Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a fuel tank structure for a work vehicle in which a fuel tank is installed below a step such as a tractor or a rice transplanter.
The tractor disclosed in the above-mentioned patent document has an advantage that the amount of fuel can be increased because the upper chamber walls of the left and right fuel tanks are also used as step plates to integrally form the communication chamber.
However, the fuel tank that is integrated with the step increases in overall size and requires a sufficient reinforcement structure and a strong mounting structure to support the weight of the human body. There are drawbacks such as complexity and high cost.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the fuel tank structure in the work vehicle according to the present invention is, firstly, in the
Second, the
The fuel tank structure in the work vehicle according to the present invention has the following effects. Since the fuel tank that is allocated to the side of the clutch housing below the step of the control unit and the auxiliary fuel tank that is arranged behind the clutch housing are communicated with each other via a connecting pipe, the auxiliary fuel tank is connected to the left and right fuel tanks. The space between the two can be utilized to increase the amount of fuel accommodated and can be easily installed.
Further, by connecting a breather hose or a return hose to the auxiliary fuel tank, it is possible to easily perform piping using a space formed between the left and right fuel tanks. In addition, by providing a return hose in the auxiliary fuel tank, surplus fuel can be distributed and returned to the left and right fuel tanks while being cooled by a long return path consisting of the auxiliary fuel tank and the connecting pipe. The rise can be suppressed.
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The
The step 9 is formed so as to protrude from the left and right so as to form the width of the control unit floor above the
Step 9 in the illustrated example forms a bulging portion 9a having a middle height along the upper side of the
As a result, the bulging portion 9 a forms a space in which an auxiliary fuel tank 3 (to be described later) can be installed between the rear surface of the
Then,
Next, the fuel tank structure will be described with reference to FIGS. First, the left and
The
The
The
Further, with the above configuration, the
That is, in the attached state, the
The
As described above, the
