Description

The present invention mainly relates to a three-dimensional knitted fabric suitable for vehicle interior materials, interior materials, building materials, clothing, shoes, and the like, and a laminate using the three-dimensional knitted fabric.

Three-dimensional knitted fabric consisting of a pair of front and back ground structures and connecting yarns connecting them is used in various fields such as interior materials for vehicles, interior materials, building materials, clothing, shoes, taking advantage of its moderate thickness and cushioning properties. Has been. Many of the three-dimensional knitted fabrics are formed with regular stitches on the front and back sides, but depending on the application, a soft tactile sensation and a velor-like design are required. Improvements in the texture, touch and design of the knitted fabric are being made.

For example, in Patent Document 1, a loop is formed by overrunning a spun yarn (which is one of ground yarns in a broad sense) that is inserted into the ground yarn to form a ground structure, and raises this. Thus, it is described that a three-dimensional knitted fabric having a good touch is obtained. In Patent Document 2, when knitting a three-dimensional knitted fabric, the needle loop of the ground yarn is bulged outwardly by knitting by setting the yarn supply ratio of the ground yarn constituting the ground structure to overfeed. It is described that raising the surface on the bulging side can surely raise the bulging portion of the ground yarn without scratching the connecting yarn. In Patent Document 3, by limiting the knitted structure of the surface texture to be raised and the knitted structure of the connecting yarn, it is possible to uniformly ensure the yarn to be raised on the surface side, thereby uniforming the raising, It is described that a three-dimensional knitted fabric having an excellent appearance and tactile sensation as a sheet material for vehicles and the like is described.

However, in the case of the above-mentioned three-dimensional knitted fabric, by raising the ground yarn constituting the ground structure, a large tension is applied in the course direction and the well direction of the ground surface side ground structure, and this tension is transmitted through the connecting yarn, It also affects the earth organization. As a result, there has been a problem that wrinkles and distortions occur on both sides of the front and back fabric structures constituting the three-dimensional knitted fabric.

In order to solve such a problem, Patent Document 4 provides an opening in the non-raised surface side fabric of a three-dimensional knitted fabric (sometimes referred to as a mesh fabric or a net fabric) to release tension generated during raising. Describes a technique for eliminating wrinkles and distortions in a three-dimensional knitted fabric. Further, in Patent Document 5, the technique described in Patent Document 4 is effective not only for absorbing the tension generated when raising the ground yarn but also for absorbing the tension generated when raising the connecting yarn. It is described that it is a technique.

However, a three-dimensional knitted fabric provided with an opening in the non-raised surface side ground tissue has the non-raised surface side ground tissue as a lining fabric, for example, an adhesive layer on the side of the lining tissue, such as a vehicle interior material. When a base material made of another material such as a non-woven fabric or urethane foam is laminated and used in a laminated state, there are some problems. First, there is a problem that the adhesive oozes out from the opening of the backing tissue to the connecting portion or the raised surface side tissue, that is, the surface tissue, and the texture and feel of the resulting laminate are hardened. Secondly, since only the adhesive applied to the non-opening portion of the backing structure contributes to the adhesion, there is a problem that uniform and sufficient adhesive strength cannot be obtained, and the three-dimensional knitted fabric due to the unevenly applied adhesive. There is a problem that new wrinkles and distortions are generated in the film, and the appearance of the laminate is impaired. Third, in the ground structure having the opening, unevenness is formed by the tension of the ground yarn, but this unevenness has a problem that the adhesive strength is lowered.

The present invention has been made in view of the current situation as described above, and the object of the present invention is a three-dimensional knitted fabric in which the ground yarn is raised, and there is no occurrence of wrinkles or distortion, and an excellent appearance. Provided is a three-dimensional knitted fabric that is capable of obtaining a laminate excellent in texture, touch, appearance, and adhesive strength even when laminated with a base material made of other materials such as nonwoven fabric and urethane foam. Furthermore, it is to provide a laminate using the solid knitted fabric.

As a result of intensive studies focusing on the knitting structure of a three-dimensional knitted fabric and its knitting method, the present inventor has found that a knitted fabric having an opening in at least one of the ground structures of a pair of front and back constituting the three-dimensional knitted fabric. The above-mentioned problem when raising the ground yarn constituting at least one ground structure of the three-dimensional knitted fabric by adopting a knitting structure in which the structure and another knitting structure are combined so as not to have an opening as a whole. Furthermore, the present inventors have found that the problems in the case of adhesive lamination with a substrate can be solved, and have completed the present invention.

That is, the first of the present invention is a three-dimensional knitted fabric composed of a pair of front and back ground structures and connecting yarns connecting them, wherein at least one of the front and back ground structures is different from the knitted structure having an opening. A three-dimensional knitting comprising a knitting structure combined with the knitting structure so as not to have an opening as a whole, and having a ground yarn constituting at least one of the front and back ground structures raised. It is the earth.

The second aspect of the present invention is characterized in that at least the lining structure of the front and back lining structures is composed of a knitting structure in which a knitting structure having an opening and another knitting structure are combined so as not to have an opening as a whole. The above-mentioned three-dimensional knitted fabric.

A third aspect of the present invention is the above-described three-dimensional knitted fabric, wherein the surface fabric is composed of a knitted fabric having no opening, and the ground yarn constituting the surface fabric is raised.

A fourth aspect of the present invention is the above-mentioned three-dimensional knitted fabric, characterized in that both ground yarns constituting the front and back fabric structures are raised.

5th of this invention is a laminated body using the said three-dimensional knitted fabric, Comprising: The backing structure | tissue which does not have the opening part of this three-dimensional knitted fabric is bonded together to the base material which consists of another material through an adhesive bond layer. It is a laminated body characterized by comprising.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, generation | occurrence | production of the wrinkles and distortion which may occur when raising a ground yarn is prevented effectively, and the solid knitted fabric of the outstanding external appearance can be obtained. Moreover, the laminated body excellent in texture, touch, appearance, and adhesive strength can be obtained by bonding the three-dimensional knitted fabric and a base material made of another material through an adhesive layer.

Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail.

In the present invention, the three-dimensional knitted fabric refers to a knitted fabric having a three-dimensional structure composed of a pair of front and back ground structures and connecting yarns connecting them, and specifically includes a knitted fabric such as a double raschel or a double knit. be able to. Such a knitted fabric can be knitted by a knitting machine having two rows of needle beds facing each other. Specifically, for example, a knitted fabric by a double raschel knitting machine, a double circular knitting machine, a flat knitting machine having a V bed, or the like. Can be mentioned. Among these, a double raschel knitted fabric knitted using a double raschel knitting machine is preferable in that the yarn is not easily frayed.

The three-dimensional knitted fabric of the present invention is knitted simultaneously so that at least one of the front and back fabric structures constituting the knitted fabric has no opening as a whole of the knitting structure having an opening and another knitting structure And a ground yarn constituting at least one of the front and back fabric structures is raised. Hereinafter, a case where the knitting is mainly performed with a double raschel knitted fabric will be described as an example.

In the present invention, the “knitting structure in which a knitting structure having an opening and another knitting structure is combined” is, for example, a first knitting structure having an opening as shown in FIG. A double atlas structure (FIG. 1 (a)) knitted from a knitted structure, for example, a ground yarn that has been appropriately threaded and introduced into two sheets, and another second knitted structure, such as a denby structure (FIG. 1). (B)] comprises a knitting structure (not shown) in a state of being combined by simultaneous knitting and integrated on the knitting. In other words, it means a state in which the first and second knitting structures are knitted so as to form a loop at least at a part at the same time so as to form a single layer of knitting structure. . And in this invention, the ground organization which consists of the knitting structure of the state which the said 1st and 2nd two knitting structures combined and integrated as mentioned above may not have an opening part as a whole. Desired. Therefore, the first and second knitting structures are combined to form a knitting structure having no opening as a whole.

Such a three-dimensional knitted fabric can be knitted using, for example, a double raschel knitting machine having six sheets L1 to L6 as shown in FIG. In FIG. 2, N1 and N2 are front and rear two rows of needles arranged in parallel in the knitting machine width direction, T1 and T2 are front and rear needle hooks (trick plates), and Y1 to Y6 are guide portions G1 of the respective collars L1 to L6. The knitting yarn passed through ~ G6 is shown. B1 to B6 indicate beams of the respective knitting yarns.

In the knitting by the double raschel knitting machine in FIG. 2, for example, one ground texture B is knitted by the needle N1 using the knitting yarns Y1 and Y2 guided to the heels L1 and L2 as the ground yarn, and the heels L4, L5 and L6 are knitted. Knitting yarn Y4, Y5, Y6 introduced into the yarn is used as the ground yarn, the other ground structure A is knitted by the needle N2, and the knitting yarn Y3 guided to the collar L3 is used as the connecting yarn by the needles N1, N2 to form the both ground structures. B and A are knitted alternately one after another, and the ground structures B and A are connected by the connecting yarn C. The code | symbol D of FIG. 2 shows the knitted solid knitted fabric.

Here, one of the ground structures B and A, for example, the ground structure A knitted by the ground yarn guided to the collars L4, L5, and L6, for example, is appropriately threaded to the collars L4 and L5 and guided to the yarn. 1 (for example, FIG. 1A) and another knitted structure knitted by the ground yarn guided to the collar L6 [for example, ( b)] comprises a knitting structure integrated by simultaneous knitting. This knitting structure constitutes a ground structure having no opening as a whole.

Further, the other ground structure B knitted by the ground yarn guided to the ridges L1 and L2 is not particularly limited, and similarly to the above, “the knitting structure having an opening and another knitting structure are included. It may be composed of a knitting structure combined so as not to have an opening as a whole, or may be composed of a knitting structure knitted without depending on the knitting of such a knitting structure. . Further, the latter may be composed of a knitted structure having an opening or may be composed of a knitted structure having no opening, and can be appropriately selected depending on the application, but will be described later. For this reason, it may be required to be a ground structure composed of a relatively flat surface knitted structure having no opening.

The three-dimensional knitted fabric according to the present invention is a three-dimensional knitted fabric composed of only a surface structure of a knitted structure in which a knitted structure having an opening and another knitted structure are combined so as not to have an opening as a whole. However, even if the lining fabric is a three-dimensional knitted fabric composed of only a knitting structure in which a knitting structure having an opening and another knitting structure are combined so as not to have an opening as a whole, both ground structures May be a three-dimensional knitted fabric composed of “a knitting structure in which a knitting structure having an opening and another knitting structure are combined so as not to have an opening as a whole”. Among them, for the reasons described later, the backing structure may be a three-dimensional knitted fabric composed of “a knitting structure in which a knitting structure having an opening and another knitting structure are combined so as not to have an opening as a whole”. preferable.

Here, the surface texture refers to the texture on the side (outer surface side) used in contact with the outside world, and the backing texture refers to the other texture, for example, a base material made of another material via an adhesive layer. In the case of pasting together, it means the ground structure on the side to be pasted with the base material. It is well known to increase or decrease the number of warps appropriately depending on the selected knitting structure.

The three-dimensional knitted fabric of the present invention is formed by raising the ground yarn constituting at least one of the front and back fabric structures of the three-dimensional knitted fabric knitted as described above. That is, even if only the ground yarn constituting the outer fabric is raised or only the ground yarn constituting the lining texture is raised, both of these yarns are raised. It doesn't matter. In other words, the ground yarn constituting the ground structure composed of the above-mentioned "knitting structure in which a knitting structure having an opening and another knitting structure are combined so as not to have an opening as a whole" is raised. Even if it consists of, the ground yarn which comprises the ground organization which consists of a knitting structure knitted without relying on such a knitting may be raised. The raised surface can be appropriately set according to the use and usage of the three-dimensional knitted fabric.

By raising the ground yarn constituting the surface texture, the texture, touch and design of the surface of the three-dimensional knitted fabric can be improved. In this case, for the reason that it has excellent brushing properties, the surface texture is a ground texture that does not have an opening, that is, “a combination of a knitting structure having an opening and another knitting structure so as not to have an opening as a whole. Preferably, it is a ground structure composed of a knitted structure "or a ground structure composed of a relatively flat surface knitted structure that is knitted without such a knitting and has no openings. The latter is more preferable in terms of design properties and the like.

In addition to raising the thermal insulation and tactile sensation when using a solid knitted fabric alone for clothing, etc. by raising the ground yarn constituting the lining structure, the adhesive layer is applied to the base material made of other materials. In the case of forming a laminate by laminating through, since it is possible to effectively prevent the bleeding of the adhesive by the raised, it is possible to increase the coating amount without impairing the texture and feel, As a result, the adhesive strength can be improved.

When the base material is bonded and laminated to the backing tissue, the backing tissue is a ground tissue that does not have an opening from the viewpoint of preventing bleeding of adhesive or adhesive strength. A knitting structure in which a knitting structure having a portion and another knitting structure are combined so as not to have an opening as a whole '', or an opening formed and knitted without such a knitting. It is required to be a ground organization composed of a knitting structure having no part, and the former is more preferable for the reason described later.

At least one of the front and back fabric structures constituting the three-dimensional knitted fabric is defined as “a knitted structure in which a knitted structure having an opening and another knitted structure are combined so as not to have an opening as a whole”. By forming a part of the knitting structure, that is, one of the two knitting structures constituting the ground structure, into a knitted structure having an opening, the ground yarn in the course direction and / or the well direction can be connected. It will be in a partly disconnected state. As a result, the ground structure itself composed of “a knitted structure in which a knitted structure having an opening and another knitted structure are combined so as not to have an opening” easily expands and contracts in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. When the ground yarn constituting the tissue is raised, the tension applied to the ground tissue can be absorbed and the occurrence of wrinkles and distortion can be effectively prevented even when the other ground tissue is raised.

Further, since the ground structure as a whole does not have an opening, this ground structure, that is, “a knitting structure having an opening and another knitting structure are combined so as not to have an opening as a whole. It is particularly preferable that the ground structure formed of the “knitted structure” is used as the backing structure. That is, when a base material is bonded to the backing tissue through an adhesive layer to form a laminate, the adhesive does not have an opening, so that the adhesive oozes out and is coated, and the wrinkles and distortions associated therewith. And the like, and also has the effect of absorbing the tension at the time of raising the above, and a laminate excellent in texture, touch, appearance, and adhesive strength can be obtained. Moreover, the ground structure can suppress unevenness and distortion due to the tension of the ground yarn that can be formed in the knitted structure having an opening by the other knitted structure combined therewith, resulting in a decrease in adhesive strength. Can be prevented. Not only that, the overlapping portion of the knitting structure having an opening and another knitting structure on the knitting structure, that is, the portion corresponding to the opening is moderately depressed, and fine irregularities are formed in a plain tone. Therefore, the adhesive strength can be improved by the anchor effect by the fine unevenness. These are the reasons why it is preferable to use a ground structure composed of “a knitted structure in which a knitted structure having an opening and another knitted structure are combined so as not to have an opening as a whole” as a backing structure. Furthermore, the ground structure is excellent in raising property because it has a relatively flat surface, even when raising the ground yarn constituting the backing structure for the purpose of improving the texture, feel and adhesive strength. It is also possible to effectively exhibit the above-described effects due to raising the hair.

On the other hand, even when a ground structure composed of “a knitted structure in which a knitted structure having an opening and another knitted structure are combined so as not to have an opening as a whole” is used as a surface structure, its excellent raising property Therefore, a three-dimensional knitted fabric having a uniform raised state and an excellent appearance can be obtained.

As described above, when the combinations of the front and back fabric structures constituting the three-dimensional knitted fabric are arranged, Table 1 is obtained. In the table, the ground organization A refers to a ground organization composed of “a knitting organization in which a knitting organization having an opening and another knitting organization are combined so as not to have an opening” as a whole, Means a ground organization composed of a knitting organization that is not formed according to such a formation.

The present invention relates to a three-dimensional knitted fabric in which a ground yarn is raised, wherein at least one of the front and back fabric structures constituting the three-dimensional knitted fabric has a knitted structure having an opening and another knitted structure as a whole as an opening. The most important feature is that the knitting structure is combined so as not to have any other elements, and other elements such as the knitting structure and yarn type are not particularly limited, and are usually used as a three-dimensional knitted fabric. What is necessary is just to select suitably.

Of the above-mentioned "knitting structures in which a knitting structure having an opening and another knitting structure are combined so as not to have an opening as a whole", the knitting structure having an opening is not particularly limited. , A knitting structure in which a denby structure and / or a cord structure and thread removal of a ground yarn are appropriately combined, or a double atlas structure (hereinafter simply referred to as “double atlas”) knitted by a ground yarn that has been appropriately threaded and guided by two sheets. It is possible to appropriately select a conventionally known knitting structure that can be a knitting structure having an opening, such as a “tissue”. Especially, the double atlas structure illustrated to (a) of FIG. 1 is preferable. In the double atlas structure, two ridges move in opposite directions to form two atlas structures to form cross stripes. At this time, since the ground yarn is basically moved and knitted in only one direction, the generation of the tension of the ground yarn is small, and thus a relatively flat knitted structure with a small height difference between the opening and the non-opening is obtained. . By forming a knitting structure that is integrated on the knitting by combining simultaneous knitting so that there is no opening as a whole so as to overlap another knitting structure, a flatter solid surface is obtained. Therefore, it will be excellent in raising properties.

Further, the double atlas structure is formed by appropriately knitting an atlas structure that has been threaded out with two rivets as shown in the structure diagram (a) of FIG. 3 and a schematic diagram (b) corresponding thereto. 6, a non-opening portion 7 knitted by the ground yarn guided to two cocoons, and a non-opening portion 8 knitted from the ground yarn guided to one cocoon. As shown in FIG. 3, the non-opening portion 8 knitted by the ground yarn introduced into one piece of cocoon is knitted in the forward bias direction and the reverse bias direction, and has an oblique lattice shape. The non-opening portion 8 knitted by the ground yarn guided to the single heel is a structure that is more easily expanded and contracted than the non-opening portion 7 knitted from the ground yarn guided to the two heels. Therefore, the tension applied at the time of raising is not only absorbed by the opening 6, but also absorbed in the bias direction by the non-opening 8 that is knitted by the ground yarn guided to one piece of heel. As a result, the tension is reduced without deviation in the vertical direction, the horizontal direction, and the bias direction, and a three-dimensional knitted fabric free from wrinkles and distortion can be obtained.

Another knitting structure combined with the knitting structure having the opening is not particularly limited, and typically does not have an opening such as a denby structure, a cord structure, or a structure appropriately combining these. A conventionally known knitting structure can be appropriately selected as the knitting structure. Among them, a knitting structure in which the underlap of the ground yarn is between 1 to 4 needles is preferable, and a knitting structure in which the underlap of the ground yarn is between 1 needle, that is, the denby structure illustrated in FIG. 1B is more preferable. . If the underlap of the ground yarn exceeds 4 stitches, the overlap in the horizontal direction of the ground yarn increases, so that the knitted fabric is hard and the stretchability in the warp direction and the horizontal direction due to the knitted structure having the opening is increased. There is a risk that wrinkles and distortion may occur due to the brushing.

It is also possible to select a knitting structure having an opening as another knitting structure. In this case, the knitting structure is knitted so that the position of the opening of the knitting structure having the opening described above and the position of the opening of the other knitting structure do not overlap with each other, and the opening as a whole has the opening. It is important to configure so that it does not.

Furthermore, the ground structure other than the ground structure composed of the above-mentioned "knitted structure in which a knitted structure having an opening and another knitted structure are combined so as not to have an opening as a whole" is also particularly limited. In addition, as the knitting structure having an opening, the knitting structure is a combination of a denby structure and / or a cord structure and thread removal of the ground yarn as appropriate, or knitting with a ground yarn that is appropriately threaded and guided by two yarns. And a knitted structure having no opening includes a denby structure, a cord structure, an atlas structure, or a combination of these as appropriate.

As described above, the ground yarn constituting the ground structure other than the ground structure composed of “a knitted structure in which a knitted structure having an opening and another knitted structure are combined so as not to have an opening as a whole” is raised. In this case, it is preferable to use a knitted structure having no opening, and a knitted structure more suitable for raising is appropriately selected. For example, in the example of the double raschel knitted fabric described above, among the ground structures knitted by the ground yarn guided to the heel L1 and the heel L2, the knitted structure knitted by the ground yarn guided to the heel L1 is: A knitting structure in which the underlap of the ground yarn is between two stitches or more is preferable, and a knitting structure in which the underlap of the ground yarn is between 2 to 8 stitches is more preferable. On the other hand, the knitting structure knitted by the ground yarn guided to the heel L2 is preferably a knitting structure in which the underlap of the ground yarn is between 1 to 3 stitches. If the underlap of the ground yarn is less than the lower limit of the above range, the sinker loop is short, the bulge of the needle loop is reduced, and there is a possibility that raising is difficult. If the underlap of the ground yarn exceeds the upper limit, knitting may be difficult.

The gauge of the knitting machine at the time of knitting the three-dimensional knitted fabric is not particularly limited and can be appropriately selected according to the use, but is preferably 18 to 30 gauge, and preferably 22 to 28 gauge. More preferably. If it is less than 18 gauge, there is a possibility that the shape retention and physical properties of the three-dimensional knitted fabric cannot be satisfied. If it exceeds 30 gauge, knitting may become difficult, and the texture and feel of the three-dimensional knitted fabric may be impaired.

The material of the fiber used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and conventionally known fibers such as natural fibers, regenerated fibers, semi-synthetic fibers, and synthetic fibers can be appropriately selected according to the use. Synthetic fibers are preferred for reasons of excellent physical properties, and polyester is more preferred.

The form of the yarn used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and a conventionally known form of yarn such as spun yarn, multifilament yarn, monofilament yarn, and processed yarn can be appropriately selected depending on the application. is there. Among them, as the ground yarn, a multifilament yarn is preferable because of its excellent raising property, and a bulky processed multifilament yarn is more preferable. On the other hand, as the connecting yarn, a monofilament yarn is preferable because of its excellent shape retention.

Although the fineness of the yarn used in the present invention is not particularly limited, it is preferably 33 to 440 dtex. If the fineness of the yarn is less than 33 dtex, the physical properties of the three-dimensional knitted fabric may not be satisfied. If the fineness of the yarn exceeds 440 dtex, knitting may become difficult, and the texture and touch of the three-dimensional knitted fabric may be impaired.

Further, the single yarn fineness is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.5 to 3 dtex. If the single yarn fineness is less than 0.5 dtex, the physical properties of the three-dimensional knitted fabric may not be satisfied. If the single yarn fineness exceeds 3 dtex, the texture, feel and raising of the three-dimensional knitted fabric may be impaired.

In the present invention, examples of a method for raising the ground yarn constituting at least one of the front and back fabric structures constituting the three-dimensional knitted fabric include, for example, raising a needle cloth with a needle cloth and emery raising with a sandpaper. be able to. In the case of needlework raising, by selecting the conditions such as the density, length, angle, tip shape of the cloth, the number of rotations of the cloth when raising, the contact pressure with the three-dimensional knitted fabric, and the number of contact The raised state of the ground yarn can be set as appropriate. Moreover, also in emery raising process, the raising state of a base yarn can be suitably set by selecting various conditions, such as the paper mesh of sandpaper, and the contact frequency of the sandpaper at the time of raising, and a three-dimensional knitted fabric. Moreover, you may perform the hair-matching process for adjusting a hair leg after raising, as needed.

Thus, the three-dimensional knitted fabric of the present invention can be obtained. The three-dimensional knitted fabric of the present invention can be applied to applications such as clothing alone, or to a base material made of other materials and applied to applications such as interior materials for vehicles, interior materials, building materials, and shoes. it can. The base material bonded to the three-dimensional knitted fabric of the present invention is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include nonwoven fabric, urethane foam, film, glass mat, resin felt, cardboard, and cardboard plastic. These base materials can be used individually or in combination of 2 or more types.

The method for bonding the three-dimensional knitted fabric of the present invention and a base material made of another material through an adhesive layer is not particularly limited, and a conventionally known method can be appropriately selected. Examples thereof include a method of pressure bonding using a hot melt resin film or powder at a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the hot melt resin, and a method of pressure bonding using a solvent-based or water-based adhesive. When using a powdery or liquid adhesive, the adhesive may be applied to the three-dimensional knitted fabric side or to the base material side.

Thus, the laminate of the present invention, particularly a laminate excellent in texture, touch, appearance, and adhesive strength can be obtained.

In the above description of the three-dimensional knitted fabric, the case of knitting with a double raschel knitted fabric has been described as an example, but the knitted fabric with a double circular knitting machine, a flat knitting machine having a V bed, etc. can be The organizational structure of can be implemented in the same manner as described above.

In addition, the lining structure was introduced into the double atlas structure knitted by the ground yarn guided by 5in1out (that is, an arrangement of 5 yarn insertions and 1 yarn removal) to the heels L4 and L5, and the yarns were introduced to the heel L6. It is a ground structure which does not have an opening part which consists of a knitted structure combined with a denby structure knitted by ground yarn.
The three-dimensional knitted fabric was preset at 190 ° C. for 1 minute, and then dyed at 130 ° C. for 30 minutes with a liquid dyeing machine. Next, this solid knitted fabric was dried at 150 ° C., and after raising the ground yarn constituting the surface structure with a needle cloth raising machine, a finishing set was performed at 190 ° C. for 1 minute to obtain a three-dimensional knitted fabric of the present invention.
Next, an acrylic emulsion adhesive (Aika Aibon RA-233, manufactured by Aika Kogyo Co., Ltd.) is applied to one side of the urethane foam using a gravure roll at a solid content conversion of 50 g / m 2 and immediately applied with an adhesive for urethane foam. The back surface texture of the three-dimensional knitted fabric was superimposed on the surface and dried at 100 ° C. for 2 minutes to obtain a laminate of the present invention.
The evaluation results are shown in Table 2. In the table, the ground organization A refers to a ground organization composed of “a knitting organization in which a ground organization having an opening and another ground organization are combined so as not to have an opening as a whole” The term “ground organization” refers to a ground organization that is formed without such a formation.
