Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a lubrication structure for an oil pump that is used in a state where it is rotated at an increased speed with respect to an input shaft in a transmission mounted on, for example, an automobile.
For example, an oil pump incorporated in a transmission such as an automobile is driven and rotated by rotation of an input shaft to generate necessary hydraulic pressure and oil amount. Such an oil pump needs to sufficiently lubricate each sliding portion in order to ensure its function and durability.
By the way, an oil pump may be reduced in size for the purpose of reducing the weight of a transmission or saving space (for example, Patent Document 1). In this case, in order to sufficiently secure the necessary hydraulic pressure and oil amount, the drive shaft of the oil pump is rotated at a higher speed than conventional. For this reason, it is necessary to supply a sufficient amount of lubricating oil to the sliding surface of the bearing member that supports the outer peripheral surface and end surface of the drive shaft. Further, as a configuration for securing a sufficient amount of oil, for example, the one disclosed in Patent Document 2 is known.
However, in order to supply a sufficient amount of lubricating oil to the sliding surface of the bearing member, it is necessary to provide a dedicated lubricating oil passage and guide for guiding the lubricating oil to the sliding surface. There is a problem that the processing time is increased due to the complexity.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an oil pump lubrication structure that can supply a sufficient amount of lubricating oil to a sliding surface with a relatively simple configuration.

Can be supplied to the moving surface.
According to the invention of claim 2 , the second sliding surface is included in the region occupied by the notch along the axial direction of the input shaft, that is, the second sliding surface with respect to the axial position of the input shaft. Is set at a position overlapping the notch, the lubricating oil supplied from the notch is likely to spread over the second sliding surface.

<Embodiment 1>
The lubricating structure of the oil pump according to the present invention can be applied to, for example, a hybrid drive device mounted on an automobile.
A schematic configuration of the entire
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The first
The power distribution
The second
The
Of these, the
In the
The oil pump to which the lubricating structure of the oil pump according to the present embodiment is applied is disposed below the outer peripheral side of the power distribution
A lubricating structure of the oil pump according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. Among these, FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal sectional view of the vicinity of the
As the
The rotor 33 described above is fixed to a mounting portion (described later) at the rear end of the
The
Of these, the
The
The
Further, a recess 43 b is formed in the center of the front surface of the
The
The aforementioned rotor 33 is disposed on the
By the way, as described above, when the
Therefore, in the present embodiment, a lubricating
The lubricating
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the lubricating
When the
Thus, according to the lubrication structure of the oil pump according to the present embodiment, by providing the lubricating
Further, since the inlet side opening 51 of the lubricating
Further, since the outlet side opening 52 of the lubricating
About the diameter of the above-mentioned
In the above embodiment, the case where the outer
<Embodiment 2>
With reference to FIG. 2, FIG. 5, the lubrication structure of the oil pump which concerns on this Embodiment is shown. Among these, FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal sectional view of the vicinity of the
The lubrication structure of the oil pump according to the present embodiment is a lubrication structure for lubricating the second sliding
As shown in FIG. 2, a
A
Lubricating oil is supplied to the bearing 56 from the
The
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, a part of the
In the present embodiment, a wall-like
Furthermore, wall-shaped
Furthermore, the first and
According to the lubricating structure of the oil pump according to the present embodiment having the above-described configuration, the lubricating oil supplied from the
On the other hand, the scattered lubricating oil that scatters in the divided
As described above, according to the present embodiment, a part of the lubricating oil supplied from the
Further, the
