底シール部の反対辺に上辺シール部を有し、両サイドにサイドシール部を有するパウチ本体の上辺シール部にスパウトとキャップからなる口栓を設けたパウチの口栓側の所定位置に、パウチ本体の横幅と同一長さで、所定の幅のイージーピール性テープがパウチ本体内に上辺シール部と平行に挿入され、パウチ本体の両側内面のシーラント層と所定幅で加熱、圧着されてなる横シール部を設けた口栓付きパウチにおいて、該パウチ本体がガスバリア性積層材料からなり、該横シール部が両サイドのサイドシール部の位置にシール強度30N/15mm以上の強シール部を有し、中間位置にシール強度30N/15mm未満の弱シール部を有するものからなることを特徴とする口栓付きパウチ。   A pouch is provided at a predetermined position on the plug side of the pouch having a spout and a cap formed on the upper seal portion of the pouch body having a top seal portion on the opposite side of the bottom seal portion and side seal portions on both sides.
