Abstract
【解決手段】このフィルタはその長さ方向軸線(X)に沿って共に取付けられた第1端部を有する複数のストラット(12)を有している。各ストラットは長さ方向軸線に沿って第1端部から固定フック(26)延びてストラット軸線を定めているボディ部材を有している。各ストラットは血管と係合するための拡張状態と、フィルタの送出しまたは回収のための収縮状態との間で長さ方向軸線に対してストラット経路(P)に沿って移動するように構成されている。各固定フックはストラット軸線に対して約90度までの角度を有している。

Description
本願は「外傷が低減されるための固定特徴を有する取出し可能な大静脈フィルタ」と称せられる2004年4月16日に出願された米国予備出願第60/563,192号(その全内容は出典を明示することによって本願明細書の開示の一部とされる)の利益を請求する。
本発明のこの実施形態では、フィルタ10が任意の適当な導入(送出しまたは回収)管により送出されたり或いは回収されたりしてもよいことはわかるべきである。しかしながら、導入管が約4.5フレンチと16フレンチとの間、より好ましくは、約6.5フレンチと14フレンチとの間の内径を有するのが好ましい。
Claims (19)
- 血管内の血栓を捕獲するための取出し可能なフィルタであって、
フィルタの長さ方向軸線に沿って共に取付けられた第1端部を有する複数のストラットを備えており、各ストラットは長さ方向に沿って第1端部から固定フックまで延びてストラットの軸線を定めているボディ部材を有しており、各ストラットは、血管と係合するための拡張状態と、フィルタの送出しまたは回収のための収縮状態との間で長さ方向軸線に対してストラット経路に沿って移動するように構成されており、各固定フックはストラットの軸線に対して約90度までの角度を有している、取出し可能なフィルタ。 - 複数のストラットは複数の一次ストラットであり、各固定フックはストラット経路のほぼ接点のところでストラット経路に沿ってボディ部材から延びている、請求項1に記載の取出し可能なフィルタ。
- 長さ方向軸線に沿って共に取付けられた連結端部を有する複数の二次ストラットを更に備えており、各二次ストラットは連結端部から延びている第1円弧部と、この第1円弧部から自由端部まで延びている第2円弧部とを有しており、第2円弧部は血管内で拡張状態のフィルタを集中させるために血管に係合するように構成されており、
複数の一次ストラットの第1端部を軸方向に収容するように構成されたハブと、
血管からのフィルタの取出しのために複数の一次ストラットと反対側にハブから延びている回収フックと、を更に備えている請求項2に記載の取出し可能なフィルタ。 - ボディ部材は第1湾曲部分および第2湾曲部分を有している弧状セグメントであり、第1湾曲部分は第1端部から延びており、第2湾曲部分は第1湾曲部分から延びていて、固定フックのところで終わっている、請求項3に記載の取出し可能なフィルタ。
- 第1湾曲部分はフィルタの長さ方向軸線から半径方向に延びるように構成されており、第2湾曲部分はフィルタの長さ方向軸線に向かって半径方向に延びるように構成されている、請求項4に記載の取出し可能なフィルタ。
- 固定フックは長さ方向軸線とほぼ平行である切返し部を持つ平らな端面を有している、請求項4に記載の取出し可能なフィルタ。
- 各ストラットは下記材料:超弾性材料、ステンレス鋼ワイヤ、ニチノール、コバルト-クロム-ニッケル-モリブデン-鉄合金およびコバルト-クロム合金のうちの1つで形成されている、請求項1に記載の取出し可能なフィルタ。
- 各ストラットのストラット経路はフィルタの長さ方向軸線から約20°と40°との間である、請求項1に記載の取出し可能なフィルタ。
- 固定フックは血管から引っ込められて血管からの組織の除去を回避するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の取出し可能なフィルタ。
- 固定フックは移動阻止のための箇所を血液の流れと同じ方向に有している、請求項1に記載の取出し可能なフィルタ。
- 固定フックはストラット経路の接線に沿って延びている、請求項1に記載の取出し可能なフィルタ。
- 固定フックは端面を有しており、この端面は移動阻止のために凹形である、請求項1に記載の取出し可能なフィルタ。
- ストラットは転移温度を有する形状記憶合金で形成されている、請求項1に記載の取出し可能なフィルタ。
- ストラットは、その温度が転移温度にほぼ等しいか或はそれより高いときに収縮する、請求項13に記載の取出し可能なフィルタ。
- ストラットは、その温度が転移温度にほぼ等しいか或はそれより高いときに拡張する、請求項13に記載の取出し可能なフィルタ。
- 複数対の一次ストラットの間に複数対の二次ストラットが位置決めされており、各対の二次ストラットは夫々の二次ストラットの連結端部の近くで互いのまわりに撚られて撚り部分を形成している、請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 各撚り部分は約1つと10個との間の撚りを有している請求項16に記載のフィルタ。
- 血管内の血栓を捕獲するための取出し可能なフィルタであって、
