Abstract
【解決手段】エアブレーキ又は高さ制御バルブのような、空圧式装置に接続するための押し込み接続式(PTC)嵌合カートリッジであって、PTC嵌合カートリッジは、PTC嵌合カートリッジの外面に配置された少なくとも1つの突起部を含み、この突起部は、ポートの内面に配置されたアンダーカットと相互作用するように設けられている。アンダーカットは、突起部と相互作用し、周囲材料の応力を除去して周囲材料の破壊の可能性を削減する。

Claims (20)
- 空圧式装置のためのハウジングであって、該ハウジングは、該ハウジングの中に配置されたポートを有する、ハウジングと、
前記ポートの中に収容可能な押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジであって、該押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジはプラスティックを備えるとともに、前記押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジの外面上に配置された少なくとも1つの突起部を含む、押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジと、
を備え、
前記ポートは、該ポートの内面上に配置された、前記突起部を収容して前記押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジと前記ハウジングとの間の噛み合いを形成するためのアンダーカットを有し、
前記空圧式装置は、エアブレーキ及び空圧式高さ制御バルブからなるグループから選択されている、空圧式装置組立体。 - 前記突起部は、複数の突起を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空圧式装置組立体。
- 前記複数の突起は歯部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の空圧式装置組立体。
- 前記押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジは、前記押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジの外面に配置されたO−リングをさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空圧式装置組立体。
- 前記O−リングは、前記押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジの外面に配置された溝内に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空圧式装置組立体。
- 前記押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジは、カートリッジ肩部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空圧式装置組立体。
- 前記肩部は、前記突起部が、前記押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジの前記ポートからの取り外しのために、前記アンダーカットから半径方向内側に撓むように、前記押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジに対して内側に撓ませることができることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の空圧式装置組立体。
- 前記押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジの前記外面は断面直径dを有し、前記カートリッジ肩部は断面直径d1を有し、前記直径d1は、前記直径dより大きいことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の空圧式装置組立体。
- 前記ポートは、前記押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジが前記ポートに挿入されたときに、前記カートリッジ肩部が当接するポート肩部をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の空圧式装置組立体。
- 前記ポート肩部は、内部断面直径d2を有し、前記直径d1は前記直径d2より大きいことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の空圧式装置組立体。
- 前記押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジは、空気管を中に収容するための管空洞開口部を有する管空洞部を備え、前記管は、前記押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジを介して前記ポートに結合していることを特徴とする請求項1の空圧式装置組立体。
- 圧縮空気は、前記管を介して前記空圧式装置に導入され及び/又は前記空圧式装置から排気されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の空圧式装置組立体。
- 前記管空洞開口部は断面直径d3を有し、前記管空洞部の内面は断面直径d4を有し、前記直径d3は前記直径d4より大きいことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の空圧式装置組立体。
- プラスティック製押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジの外面上に突起部を配置するステップと、
前記プラスティック製押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジを中に収容するためのポートを、エアブレーキ又は空圧式高さ制御バルブのハウジングの中に配置するステップと、
前記ポートの内面にアンダーカットを形成するステップと、
前記プラスティック製押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジを前記ポートの中に挿入するステップと、
前記突起部の前記アンダーカットとの相互作用を通じて、前記押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジと前記ポートとの間の噛み合いを形成するステップと、
を備える、押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジをエアブレーキ又は空圧式高さ制御バルブに接続するための方法。 - 前記突起部は複数の突起を備えることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の突起は歯部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジのカートリッジ肩部であって、前記押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジが前記ポートに挿入されたときに、ポート肩部に当接するカートリッジ肩部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記カートリッジ肩部を内側に撓め、前記突起部を前記アンダーカットから解除するステップと、
前記押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジを前記ポートから引き抜くステップと、
をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。 - 前記押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジの遠位端の管接続開口部に管を配置するステップと、
前記管を介して、選択的に、前記エアブレーキ又は空圧高さ制御バルブへ空気を導入する、及び/又は前記エアブレーキ又は空圧高さ制御バルブから空気を排気するステップと、
をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。 - 空圧式装置のためのハウジングであって、該ハウジングは、該ハウジングの中に配置されたポートを有し、前記ポートはd2の断面直径を有する内面を有し、前記ポートは前記内面に設けられたアンダーカットを含み、前記アンダーカットはd4の断面直径を有し、前記直径d2は直径d4より小さい、ハウジングと、
前記ポートの中に収容可能な押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジと、
を備え、
前記押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジはプラスティックを備えるとともに、押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジの外面上に配置された少なくとも1つの突起部を含み、
前記突起部は、前記押し込み接続式嵌合カートリッジの前記ポートの中への進入に際して、前記アンダーカットと相互作用して噛み合いを形成し、
前記空圧式装置は、エアブレーキ及び空圧式高さ制御バルブからなるグループから選択されている、空圧式装置組立体。
