Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a refrigerator, and more particularly to a refrigerator having a refrigeration cycle using R290 as a refrigerant.
In general, a refrigerator refrigeration cycle is composed of a compressor, a condenser, a capillary tube as an expansion device, an evaporator, and a suction pipe connected in series, and the capillary tube and the suction pipe form a counterflow heat exchanger. It is comprised by soldering with (refer the following patent document 1).
As a refrigerant for such a refrigeration cycle, in recent years, from the viewpoint of preventing global warming, conversion from a CFC-based refrigerant having a high global warming coefficient to a natural refrigerant is desired. Therefore, R600a (isobutane), which is a kind of natural refrigerant, has been used as a refrigerant for refrigerators. However, since R600a has a low density, it cannot take a large refrigerating capacity. For this reason, there is a drawback that it is not possible to immediately cope with a particularly large load.
Since R290 has a higher density than R600a, it can take a large refrigerating capacity. Therefore, even when a large load is applied, R290 can be cooled relatively quickly and can cope with the load. . However, it has been found that if the conventional refrigeration cycle specifications for R600a are applied to R290 as they are, an efficient cooling operation cannot be performed because the restriction by the capillary tube is loose.
That is, since R290 has a higher density than R600a, it requires only a small refrigerant volume flow rate in order to exhibit the same refrigeration capacity, or it can be cooled faster if the refrigerant volume flow rate is the same. However, on the other hand, there is a drawback that pressure loss is less likely to occur compared to R600a. Therefore, the pressure reduction effect in the capillary tube tends to be insufficient, and this tendency is particularly large in the capillary tube for the evaporator that cools the freezing temperature zone. Further, R290 generally has a higher condensation pressure and evaporation pressure than R600a, and the pressure difference between them needs to be larger than that of R600a, so that it is required to increase the pressure reduction effect in the capillary tube. Therefore, in order to increase the refrigeration capacity with respect to R600a, simply replacing R290 and using it as it is, the pressure reducing effect in the capillary tube is insufficient, and an efficient cooling operation cannot be performed, and input (ie, electric There is a problem that the cost is high.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object thereof is to provide a refrigerator capable of efficient cooling operation while suppressing an increase in input while using R290 having a large refrigerating capacity as a refrigerant. And
In order to solve the above problems, a refrigerator according to a first aspect of the present invention includes a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator for cooling a refrigeration temperature zone, and a throttle interposed between the evaporator and the condenser. In a refrigerator having a refrigeration cycle connected to a device and using R290 as a refrigerant, the throttling device is a capillary tube having a length of 3 m or more.
A refrigerator according to a second aspect of the present invention connects a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator for cooling a refrigeration temperature zone, and a throttle device interposed between the evaporator and the condenser, and uses R290 as a refrigerant. In the refrigerator having a conventional refrigeration cycle, the throttling device is formed by connecting a plurality of capillary tubes in series.
A refrigerator according to a third aspect of the present invention connects a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator that cools a refrigeration temperature zone, and a throttling device interposed between the evaporator and the condenser, and uses R290 as a refrigerant. In the refrigerator having a conventional refrigeration cycle, the expansion device is formed by connecting an expansion valve whose opening degree can be adjusted and a capillary tube in series.
According to the present invention, while using R290 having a large refrigerating capacity as a refrigerant, the throttling of the throttling device for the evaporator that cools the refrigerating temperature zone is more tight than the conventional one, and the decompression effect is enhanced. Cooling operation is possible.
Hereinafter, the refrigerator which concerns on embodiment of this invention is demonstrated based on drawing.

In the present invention, the evaporator that cools the refrigeration temperature zone is one that cools only the refrigeration temperature zone as in the fourth embodiment as long as it cools the refrigeration temperature zone (temperature zone of -18 ° C or lower). Alternatively, the refrigerator temperature zone may be cooled together with the freezing temperature zone as in the first to third embodiments.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although R290 is used independently as a refrigerant | coolant, as long as the effect of this invention is not impaired, you may mix and use another refrigerant | coolant (for example, R600a), making R290 a main component.
About the refrigerator provided with the refrigerating cycle shown in FIG. 4 mentioned above, the performance evaluation test was done with the actual machine.
