Abstract
【解決手段】 ラミネートケース2の金属箔との絶縁のため、および折り曲げ部の補強のために、引出端子の折り曲げ部およびラミネートケース2の熱溶着部を横切る部分を含むように絶縁樹脂3で引出端子1の根元部分を覆う。このとき、引出端子1の折り曲げ線5に沿って切り欠き部6を設けることで折り曲げ易く、かつ絶縁樹脂3で覆われているので折り曲げ部が切れにくいラミネート電池を提供する。

Claims (7)
- 正極および負極の電極がセパレータを介して対向するように積層されてなる素電池の積層体から導出された正極および負極の集電タブが、ラミネート外装材の外部に引き出された引出端子の一端に溶接され、前記引出端子の前記ラミネート外装材の溶着部を横切る部分を含むように樹脂材で被覆されてなる端子絶縁部が形成されたラミネート電池において、前記端子絶縁部は絶縁のためと折り曲げ時の端子補強のために、前記引出端子の折り曲げ予定部を覆うように前記ラミネート外装材から所定量だけ露出して形成され、前記折り曲げ予定部の折り曲げ線に沿って前記引出端子および/または前記樹脂材に切り欠き部もしくは欠損部が形成されたことを特徴とするラミネート電池。
- 前記端子絶縁部の引出端子に切り欠き部もしくは欠損部が設けられ、その大きさは一定値以上の電流が流れた時に溶断するように調整されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のラミネート電池。
- 前記端子絶縁部の樹脂材の幅方向の両側に切り欠き部もしくは欠損部が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のラミネート電池。
- 前記端子絶縁部の樹脂材は電池封止に用いられるラミネート外装材と一体化していることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート電池。
- 前記素電池の積層体の積層構造を捲回型としたことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート電池。
- 請求項1または2記載のラミネート電池の製造方法であって、前記引出端子の前記折り曲げ線に沿って切り欠き部もしくは欠損部を形成する加工の後、前記樹脂材で被覆する絶縁加工を行うことを特徴とするラミネート電池の製造方法。
- 請求項1または3記載のラミネート電池の製造方法であって、前記端子絶縁部に切り欠き部もしくは欠損部を形成する加工を前記ラミネート外装材による封止の後、前記引出端子の折り曲げの前に行うことを特徴とするラミネート電池の製造方法。
