Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の強化ガラス基板は、表面に圧縮応力層を有する強化ガラス基板であって、ガラス組成として、質量%でSiO2 45〜80%、Al2O3 3〜21%、ZnO 0.01〜15%、B2O3 0〜16%を含有し、且つ質量分率で、(Li2O+Na2O+K2O)/Al2O3の値が0.5〜2、Li2O/(Li2O+Na2O+K2O)の値が0〜0.5であることを特徴とする。

Description
(1)質量%でSiO2 45〜80%、Al2O3 10〜16.5%、ZnO 0.01〜5%、B2O3 0〜10%、BaO 0〜1.5%を含有し、且つ質量分率でLi2O/R2Oの値が0〜0.3、R2O/Al2O3の値が0.5〜2、
(2)質量%でSiO2 55〜70%、Al2O3 12〜18%、ZnO 0.01〜10%、Li2O 0.01〜10%、Na2O 0〜15%、K2O 0〜10%、B2O3 0〜10%、MgO 0〜10%、CaO 0〜10%、SrO 0〜10%、BaO 0〜2.5%を含有し、且つ質量分率でLi2O/R2Oの値が0.01〜0.3、R2O/Al2O3の値が0.5〜1.5、
(3)質量%でSiO2 55〜70%、Al2O3 12〜17%、ZnO 1〜8%、Li2O 1〜6%、Na2O 5〜11%、K2O 2〜8%、B2O3 0〜5%、MgO 0〜5%、CaO 0〜5%、SrO 0〜5%、BaO 0〜2%を含有し、且つ質量分率でLi2O/R2Oの値が0.05〜0.25、R2O/Al2O3の値が0.8〜1.3等のガラスが挙げられる。
Claims (18)
- 表面に圧縮応力層を有する強化ガラス基板であって、
ガラス組成として、質量%でSiO2 45〜80%、Al2O3 3〜21%、ZnO 0.01〜15%、B2O3 0〜16%を含有し、且つ質量分率で、(Li2O+Na2O+K2O)/Al2O3の値が0.5〜2、Li2O/(Li2O+Na2O+K2O)の値が0〜0.5であることを特徴とする強化ガラス基板。 - ガラス組成として、質量%でSiO2 45〜80%、Al2O3 10〜21%、ZnO 0.01〜15%、B2O3 0〜12%、BaO 0〜3%を含有し、且つ質量分率で、(Li2O+Na2O+K2O)/Al2O3の値が0.5〜2、Li2O/(Li2O+Na2O+K2O)の値が0〜0.3であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化ガラス基板。
- Li2O/(Li2O+Na2O+K2O)の値が0.01以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の強化ガラス基板。
- 表面の圧縮応力が100MPa以上、且つ圧縮応力層の厚みが1μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス基板。
- 未研磨の表面を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス基板。
- オーバーフローダウンドロー法で成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス基板。
- 液相温度が1100℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス基板。
- 液相粘度が104.0dPa・s以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス基板。
- 密度が2.8g/cm3以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス基板。
- ヤング率が70GPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス基板。
- 30〜380℃における熱膨張係数が70〜95×10-7/℃であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス基板。
- クラック発生率が70%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス基板。
- タッチパネルディスプレイに用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス基板。
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 45〜80%、Al2O3 10〜21%、ZnO 0.01〜15%、B2O3 0〜12%、BaO 0〜3%を含有し、且つ質量分率で、(Li2O+Na2O+K2O)/Al2O3の値が0.5〜2、Li2O/(Li2O+Na2O+K2O)の値が0〜0.3であることを特徴とするガラス。
- Li2O/(Li2O+Na2O+K2O)の値が0.01以上であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のガラス。
- 430℃のKNO3溶融塩中で4時間イオン交換したとき、表面の圧縮応力が300MPa以上、且つ圧縮応力層の厚みが3μm以上になることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のガラス。
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 45〜80%、Al2O3 10〜21%、ZnO 0.01〜15%、B2O3 0〜12%、BaO 0〜3%を含有し、且つ質量分率で、(Li2O+Na2O+K2O)/Al2O3の値が0.5〜2、Li2O/(Li2O+Na2O+K2O)の値が0〜0.3であり、表面に圧縮応力層が形成されてなることを特徴とする強化ガラス。
- Li2O/(Li2O+Na2O+K2O)の値が0.01以上であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の強化ガラス。
