Abstract
Description
本発明の目的は、部分バッフル管支持具における振動に対して簡単に(安価に)機械的支持を行なうことのできる管束支持具を提供することである。
以下、添付図面に関してさらに詳細に本発明を説明する。
これらの図において同一又は類似の対象物については同じ符号が使用されている。
図1〜図5を参照する。図1は垂直なシェル-管型の熱交換器1の一部を縦断面図にて示し、図2及び3はそれぞれ線II−II及びIII−IIIに沿った2つの断面図を示す。熱交換器1はシェル3と管束5を有し、図1では管束のうち管8、9、10、11、12、13、14が見える。図1では管束5の支持具は4つの支持プレート18、19、20、21を備える。これらのプレートは、管8〜14の長さ方向に沿って互いに固定距離だけ間隔をあけて配置されている。

Claims (5)
- 支持する管の方向に沿って間隔をあけて配置され且つ管を収容するための開口部を備えた複数の横支持プレートを有する管束用支持具であって、前記複数の横支持プレートは部分バッフル支持要素とエキスパンデッドメタル支持要素とを含む管束用支持具。
- 前記複数の支持プレートが部分バッフル支持要素とエキスパンデッドメタル支持要素とから形成された結合支持プレートを含む、請求項1に記載の管束用支持具。
- エキスパンデッドメタル支持要素が、部分バッフル支持要素と夫々の直径の円との間に形成された窓に張られるように配置される、請求項2に記載の管束用支持具。
- エキスパンデッドメタル支持要素の少なくとも1つが、2つの部分バッフル支持プレートの中間に配置された支持プレートを形成する、請求項1に記載の管束用支持具。
- 中間のエキスパンデッドメタル支持要素が支持部分プレートを形成する、請求項4に記載の管束用支持具。
