Abstract
【解決手段】逆火防止装置であって、この逆火防止装置は、ほぼ円形の外周を有するディスクを形成するように共に巻かれている2つの金属ストリップ(8、9)から形成され、この逆火防止装置の第1の金属ストリップ(8)は、滑らかなストリップであり、第2の金属ストリップ(9)は、規定された溝を備えている溝が設けられたストリップであり、これら2つのストリップ(8、9)は、互いに支持しあうことにより、流体を通過させるための複数の規定されたギャップ(11)を形成し、複数の径方向の穴(6)に挿入された固定用ピンにより互いに相対的に位置が保持され、複数の穴(6)は、第2の金属ストリップに形成された溝を変形させることなく放電加工により組み込まれるため、複数のギャップ(11)は、溝により規定されたように複数の穴(6)の領域にも存在する。

Claims (2)
- 逆火防止装置(1)に複数の固定用ピンのための径方向に向けられた穴(6)を組み込む方法であって、前記逆火防止装置は、ほぼ円形の外周を有するディスクを形成するように共に巻かれている2つの金属ストリップ(8、9)から形成され、この逆火防止装置の第1の金属ストリップ(8)は、滑らかなストリップであり、第2の金属ストリップ(9)は、規定された溝を備えている溝が設けられたストリップであり、これら2つのストリップ(8、9)は、互いに支持しあうことにより、流体を通過させるための複数の規定されたギャップ(11)を形成し、巻かれた前記逆火防止装置(1)は、両側面で、保持プレート(5)により軸方向に完全に閉鎖され、前記穴は、スパークエロージョン電極(7)により前記外周から径方向内向きに組み込まれ、一方で冷却液(10)を注入する、方法。
