Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a control system for in-vehicle electronic devices.
In general, in a vehicle ECU such as an automobile, when a drop in battery voltage below a predetermined threshold voltage is detected by a voltage monitoring circuit or the like, each in-vehicle ECU executes a CPU reset, resulting in a drop in battery voltage. A function for preventing malfunction of the controlled object is provided.
However, a large load acts on the cell motor at the time of engine start cranking, and the battery voltage temporarily decreases greatly. This situation is not particularly abnormal and may occur even if it is normal, but the threshold voltage is set relatively high, so depending on the battery condition, it may be The battery voltage may be lower than the threshold voltage and the CPU reset may be frequently executed. In this case, this battery voltage drop that is not abnormal is recorded as diagnosis information, and unnecessary diagnosis information is accumulated every time the engine is started. In addition, there is a problem that the start of the ECU is delayed due to the execution of the reset process, and the process to be executed immediately after the engine is started is not executed smoothly.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a control system for an in-vehicle electronic device that appropriately resets a CPU even when the battery voltage drops when the engine is started.
In order to solve the above problems, a control system for an in-vehicle electronic device of the present invention is a control system for an in-vehicle electronic device mounted on a vehicle,
A CPU having a reset terminal that operates using the in-vehicle battery as a power source and functions as a control main body of the in-vehicle electronic device, and uses the in-vehicle battery as a signal voltage source;
The CPU monitors the input voltage of the reset terminal and detects a reset edge at which the input voltage changes from a first level higher than a predetermined reset threshold voltage to a second level lower than the reset threshold voltage to detect the CPU. CPU reset means for resetting;
A period specifying means for specifying an engine start period in which the engine of the vehicle is started by a starter and a normal period in which the start of the engine is completed and the engine is in an idling state;
Reset threshold voltage setting means for setting the reset threshold voltage to the first threshold voltage during the engine start period and to set the second threshold voltage higher than the first threshold voltage during the normal period;
It is provided with.
According to the above configuration of the present invention, the reset threshold voltage for resetting the CPU is configured to be set low during the engine start period. Therefore, it is difficult to reset the CPU due to a temporary decrease in the battery voltage during engine start. Become. As a result, it is possible to prevent a temporary drop in the battery voltage at the time of engine start from being recorded as diagnosis information related to the detection of abnormality, and since the unnecessary CPU reset is not executed after the engine start, the ECU can be started smoothly. Can do. Further, when the engine start period ends and the normal period is reached, the reset threshold voltage is set to a higher value as in the conventional case, so that the CPU is appropriately reset with respect to a decrease in battery voltage that occurs during the normal period. be able to.
The CPU reset means in the present invention is provided on the signal input line to the reset terminal, compares the input voltage with the reset threshold voltage, and when the input voltage is higher than the reset threshold voltage, the output voltage becomes high level, When the input voltage is lower than the reset threshold voltage, it can be configured as a comparator whose output voltage becomes low level. According to this configuration, the threshold value can be switched only by adding a comparator outside the CPU, so that it is not necessary to change the specification of the reset threshold voltage in the ROM of the CPU.
The reset threshold voltage setting means according to the present invention includes a reference voltage generation circuit that generates a reference voltage based on an in-vehicle battery voltage, a resistance voltage divider circuit that adjusts and inputs a resistance voltage to a comparator, and a resistance voltage divider circuit The resistance voltage dividing ratio can be configured to include a voltage dividing switching means for switching between a first voltage dividing ratio corresponding to the first threshold voltage and a second voltage dividing ratio corresponding to the second threshold voltage. According to this configuration, the reset threshold can be easily changed by changing the partial pressure.
In the configuration of the present invention described above, the engine rotation speed acquisition means for acquiring the engine rotation speed is provided, the period specifying means determines the start period, and the engine rotation speed acquired by the engine rotation speed acquisition means is determined in advance from the start of the starter. The normal period can be determined as the period after the starting period. According to this configuration, the start period and the normal period thereafter can be easily and accurately specified by acquiring the engine speed.
Further, in the configuration of the present invention, a timer for counting a time after engine start is provided, and the period specifying means determines the start period as a period until a predetermined time is counted from the starter start by the timer. The normal period may be determined as a period after the starting period. According to this configuration, the start period and the normal period thereafter can be easily specified by the timer. In addition, by combining with the case where the engine start speed and the normal period are defined as described above, even if the engine speed does not reach the threshold speed, the timer ensures that the various ECUs It becomes possible to start.
In the present invention, the first application activation means for activating a predetermined application that is executed by the CPU along with the start of the normal period can be provided. According to this configuration, an application that does not need to be started during the engine start period in which the battery voltage is reduced can be executed after waiting for the normal period to arrive. As a result, a specific application can be executed from a normal period that is not affected by a drop in battery voltage, and an effect of reducing the CPU load at the time of starting the engine can be expected.
In this case, the application that is executed after the arrival of the normal period can be an application that performs A / D conversion processing of the sensor input used for operation control of the in-vehicle electronic device. Since the A / D conversion process generates the reference voltage at the time of conversion using the battery voltage, the A / D conversion process is easily affected by the fluctuation of the battery voltage and is executed from the normal period.
In addition, an application that is executed after the normal period has arrived can be an application that performs an initialization process of a stepping motor included in the in-vehicle electronic device. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the initialization process from being performed unnecessarily due to a decrease in the battery voltage at the time of starting the engine.
On the other hand, a second application activation unit that activates a predetermined application that is executed by the CPU along with the start of the activation period may be provided. The application to be executed from the engine start period can be an application for performing diagnostic recording related to detection of abnormality in the in-vehicle electronic device. As a result, the battery voltage drop at the start of the engine is not detected as an abnormality unless it falls below the reset threshold voltage set lower than in the prior art, so that a diagnosis record can be appropriately left.
The CPU of the present invention can be provided in an air conditioner ECU that controls an air conditioner as an in-vehicle electronic device. The air conditioner ECU is provided with sensors such as an outside air temperature sensor, an inside air temperature sensor, a solar radiation sensor, and a water temperature sensor, and stepping motors that drive various dampers. According to the present invention, the A / D conversion process of the sensor input from these sensors and the initialization process of the motor can be performed in a normal period after the engine start in which the battery voltage is unlikely to decrease.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing an electrical configuration of a control system for an in-vehicle electronic device according to the present invention. The control system 1 in the figure is configured such that an ECU (Electronic Control Unit) 100 that operates using a vehicle-mounted battery B as a power source communicates with other ECUs via a CAN (Controller Area Network)
The ECU 100 includes a
The
The power supply
Further, the power supply
The monitoring
The reference
The resistance
The division
The
In the control system 1 of the in-vehicle electronic device (air conditioner) 150 of the present invention having the above-described configuration, the engine start period Ts when the vehicle engine is started by the
First, the flow of the first threshold voltage program 103a will be described using the flowchart of FIG. The first threshold voltage program 103a is executed in accordance with a predetermined engine start operation (detection of an ignition ON signal). First, in S11, the engine speed X is acquired from the
Next, the flow of the second threshold voltage program 103b will be described using the flowchart of FIG. Similar to the first threshold voltage program 103a, the second threshold voltage program 103b is executed in accordance with a predetermined engine start operation (detection of an ignition ON signal). First, in S21, the
Then, along with the execution of the threshold voltage programs 103a and 103b, the
As an application executed in S33, for example, application A in FIG. 6 that executes A / D conversion processing of sensor input used for operation control of the in-vehicle
The flow of application A will be described using the flowchart of FIG. First, in S41, the current reset threshold voltage Vs (Vs2) is acquired. Subsequently, in S42, the input voltage Vr of the reset terminal 101a is acquired. In S43, the acquired reset threshold voltage Vs is compared with the input voltage Vr. If Vr is lower than Vs, the
The flow of application I will be described using the flowchart of FIG. First, in S51 and S52, the current reset threshold voltage Vs (Vs2) and the input voltage Vr of the reset terminal 101a are acquired as in the case of application A in FIG. In S53, the acquired reset threshold voltage Vs is compared with the input voltage Vr. If Vr is lower than Vs, the
On the other hand, the application D in FIG. 8 for executing the diagnosis recording related to the abnormality detection of the in-vehicle
By executing each program as described above, as shown in FIG. 9, during the engine start period Ts, an initial reset of the
