本発明はコンクリート基礎工事に於いて、生コンクリート打設による基礎天端を天端均し作業を省略した状態での基礎天端19aの水平誤差や仕上がり面の状態が不均一で、天端表面の仕上がりが粗い状態にあっても、木製土台21の天端レベル及びバランス調整をより正確に簡易作業に於いてできる手段として考案したものである。この天端均しを省いたコンクリート基礎天端19aに於いて、コンクリート基礎と木製土台の間に用いる部材であって、鋼製土台パッキンプレート部11の底面側に3箇所及び複数のナット13付支持用突起部12と、基礎と土台の隙間の違いに応じて数種類の長さの調整用ボルト14a〜14dを選定し、前記鋼製土台パッキンプレート部の底面側突起部のナット13に、その場所に合った長さを持つ前記調整用ボルト14a〜14dを選定し、挿入ねじ込みし微妙な調節ができる。当該木造建築物の基礎が床下に入れる構造であれば工事途中及び竣工後に於いても、木製土台の水平高さ及びバランス調整が簡単な作業によってできるレベル&バランス機能付き鋼製土台パッキン。 In the present invention, in the foundation work of the concrete, the horizontal error of the foundation top end 19a and the finished surface are not uniform in the state where the top end of the foundation by placing the ready-mixed concrete is omitted, and the surface of the top end is not uniform.
