Abstract
【解決手段】第1熱媒体2又は第2熱媒体3を流通させる複数本の流路10が形成された板状チューブ4が、前記第1熱媒体2又は前記第2熱媒体3との間で熱交換を行う蓄熱材5中に配置され、前記板状チューブ4は、二枚の板材を重ね合わせた状態に接合して形成されるとともに、各板材は該板材の接合面とは反対方向に凸となりかつ内部が空洞とされた複数本の突条部8A,9Aと各突条部の間の平坦部8B,9Bとを有し、一方の板材における前記空洞の開口部が他方の板材における平坦部8B,9Bで閉じられて各突条部8A,9Aの内部である前記空洞が前記流路10とされていることを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 第1熱媒体又は第2熱媒体を流通させる複数本の流路が形成された板状チューブが、前記第1熱媒体又は第2熱媒体との間で熱交換を行う蓄熱材中に配置された熱交換装置において、
前記板状チューブは、二枚の板材を重ね合わせた状態に接合して形成されるとともに、各板材は該板材の接合面とは反対方向に凸となりかつ内部が空洞とされた複数本の突条部と各突条部の間の平坦部とを有し、一方の板材における前記空洞の開口部が他方の板材における平坦部で閉じられて各突条部の内部である前記空洞が前記流路とされていることを特徴とする熱交換装置。 - 複数の前記板状チューブが相互に所定の間隔をあけて対向して配列され、かつこれらの板状チューブの間に充填された前記蓄熱材は加熱されて融解するとともに冷却されて凝固する蓄熱材からなり、
前記板状チューブは、一方の板状チューブにおける前記突条部が、該一方の板状チューブに隣接する他方の板状チューブにおける前記平坦部に対向するように配列されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換装置。 - 前記突条部は、前記平坦部に対して傾斜した外側面を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱交換装置。
- 前記突条部は、断面形状が前記平坦部側を底辺とした三角形状をなすように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の熱交換装置。
