The waterproof sheet having a waterproof sheet formed in a shape along the auxiliary equipment and the outer surface and an adhesive layer provided on the waterproof sheet is prepared, and the waterproof sheet is attached when the auxiliary equipment is attached to the outer surface. The building waterproofing method of covering the waterproofing feature with a cover after waterproofing between the outer surface of the outer wall of the building and the auxiliary equipment attached thereto by adhesively fixing to the outer surface and the auxiliary equipment with the adhesive layer It is characterized by that.

In order to achieve the above-described object, the invention of claim 2 is a waterproofing structure for a building that waterproofs the outer surface of the building outer wall and ancillary equipment attached thereto with a waterproofing tool, wherein the waterproofing function is provided. The object includes a waterproof sheet formed in a shape straddling the auxiliary equipment and the outer surface, an adhesive layer provided on the waterproof sheet and adhesively fixing the waterproof sheet to the outer surface, and covered with a cover. The building has a waterproof structure.

According to this building waterproofing method and its structure, waterproofing between the outer surface of the building outer wall and the attached equipment attached thereto can be easily performed, and highly reliable waterproofing can be performed. The box trough 34 is connected to a square mass 35 for collecting water at a position (not shown) as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and a vertical trough 36 is attached to the square mass 35.

Such a corner waterproof structure is provided at corners (portions provided with sleeve walls) at both ends of the bow window 5. At this time, the square mass 35 and the vertical rod 36 may be provided on one (right side) hook 28 as shown in FIGS. Accordingly, since the square wall 35 and the vertical rod 36 are not provided on the sleeve wall (not shown) on the left side indicated by the arrow C1 of the bow window 5 in FIGS. 1 and 2, an edge frame (not shown) attached to this portion, It is not necessary to provide the above-mentioned notches 14c and 27a on the exterior panel (not shown), and it is not necessary to provide the above-described notches 14c and insertion holes 33 on the hooks (not shown).
[Action]
Next, a construction method and operation of the corner waterproof structure between the bow window 5 and the building unit 2 having the above-described configuration will be described.
(1) Method for constructing waterproof structure of corner entry Before attaching the sleeve wall body W, the corner corner draining sheet 19 is attached to the outer surface of the outer wall 2a of the building unit 2 facing the sleeve wall body W so as to face up and down. The upper and lower ends of the entrance corner draining sheet 19 extend to the upper and lower ends of the outer wall 2a. Then, while assembling the bow window 5, the sleeve wall body W is assembled to the end of the bow window 5 so that the end surface of the sleeve wall body W comes into contact with the outer wall 2 a.

Next, the waterproof paper 17 is disposed on the upper support panel 15, and the standing portion 17 a that is erected upward from the peripheral edge of the waterproof paper 17 is brought into close contact (contact) with the edge frame 14 a and the side surface of the finishing material 16. Thereafter, the horizontal portion 17 b is brought into close contact (contact) with the upper surface of the finishing material 16, and the flange 18 a of the roof floor board 18 is brought into contact with the standing portion 17 a of the waterproof paper 17. In this state, between the sleeve wall main body W and the draining sheet 19, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 8, a vertical groove opened to the outer surface of the sleeve wall main body W (the surface opposite to the roof floor board 18). 20 is formed.

A sponge tube extending vertically is inserted into the vertical groove 20 as a sealing material 21, and the sealing material 21 is elastically contacted with the cross-section Wa and the outer wall 2 a, and between the step surface Wa of the sleeve wall body W and the outer wall 2 a. While sealing, the upper end of the sealing material 21 is made to correspond with the upper end of the finishing material 16. The seal material 21 is filled with a modified silicon material or the like extruded from the tube Ch in FIG. 11, and the modified silicon material or the like is applied to the contact portion of the sleeve wall body W with the outer wall 2a to be waterproofed.

After that, the waterproof sheet 23 of the sheet-like waterproof accessory 22 is attached to the sleeve wall body W. In other words, the release sheets 24 a and 25 a of the sheet-like waterproof accessory 22 are released from the adhesive layers 24 and 25 of the waterproof sheet 23. Then, the waterproof sheet 23 from which the release sheets 24a and 25a have been peeled off, the outer surface side vertical sheet portion 23a, the horizontal sheet portion 23b, and the floorboard side vertical sheet portion 23c through the adhesive layer 24, the outer surface of the sleeve wall body W, the finishing material The adhesive is fixed to the upper surface of 16, the horizontal portion 17 b of the waterproof paper 17, and the standing portion 17 a of the waterproof paper 17. On the other hand, the waterproof sheet 23 is adhesively fixed to the entrance corner draining sheet 19 through the adhesive layer 25 by the wall mounting sheet portion 23 d.

Next, an exterior finishing panel (decorative board) 26 as shown in FIG. 3 is attached to the outer surface side of the sleeve wall main body W. A hook 28 is fixed to the outer surface of the upper end portion of the exterior finish panel 26 with a not-shown countersunk screw or the like. And between the both side surfaces of the hook 28 and the portions facing it, a modified silicon material (not shown) is filled for waterproofing, and the hook 28 is fixed to the upper end of the vertical plate portion 28a. Apply a modified silicone material to the head of the timber screw to keep it waterproof. Further, both end portions of the waterproof tape 30 are adhesively fixed to the front end surface of the flange portion 28 b and the outer surface of the flange 18 a of the roof floor plate 18, and the upper surface of the hook 28 and the upper surface of the sleeve wall body W are covered with the waterproof tape 30.

A sheet metal 31 having a L-shaped cross section is placed on the waterproof tape 30, and a vertical plate portion 31 a provided at one end of the wall metal sheet 31 is brought into contact with the outer surface of the end of the waterproof tape 30 on the flange 18 a side. Let Next, the upper surface of the sheet metal 31 per wall is covered with a headboard sheet metal 32 in which a steel sheet is covered with vinyl chloride. Thereafter, a box rod 34 is attached to the insertion hole 33 of the attachment rod 28, the box rod 34 is connected to the drainage groove 18 b, and a water collecting square mass 35 is connected to the box rod 34. Attach the downpipe 36.
(2) Action of the entrance corner waterproof structure Rainwater that has fallen on the roof floor board 18 in the entrance corner waterproof structure described above flows in the direction of arrow B along the inclination of the roof floor board 18, and the drainage groove on the outer wall 2 a side of the roof floor board 18. After being collected in 18 b, it is drained through the box cage 34, the square mass 35 and the vertical rod 36.

On the other hand, part of the rainwater that enters between the corner draining sheet 19 attached to the outer wall 2a and the headboard sheet metal 32 flows along the wall mounting sheet portion 23d of the sheet-shaped waterproofing member 22 toward the roof floor board 18 side. After that, it is collected in the drain groove 18b and drained through the box rod 34, the square mass 35 and the vertical rod 36. Further, the remainder of the rainwater that enters between the entrance corner draining sheet 19 and the headboard sheet metal 32 flows down along the outer surface of the sleeve wall main body W.

In this way, the waterproof sheet (filled corner draining sheet 19) is taken out from under the building-side outer wall surface material, and the waterproof sheet 23 is also taken out from the exit window (bow window 5) side to be jointed. In a complicated shape portion, waterproofing is performed by attaching an accessory-shaped waterproof tape at the tip of the waterproof sheet to the base material. There are few restrictions on the waterproof tape to be bonded if it is a base. The accessory section will be covered locally to maintain waterproof performance.

Moreover, a waterproof line is formed by simplifying a waterproof line with respect to the waterproof line of a complicated shape, taking out a sheet | seat from the building outer wall side and a bay window side, and bonding the adhesive layers of each sheet | seat front-end | tip part together. The part where the waterproof line is intricately complicated is made into a role by matching the sheet from the bay window to the shape, and is attached to the base. Since the finishing window (headwood sheet metal 32) is attached to the bay window roof surface, there is no problem in terms of waterproof durability and design.
(Modification)
Further, as shown in FIG. 13, the waterproof sheet 38 of the sheet-shaped waterproofing member 37 is divided into two vertically divided into a vertical draining sheet 39 and an upper draining sheet 40, and the vertical draining sheet 39 and the upper draining sheet 40 are combined. It is good also as a structure joined by the joining sheet | seat 41. FIG.

The upper draining sheet 40 includes an inverted U-shaped sheet portion 40a, a wall mounting sheet portion 40b vertically connected to one side portion of the sheet portion 40a, and a vertical draining device perpendicular to the wall mounting sheet portion 40b. It has a wall-mounting sheet portion 40 c provided in parallel with the sheet 39. The width b of the vertical draining sheet 39 is formed to be the same as the dimension c from the other end of the sheet portion 40a to the end of the wall mounting sheet portion 40c.

Adhesive layers 42 and 43 are provided on both sides of the waterproof sheet 38, and an adhesive layer 44 is provided on the surface of the wall mounting sheet portion 40b opposite to the sheet portion 40a. An adhesive layer 45 is provided on the side portion on the side of the portion 40b.

This sheet-shaped waterproofing member 37 is used for waterproofing the protruding corner of the building unit 46. For example, an incidental facility (not shown) is provided on one surface of the outer wall 46a of the building unit 46, and the outer surface of the sleeve wall of the incidental facility is provided flush with the outer surface of the outer wall 46b perpendicular to the outer wall 46 of the building unit. In the case, the one side of the vertical draining sheet 39 is adhesively fixed to the outer surface of the sleeve wall of the incidental equipment through the adhesive layer 42, and the other side of the vertical draining sheet 39 is adhesive to the outer wall 46b through the adhesive layer 43. Fixed.

Further, the wall mounting sheet portion 40b is adhesively fixed to the outer wall 46a via the adhesive layer 45, the wall mounting sheet portion 40c is adhesively fixed to the outer wall 46b via the adhesive layer 43, and the inverted U-shaped sheet portion 40a is adhesive. It attaches to the sleeve wall of the incidental equipment which is not illustrated through the layers 42 and 45. In addition, the peeling sheet which is not illustrated is affixed on the adhesion layers 42-45 at the time of conveyance.
