Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box able to be assembled with one touch.
SOLUTION: A guide piece 16 is provided between the adjoining top panel 15 and the folding piece 14 of an assembly box 10. The top panel 15 is pulled up from a flat panel condition where an end panel 12 is superimposed on a holding panel 17, a side panel 13 on a bottom panel 11 and the folding piece 14 on the end panel 12. Then the side panel 13 joined to the panel 15, the piece 14 joined to the panel 13 and the panel 12 and the panel 17 joined to the piece 14 work together and stand up in a chain reaction. At the same time, the piece 16 superimposed on the panel 17 in a folded condition is held by the panel 17 as it stands up and falls down as a diagonally extending folding line is inwardly folded in two. With the falling of the piece 16, the panel 15 joined to the piece 16 automatically falls flatly on the panel 11. In this way, just by pulling up the panel 15, the box 10 is assembled.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

Description

The present invention relates to a box that can be assembled from a folded state to a retractable state with a single touch.

A box used for storing fresh food or the like is not preferable for the disposable use because of the problem of resource protection and the manufacturing cost of the box.
However, in order to reuse such a box, it is necessary to clear the problem of transportation cost when not stored.
Therefore, in order to reduce the transportation cost, various assembly boxes have been devised that can be assembled from a folded state to a retractable state when stored without being bulky by being folded into a flat plate shape when not stored.

For example, an assembly box 20 as shown in FIG. 5 is conventionally known in the unfolded state (see Patent Documents 1 to 3).
As shown in the figure, the assembly box 20 includes a bottom plate 21, a pair of side plates 23 and end plates 22 that are arranged to face the four sides of the bottom plate 21 through folds, and between adjacent side plates 23 and end plates 22. A folding piece 24 provided continuously through a fold, a top plate 25 provided continuously at the tip of the side plate 23 via a fold, a locking piece 26 provided continuously on both sides of the top plate 25 via a fold, It consists of an inner plate 27 connected to the tip of the end plate 22 via a double fold.
Specifically, the folding piece 24 can be folded in two by a fold extending obliquely from the corner corners of the bottom plate 21, and an insertion hole 28 is provided in the double fold at the boundary between the end plate 22 and the inner plate 27. It has been.

Such an assembly box 20 is assembled as follows.
First, from the unfolded state of FIG. 5, as shown in FIG. 6A, the fold at the boundary between the side plate 23 and the bottom plate 21 and the fold at the boundary between the folded piece 24 and the end plate 22 are folded. In addition, the folded pieces 24 are superposed on the end plates 22 respectively.
Similarly, as shown in FIG. 6A, the fold at the boundary between the end plate 22 and the inner plate 27 is folded and the inner plate 27 is overlaid on the end plate 22.
When the stored items are not stored in the assembly box 20, they are distributed in a state of being folded into a flat plate shape as shown in FIG.
Thus, since it is flat in the unstored state, the cost of transportation is low without taking up space.

Next, when storing fresh food or the like in the assembly box 20, both the top plates 25 are lifted by hand to stand up with respect to the bottom plate 21 as shown in FIGS.
Then, the side plate 23 connected to the top plate 25 also stands up with respect to the bottom plate 21 in conjunction with this movement.
At the same time, the folding piece 24 continuously provided on the side plate 23 is also lifted as one piece while being folded inward by folding the fold line extending obliquely from the corner corners of the bottom plate 21 in conjunction with this movement.
Then, in conjunction with the movement of the folding piece 24, the end plate 22 connected to the folding piece 24 also rises automatically.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 6 (c) to 6 (d), the top plate 25 in the standing state is folded until the fold at the boundary between the top plate 25 and the side plate 23 is folded and parallel to the bottom plate 21.
Further, as shown in the figure, the fold at the boundary between the locking piece 26 and the top plate 25 is folded, and the locking piece 26 is inserted into the boundary insertion hole 28 between the inner plate 27 and the end plate 22.
In this way, the assembly box 20 as shown in FIG. 6 (d) is assembled into a retractable state at the storage site or the like.

However, when assembling the box 20, the top plate 25 is lifted to raise the end plate 22 and the side plate 23 together, and the lifted top plate 25 is laid down to disengage the locking piece 26. Two processes, the process of inserting into the insertion hole 28, are required.
For this reason, assembly requires two steps, and there is still room for improvement in terms of ease of assembly.

Then, this invention makes it the subject to provide the assembly box which can be assembled from the folded state to the state which can be accommodated by one touch.

In order to solve the above-described problems, an assembly box according to the present invention includes a bottom plate, a pair of side plates connected to each other on the four sides of the bottom plate through folds, end plates, and adjacent side plates and end plates. Folding pieces that are connected to each other through folds, a top plate that is connected to the tip of the side plate via a fold, a hug plate that is connected to the tip of the end plate via a fold, and an adjacent top plate It comprised from the guide piece provided in a row through the crease | fold between the pieces.
The folding piece can be folded in two at a fold extending obliquely from the corner of the bottom plate, and the guide piece can be folded in two at a fold extending obliquely from the corner of the side plate.
Furthermore, the fold at the boundary between the end plate and the holding plate is folded and the holding plate is overlapped with the end plate, the fold at the boundary between the side plate and the bottom plate and the fold at the boundary between the folded piece and the end plate are folded, and the side plate becomes the bottom plate. When the folding pieces are respectively overlapped with the end plates, the embedding plate and the guide pieces are overlapped.

First, fold a fold at the boundary between the side plate and the bottom plate and a fold at the boundary between the folded piece and the end plate, and fold the side plate on the bottom plate and the folded piece on the end plate, respectively. The end plate is folded and the flat plate is formed in a flat state by folding the fold at the boundary.
Next, from this state, when the top plate is lifted and raised from the bottom plate, the side plates connected to the top plate stand up together.
At the same time, the folding pieces connected to the side plate are interlocked, and the folds extending diagonally from the corners of the bottom plate automatically stand up while being folded inward, and in conjunction with the rising of the folding pieces, The connected end plate and holding plate automatically stand up, so that the side plate and the end plate rise on the four sides of the bottom plate.
Further, at the same time, the guide piece that overlaps the holding plate is held by the holding plate upright, and falls down while being folded inward by a fold extending obliquely from the corner of the side plate.
The top plate connected to the guide plate automatically falls in the horizontal direction with the bottom plate in conjunction with the fall operation of the guide piece, so that the top plate projects inward from the upper edge of the rising side plate.
For this reason, it is possible to assemble the assembly box from a folded state into a state where the assembly box can be stored with one touch.
Further, since the holding-in plate holds the guide piece, the shape in the retractable state is stabilized.

When the embrace plate is formed in a trapezoidal shape that narrows toward the tip, the sides are inclined, so interference between the guide piece and the embrace plate when holding the guide piece is suppressed, and the embrace is smoothly carried in. The action can be performed.

When a plurality of folds are provided radially from both sides of the base of the holding plate toward the outer edge of the holding plate, the both sides of the holding plate can be folded along the fold, so when holding the guide piece The both side portions are appropriately bent to prevent the holding plate and the guide piece from being caught, and the holding operation is performed more smoothly.

By providing the guide piece between the top plate and the folding piece, the top plate is automatically laid down by being guided by the guide piece in conjunction with the rising of the end plate, so that the assembly box can be assembled with one touch.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a developed state of an assembly box 10 according to the embodiment.
As illustrated, the assembly box 10 includes a rectangular bottom plate 11, a pair of square end plates 12 connected to the four sides of the bottom plate 11 via folds, a rectangular side plate 13, and adjacent end plates 12. An L-shaped folding piece 14 provided between the side plate 13 and the side plate 13 via a fold line, a top plate 15 provided continuously at the front end of the side plate 13 via a fold line, an adjacent top plate 15 and the folding piece 14, An L-shaped guide piece 16 continuously provided through a fold line, and a trapezoidal holding plate 17 which narrows toward the tip end provided through a double fold line at the tip of the end plate 12. Become.
Here, the folding piece 14 can be folded in two at a fold extending obliquely from the corner of the bottom plate 11, and the guide piece 16 can be folded in two by a double fold extending obliquely from the corner of the side plate 13. It has become.
Further, a locking hole 11 a is provided on the fold at the boundary between the bottom plate 11 and the end plate 12, and corresponds to the locking hole 11 a on the fold at the boundary between the end plate 12 and the holding plate 17 and at the tip of the holding plate 17. Locking projections 12a and 17a are provided at the positions where they are placed.
A notch extending in parallel to the proximal end side is formed in the center of the front end of the holding-in plate 17, and the end of the notch is curled inward, and the ends are connected to form a crease. The center part of the front end of the holding-in plate 17 is divided into a pasting part 17b.
In addition, folds communicating with the notch at the center of the tip are formed from the long holes 17c provided on both sides of the base end of the holding plate 17, and other folds extend radially from the long holes 17c.
In addition, it is easy to fold an oblique fold formed in the folding piece 14, a fold at the boundary between the folding piece 14 and the guide piece 16, or a fold communicating with the slit from the long hole 17 c of the holding plate 17. Because of this, it is intermittently cut.
Further, a notch is formed on the base end side of the top plate 15 at the fold of the boundary between the top plate 15 and the guide piece 16, and by dividing into the notches, the width of the base plate 15 narrows toward the tip. A protruding piece 15a having a shape is formed.

Such an assembly box 10 is assembled as follows.
First, from the developed state of FIG. 2 (a), as shown in FIG. 2 (b), the folds at the boundary between the side plate 13 and the bottom plate 11 and the folds at the boundary between the folded piece 14 and the end plate 12 are folded. The folding pieces 14 are overlaid on the end plates 12 on the top plates 11, respectively.
Next, as shown in FIG. 2C, the fold at the boundary between the end plate 12 and the holding plate 17 is folded and the holding plate 17 is overlaid on the end plate 12.
In order to stabilize the shape in this state, the end plate side half defined by the attaching portion 17b of the holding plate 17 and the fold line of the folding piece 14 is attached to the inner surface of the end plate 12 with a hot melt adhesive or the like.
When no stored item is stored in the assembly box 10, it is distributed in a flat state folded into a flat plate shape as shown in FIG.

Next, when storing fresh food or the like in the assembly box 10, both the top plates 15 are lifted by hand to stand up with respect to the bottom plate 11 as shown in FIG. 3.
Then, as shown in the drawing, the side plate 13 connected to the top plate 15 is automatically lifted in conjunction with this movement and stands up with respect to the bottom plate 11.
Further, the folding piece 14 provided continuously to the side plate 13 is also interlocked and automatically stands up while being folded inward toward the inside by a fold extending obliquely from the corner of the bottom plate 11.
Further, in conjunction with the standing of the folding piece 14, the end plate 12 and the holding plate 17 connected to the folding piece 14 are automatically raised.
At the same time, as shown in the figure, the guide piece 16 that overlaps the holding plate 17 is held by the holding plate 17 as it stands, and is folded inward by a fold extending obliquely from the corner of the side plate 13. I am going to surrender.
At the time of this holding, both sides of the holding plate 17 can be slightly rotated along the crease extending from the long hole 17c to the cut of the tip, so that the holding operation is smoothly performed without being caught.
Further, since the holding plate 17 can be slightly bent at other folds extending radially from the long hole 17c, the holding operation is further smoothed.
In conjunction with the overturning operation of the guide piece 16, the top plate 15 connected thereto automatically falls down in the horizontal direction with the bottom plate 11.
At this time, as described above, since the guide piece 16 has an L shape, the corner portion of the outer edge is recessed.
Moreover, since the embrace plate 17 is trapezoidal, both sides are formed in an inclined shape.
Therefore, there is no catch when the guide piece 16 is held in the holding plate 17, and mutual interference when holding and sliding is suppressed, and the guide piece 16 can be moved smoothly.
In addition, since the fold that runs obliquely to the guide piece 16 is a double line, even when the guide piece 16 is bent and a part of the holding plate 17 is sandwiched, a space corresponding to the thickness of the holding plate 17 is secured. Therefore, it can slide more smoothly.

From this point, as shown in FIG. 4, when the top plate 15 is further lifted, the end plate 12 and the side plate 13 rise almost vertically from the periphery of the bottom plate 11, and the top plate 15 protrudes almost horizontally inward from the upper edge of the side plate 13. The stowable state is completed with one touch.
In this retractable state, the holding plate 17 holds the guide piece 16, so that the shape is stable.
Further, as shown in the drawing, the locking protrusion 17a at the tip of the holding plate 17 is inserted into the locking hole 11a of the bottom plate 11, so that the shape in the assembled state is further stabilized.
In this state, the notch at the base end of the affixing portion 17b of the holding plate 17 is curled, so that the displacement and error in the width direction can be absorbed and the insertion state can be maintained.
In the assembled state as shown in the figure, the locking projection 12a provided at the boundary between the end plate 12 and the holding plate 17 protrudes from the upper edge of the assembly box 10, and at the corresponding position of the outer edge of the bottom plate 11, A locking hole 11a is provided.
For this reason, when the assembly box 10 is stacked, the locking projections 12a and the locking holes 11a are fitted to each other, thereby preventing displacement and wobble in the stacked state.
Further, as shown in the figure, the assembly box 10 is in a state in which the trapezoidal protrusions 15a on both sides of the top plate 15 project on the end plate 12 in the assembled state.
Since the end plate 12 receives and supports the protruding piece 15 a of the top plate 15, even if a load is applied to the top plate 15 when the assembly boxes 10 are stacked, the top plate 15 does not fall into the storage space of the assembly box 10.
