Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sound insulation ventilation door that is a door used in a building such as a house and has sound insulation properties and can maintain air permeability even when closed. In particular, the present invention relates to a sound insulation ventilation door that further improves the sound insulation performance of the door without impairing the air permeability.
On the other hand, doors used in bedrooms and toilets are preferably provided with sound insulation, and various proposals for improving sound insulation have been made conventionally (see, for example, Patent Document 1). According to the door described in this document, by arranging a crosspiece having a large number of vent holes in a vent channel provided inside the door, sound passing therethrough is attenuated. .
As described above, doors used in bedrooms and toilets need to have both sound insulation and breathability, and in particular, it is required to improve sound insulation while maintaining breathability. .
This invention is made | formed in view of this subject, The objective is to provide the sound insulation ventilation door which improved the sound insulation property of the door, without impairing air permeability.
The sound insulation vent door of the present invention for realizing the above-mentioned object is opened and closed between the first space and the second space, and has sound and ventilation properties between the two spaces when closed. A door,
A first face plate facing the first space;
A second face plate facing the second space;
A frame with a double-sided plate,
A crank-shaped ventilation channel connecting the first space and the second space;
A mouth frame member serving as an inlet / outlet of the ventilation channel,
The inner face of each of the first face plate and the second face plate is provided with a lateral frame fixing bar material that fixes the mouth frame member to each face plate and defines the ventilation channel,
A honeycomb structure in which a large number of air holes are formed is disposed between the back surface of the mouth frame fixing crosspiece (the surface opposite to the surface attached to the face plate) and the inner surface of the face plate facing it. The honeycomb structure is fixed to the inner surface of the face plate through a sound insulating sheet made of resin.
According to such a configuration, the ventilation channel is formed in a crank shape, and the honeycomb structure is disposed in the channel, so that the sound transmitted through the ventilation channel is greatly increased. Can be attenuated. In particular, this honeycomb structure is not directly fixed to the door face plate, but is fixed via a sound insulation sheet, so that the sound transmitted to the face plate can be further attenuated, and the sound insulation of the door as a whole can be reduced. Further improvement can be achieved.
In the sound insulation vent door of the present invention, it is preferable that a mouth frame fixing crosspiece with which the honeycomb structure is in contact is fixed to the face plate via the sound insulation sheet.
According to such a structure, the sound insulation of the whole door can be improved more.
Furthermore, the ventilation channel may open to the upper end surface of the door through a groove formed in a part of the frame. According to such a structure, air can be taken in from both the opening part of a frame member and the opening part of a door upper end surface, and the air permeability of a door can be improved.
In addition, a cushion chamber having a total volume larger than the volume of the ventilation channel may be communicated with the ventilation channel. According to such a configuration, since the sound transmitted into the ventilation channel enters the cushion chamber and the sound is attenuated, the sound insulation of the door can be further improved.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a sound-insulating ventilated door that further improves the sound-insulating property of the door without impairing the air-permeable property.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
1A and 1B are a front view (FIG. 1A) and a rear view (FIG. 1B) of a sound insulation vent door according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a front view for explaining the internal structure of the door. FIG. 3 is an enlarged longitudinal sectional view showing a part of the door. 3A is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. 1 and shows the upper end of the door, and FIG. 3B is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG. The lower end of the door is shown.

As shown in FIG. 1A, a
As shown in FIG. 1, ventilation portions 30 </ b> A and 30 </ b> B are provided at two locations, an upper portion and a lower portion of the

Next, the configuration of the
As shown in FIG. 3A, the ventilation portion 30 </ b> A has a
The
The
As shown in FIG. 3A, a
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 3A, a
The lower
The upper and lower two
Hereinafter, the shape of the
As shown in FIG. 3 (A), the

A
The
As shown in FIG. 4, the

Next, the ventilation characteristic and the sound insulation characteristic of the

In this way, the air in the second space R2 is taken into the first space R1 and ventilation is performed.
On the other hand, the sound traveling from the space R2 to R1 enters the
As described above, according to the configuration of the present embodiment, the
Similarly, the
As described above, according to the sound
Further, as in the present embodiment, in the case of a configuration in which a ventilation channel is formed between one side of the mouth
In the above embodiment, the example in which the
Next, a modification of the
As shown in FIG. 3A, the
According to such a configuration, the sound transmitted to the
Further, since the
As shown in FIG. 5B, a plurality of
According to such a configuration, since sound is transmitted from the space Sa1 to Sa2 through the inside of the
FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing still another example of the

According to such a configuration, for example, when the first space R1 side has a negative pressure, air can be taken in from both the upper end surface opening 1h of the door and the opening of the

Next, the result of verifying the effects of the sound insulating sheet and the aluminum corrugated core will be described.
In this experiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the space R1 and the space R2 are partitioned by the

FIG. 10 is a graph showing the results of the experiment, with the horizontal axis indicating frequency and the vertical axis indicating acceleration. Further, the solid line is a graph when a test piece “with sound insulation sheet” is attached, and the broken line is a graph when a test piece “without sound insulation sheet” is attached.
As can be seen from the figure, when a test piece with a sound insulation sheet was attached, the acceleration was greatly reduced in the 100 to 300 Hz and 500 to 600 Hz bands.
In general, it is said that the noise when the toilet is drained is about 500 to 600 Hz. According to this experiment, it can be seen that the
