pinching occurs in the operating area before (tilt-up side) the mask area. Is erroneously determined, and the operation continues as it is and enters a mask region with low detection accuracy. Therefore, there is a possibility that the occurrence of pinching cannot be detected.
Further, in the configuration in which the sandwiching load escapes to the vehicle body side, the panel around the opening frame bends in the load direction (tilt down direction), so that the tilt fully closed position is shifted in the load direction. Accordingly, the distance from the mask start position to the fully closed position of the tilt is larger than that in normal operation without pinching when sandwiched, and the mask area is enlarged. In
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle opening / closing device capable of suppressing erroneous detection and omission of pinching during a tilt-down operation of an opening / closing body such as a slide roof of a sunroof device. It is in.
According to the opening and closing device for a vehicle of the present invention, the subject is an opening and closing body disposed in an opening of the vehicle, and a driving means for rotating the opening and closing body around a rotation shaft provided at one end thereof. And a control means for stopping or reversing the driving means by detecting pinching of the object by the opening / closing body, wherein the open / close body has a free end at a predetermined position outside the opening. The drive means opens and closes the tilt fully opened position raised to the position and the tilt fully closed position where the free end is lowered to a predetermined position on the inner side of the opening. When the body is in the mask area from the mask start position set in the vicinity of the tilt fully closed position to the tilt fully closed position, the pinching is detected based on a different criterion from when the body is outside the mask area, and By performing mask region correction for moving the mask start position to the tilt fully closed position side based on detecting that the opening / closing body is outside the mask region and is in a predetermined pinching tendency state Solved.
With this configuration, since the mask area is set near the fully closed position of the tilt, when the driving speed or driving load of the opening / closing body changes due to contact between the opening / closing body and the edge of the opening, the change is reduced. Considering this, pinching detection can be performed with different criteria. Therefore, erroneous detection of pinching due to contact between the opening / closing body and the edge of the opening can be suppressed.
In addition, the position of the mask area can be corrected to the tilt fully closed position based on the detection of the pinching tendency state when the open / close body is outside the mask area, so that the opening frame is tilted by the pinching load. Even if the fully closed position is shifted in the load direction, the size of the mask region can be kept constant. In other words, even if pinching occurs outside the mask area, the mask area does not expand, so that it is possible to prevent the pinching from being detected.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the control means is configured not to detect pinching when the opening / closing body is within the mask region. In this way, pinching detection is not performed when the opening / closing body and the opening frame member are in contact and sliding to increase the driving load of the opening / closing body, so the sliding load is erroneously determined as the pinching load. It is possible to suppress erroneous detection of pinching.
Further, in the present invention, further comprising a vehicle speed detection means for detecting the speed of the vehicle, wherein the control means, when the vehicle speed at the time of detection of the pinching tendency state detected by the vehicle speed detection means is a predetermined value or more, It is preferable that the mask area correction is not performed. As described above, when the operating load of the opening / closing body fluctuates due to the negative pressure during traveling of the vehicle, the occurrence of erroneous detection of pinching due to the negative pressure can be suppressed by not performing the mask area correction.
Further, in the present invention, it is further provided with an opening / closing speed detecting means for detecting a moving speed of the opening / closing body, and the control means is configured to detect pinching based on the moving speed detected by the opening / closing speed detecting means. Is preferred.
More specifically, the control means determines that pinching has occurred when a variation amount per unit time of the moving speed of the opening / closing body has exceeded a predetermined determination threshold for a predetermined time or longer. It is preferable to constitute so.
If comprised in this way, since pinching detection can be performed without using the sensor (switch etc.) which detects contact with an opening-and-closing body, the number of parts can be reduced and the assembly man-hour of an apparatus can also be reduced. Thus, cost reduction can be achieved.
In the present invention, the mask start position is set to a contact start position between the free end of the opening / closing body and the edge of the opening. In this way, since erroneous detection of pinching due to contact with the edge of the opening does not occur outside the mask region, occurrence of erroneous detection can be suppressed.
More specifically, the opening is formed in a fixed roof of a vehicle, and the opening / closing body is configured by a movable roof panel that closes at least a part of the opening in the vicinity of the tilt fully closed position. Can do. Thus, the vehicle opening / closing device of the present invention can be applied to a sunroof device.
According to the vehicle opening / closing device of the present invention, a mask region is set near the fully closed position of the tilt, and pinching is prohibited in the mask region, thereby preventing erroneous detection of pinching due to contact between the opening / closing body and the edge of the opening. can do. In addition, when pinching is detected when the open / close body is outside the mask area, the mask area can be kept constant by correcting the position of the mask area to the tilt fully closed position side. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of detection leakage due to enlargement of the mask region. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress malfunction of pinching detection during the tilt-down operation and to suppress detection leakage.

The
The
When the output shaft of the
The speed / position
Next, the tilt operation control of the
FIG. 4 shows an operation region and a mask region at the time of normal operation and sandwiching operation of the slide roof. The sliding
On the other hand, during the tilt-down operation, the driving of the
Note that the
The
Further, when it is determined that the pinching has occurred, the
As described above, the
Moreover, the
Further, the
FIG. 3 shows an example of a pulse signal by the speed / position
The speed / position detection means of the
Further, in this example, a mask area is set in the tilt operation area, and when the
The operation of the
It should be noted that the pinching determination may not be completely prohibited within the mask area, but the pinching determination may be performed based on a determination criterion different from that outside the mask area. For example, the occurrence of pinching may be determined when the speed variation pattern is different from that when sliding with a weather strip or the like.
In the state where the
FIG. 5 is an explanatory diagram showing the concept of mask area correction. As shown in this figure, the pinching tendency state of this example is, for example, a state in which the amount of change in the moving speed of the
Further, in this example, when the traveling speed of the vehicle 1 exceeds a predetermined threshold value, pinching detection by the
Since the vehicle speed information (for example, the above-described speed pulse) related to the traveling speed of the vehicle 1 is output from the
Next, the processing procedure of the tilt-down operation in which the pinch determination and the mask area correction are performed will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
First, when the down operation is instructed by the
Next, the
In the determination process of whether or not mask area correction is necessary (step S3), the
When all of the conditions 1a to 3a are satisfied (step S3: Yes), the process proceeds to the mask area correction process in step S4. On the other hand, if any one of the conditions 1a to 3a is not satisfied (step S3: No), it is determined that the mask area correction is unnecessary, and the pinch determination process in step S5 while maintaining the mask area in the normal range. Proceed to
In the mask area correction process (step S4), the
Next, a pinching determination process (step S5) is performed. In this process, the vehicle speed is less than the threshold value in each step (step S2: Yes) and the case where any one of the conditions 1a to 3a is not satisfied (step S3: No). This is performed with the mask area maintained in the normal range. On the other hand, when all of the conditions 1a to 3a are satisfied (step S3: Yes), the mask area is corrected to the range at the time of sandwiching.
In step S5, the
When the conditions 1b to 3b are satisfied (step S5: Yes), it is determined that the pinching has been detected, and the process proceeds to the reversal operation process of steps S6 to S7. On the other hand, when any one of the conditions 1b to 3b is not satisfied (step S5: No), it is determined that the pinching has not been detected, and the process proceeds to the operation continuation process of steps S8 to S9.
Next, in the reversal operation process (steps S6 to S7), after performing the reversal operation for a predetermined section in step S6, it is determined whether or not the tilt fully opened position C1 has been reached in step S7. If the tilt has not yet reached the fully open position C1 (step S7: No), the process returns to step S6 again, and steps S6 to S7 are repeated until the tilt fully open position C1 is reached. When it is determined that the tilt fully opened position C1 has been reached (step S7: Yes), the process proceeds to the operation stop process of step S10.
Further, in the operation continuation process (steps S8 to S9), after continuing the operation in the down direction by a certain amount in step S8, it is determined whether or not the tilt fully closed position C2 has been reached in step S9. If the tilt fully closed position C2 has not yet been reached in step S9 (step S9: No), the process returns to step S1 and the process is repeated again. On the other hand, if it is determined in step S9 that the tilt fully closed position C2 has been reached (step S9: Yes), the process proceeds to an operation stop process in step S10.
In step S10, the supply of power to the
As described above, in the sunroof apparatus S of the present example, since the mask area is set in the vicinity of the tilt fully closed position C2, the moving speed and driving of the
Further, the sunroof apparatus S of the present example can correct the position of the mask area to the tilt fully closed position C2 side based on detecting the pinching tendency state when the
