Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a tantalum oxide nanomesh expected to be used as a highly active photocatalyst, a ferroelectric material, or an ion filter, and a method for producing the same. Specifically, the composition formula Rb 1-x H x TaO 3 .nH 2 O (0 ≦ x ≦ 1, 0 ≦ n ≦ 2) derived from a layered oxide whose composition formula is represented by RbTaO 3 (see FIG. 1). Tantalum oxide nanomesh obtained by exfoliating a layered compound represented by (1) by a soft chemical technique, a method for producing the same, and a use thereof.
In this specification, the nanomesh is a nanomesh or nanomesh structure in which a mesh structure is formed by regularly arranging a large number of through holes in a two-dimensional flaky sheet having a nano-level crystallographic thickness. That's it.
Conventionally, sheet-like substances that have been exfoliated to the nano level have been synthesized by peeling off various layered compounds such as clay minerals, sulfides, oxides and hydroxides. Examples of exfoliation of functional oxides that are particularly attracting attention from the viewpoint of industrial applications include titanium oxide, niobium oxide, manganese oxide, vanadium oxide, and tungsten oxide. Since most of these flaky substances do not have regular holes in the sheet, there is a disadvantage that the transport direction such as ions can only move along the sheet, limiting the diffusion direction. .
As a material for overcoming such drawbacks, manganese oxide (see Patent Document 1), which is a flaky substance having a mesh structure that allows ions to pass through the sheet, has recently been reported, but its material characteristics are mainly However, it is limited to oxidation-reduction reactions and magnetism, and there are still few variations. Nano-mesh made of tantalum oxide is synthesized as a nanoscale flaky substance with a mesh structure, which not only has excellent chemical resistance but also has a high potential for materialization from the viewpoint of photocatalytic activity and high dielectric constant. It wasn't.
The present invention is to provide a “nanomesh” made of tantalum oxide having a mesh structure in a sheet and having a mesh structure of 1 nm or less, which is different in structure and composition from a flaky material obtained by single layer peeling of a conventional layered compound. It is what you say.
Therefore, as a result of intensive studies, the present inventors have focused on a layered tantalum oxide having an open channel in the host layer in order to solve the above problems, and without breaking the basic crystal structure from this oxide. It was found that a single layer could be peeled off. That is, starting from a rubidium-type layered crystal (see FIG. 1) in which a host layer having an open channel represented by the composition formula RbTaO 3 is laminated, an acidic aqueous solution such as hydrochloric acid is allowed to act on this material, resulting from the open channel. A thin piece having a mesh structure by deriving a hydrogen ion exchanger having solid acidity without disrupting its basic crystal structure, including the mesh structure, and then allowing a solution containing a bulky cation to act on it. The present inventors have found out that a single layer can be peeled to a thickness of 1 nm or less, which is a single layer level, and succeeded. The present invention has been made based on these findings and successes.

In the present invention, a layered tantalum oxide having a structure in which a host layer having a mesh structure in which open channels are regularly arranged is accumulated is peeled off as a single layer to form a flaky mesh structure having excellent film forming properties and coating properties. The tantalum oxide has been successfully obtained and is expected to be used in various fields such as various thin film materials and coating materials by utilizing its unique form. In particular, the flaky oxide having a mesh structure of the present invention has an ion-permeable hole through which ions can pass through the sheet, and is excellent in chemical stability and chemical resistance. It is used as a coating material for electrode materials such as batteries, and exhibits an exceptional effect that exhibits excellent characteristics.
The single layer exfoliated tantalum oxide of the present invention is a flaky piece obtained by exfoliating a single layer from the layered tantalum oxide before exfoliation, which has a high dielectric constant and is also known as a ferroelectric. Tantalum nanomesh has similar properties and includes extremely useful modes of use, and is expected to contribute greatly to industrial development. In other words, in recent years, electronic devices such as mobile phones and personal computers have been rapidly miniaturized, and the thinning of the ferroelectric material that forms the basis of these devices is an important research issue, and there is a need to provide them. Yes. In particular, in the field of solid electrolytic capacitors, tantalum oxide having a small size, a large capacity, and a long life has been put into practical use and widely used. The tantalum oxide nanomesh obtained from the exfoliation of the layered tantalum oxide according to the present invention has a feature that its thickness is 1 nm or less, and is excellent in material formability by the above-described layer-by-layer method, etc. It is expected that new thin film dielectric materials will be produced. By providing the flaky tantalum oxide having the mesh structure of the present invention, it is expected that the flaky tantalum oxide is actively used and utilized in material design that requires the same component in addition to the above-described uses. Significance is enormous.
In the present invention, a layered tantalum oxide having a structure in which open channels are regularly arranged in a host layer is used as a starting material. As such a substance, a layered oxide represented by a composition formula RbTaO 3 can be given. In addition to the layered oxide, any layered tantalum compound suitable for the intended purpose of the present invention can be used. In this example, a layered oxide having the above composition is used and treated with an acidic aqueous solution such as hydrochloric acid to obtain a hydrogen ion-containing substance Rb 1-x H x TaO 3 .nH 2 O (0 ≦ x ≦ 1, 0 ≦ n ≦ 2). Next, the layered tantalum oxide is exfoliated to a single-layer thickness by mixing and shaking in an aqueous solution containing a bulky guest typified by a quaternary ammonium ion that functions as a bulky guest. A dispersion of unique flaky particles having a structure is obtained.
In order to advance the peeling reaction, it is necessary to introduce hydrogen ions or oxonium ions between the layers by acid treatment to give solid acidity. For the acid treatment, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, carbonic acid and the like can be used.
The amount of Rb ions in the product is a composition formula Rb 1-x H after the ion exchange by the concentration degree or acid washing x TaO 3 · nH 2 O ( 0 ≦ x ≦ 1,0 ≦ n ≦ 2) Although it can be changed, if the amount of Rb ions is large, the exfoliation reaction is difficult to proceed, so it is necessary to proceed with the ion exchange reaction as much as possible. At this time, it is difficult to completely extract rubidium, and in order to make rubidium less than x = 0.9 in the composition formula, it is necessary to repeatedly use high concentration hydrochloric acid, which is not economically preferable. Finally, considering the cost and the number of days, acid treatment is performed until hydrochloric acid having a concentration of 1 N or more is (solution) / (solid) = 100 cm 3 / g in a solid solution ratio until x in the composition formula becomes about 0.9. It is desirable to do.

By mixing and shaking the hydrogen ion exchanger and release accelerator in an aqueous solution, the exfoliation reaction between layers of the layered compound proceeds to obtain a solution in which the exfoliated particles of the exfoliated mesh structure are dispersed. it can. At this time, by adjusting the molar ratio of the hydrogen ions in the hydrogen ion exchanger to the peeling accelerator, it is possible to obtain a tantalum oxide nanomesh from which a single layer has been peeled as a main component.
As the peeling accelerator, tetrabutylammonium ion, tetrapropylammonium ion, tetraethylammonium ion, tetramethylammonium ion, n-propylamine, n-ethylamine, and ethanolamine can be used. , TBA + ) is effective.
The host structure of the layered tantalum oxide of the mesh structure of the present invention has a two-dimensional skeleton (host) structure of TaO 6 octahedron having regular holes in which metal-oxygen octahedrons are linked by edge sharing or vertex sharing. (See FIG. 1 (b): monoclinic crystal a = 0.9587 (4) nm, b = 0.8508 (4) nm, c = 0.8133 (3) nm, β = 94.37) (2) °). By adding a peeling accelerator to this layered compound, a colloidal solution in which sub-nano level flaky substances dispersed in each host layer are dispersed in an aqueous solution is obtained.
The lateral size of the obtained tantalum oxide nanomesh depends on the crystal size of the original layered tantalum oxide to be exfoliated. Generally, it has a horizontal size of submicron to several microns. Moreover, when mixing and shaking with the peeling accelerator, the lateral size of the tantalum oxide nanomesh can be changed depending on the strength and number of days of shaking.
By adding the exfoliation accelerator TBA + to the hydrogen ions in the hydrogen ion exchanger so that the ratio becomes 1, a milky white solution is obtained. By further centrifuging this solution, it is possible to remove unreacted substances. As shown in FIG. 2, the obtained solution has light absorption characteristics based on the band gap as in the original layered compound. When the inset showing the peak top (near 200 nm) is observed, it can be seen that the colloidal solution is dispersed in a state where the layered compound is separated into single layers because it follows the Lambert-Beer rule. The rise of the absorption peak becomes a straight line when plotted by the square of the energy of the absorbed light, indicating that it is based on a direct transition with a band gap of about 5.3 eV.
When a colloidal solution obtained by adding a peeling accelerator to a hydrogen ion exchanger is dropped on a TEM observation grid and observed after drying, the contrast on most of the grid is very high as shown in FIG. A thin sheet of material can be observed. This thin contrast is attributed to the fact that the sheet found in the colloid has been subdivided to the nano level by single layer peeling of the mother crystal. The electron diffraction pattern of the sheet-like substance in the colloid shown in FIG. 3B is attributed to the two-dimensional periodic structure of the host layer of the layered tantalum oxide bulk body that is the precursor. This result is the basis that the sheet-like material in the colloid forms a two-dimensional skeleton having the same mesh structure as the host layer of the starting material shown in FIG.
The flaky tantalum oxide having a mesh structure subdivided to the sub-nano level can be recovered as a paste-like sol from the colloidal solution by centrifugation at 10,000 rpm. In the sol XRD pattern, a halo is observed in a low angle region (see FIG. 4). This halo confirms that the diffraction period has been lost in the normal direction of the layer due to the single layer peeling, and the single host layer has fallen apart.
The flaky tantalum oxide was adsorbed on the Si substrate by the self-organized adsorption method from the flaky tantalum oxide colloidal solution subdivided to the sub-nano level. The in-plane diffraction pattern of the thin film sample can be indexed by a two-dimensional rectangular lattice similar to the starting material host layer as shown in FIG. This is a promising reason that the flaky tantalum oxide forms a two-dimensional skeleton having the same mesh structure as the host layer of the starting material RbTaO 3 shown in FIG. When a two-dimensional grating of flaky tantalum oxide is obtained from this diffraction pattern, a = 0.9567 (1) nm and b = 0.8490 (2) nm.
The crystallographic thickness of the flaky material with a mesh structure subdivided to the sub-nano level obtained from the exfoliation of the original layered compound is approximately 0.95 nm when the van der Waals radius of oxygen is considered for one host layer. It is. When actually observed with an atomic force microscope AFM (FIG. 6), it is observed as about 1 nm. On the other hand, the lateral size depends on the size of the original layered compound used for peeling, and generally has a lateral size of submicron to several microns. The AFM image in FIG. 6A is a nano-mesh having a lateral size of about 100 to 400 nm.
The flaky tantalum oxide particles with mesh structure obtained as a dispersion solution can control the pH and electrolyte concentration of the liquid phase, and can reaggregate the flaky particles with mesh structure by heating or freeze-drying. Thus, fine particles having a high specific surface area can be produced at a low temperature. At this time, it can be reconstructed into a layered compound sandwiching various cationic species by coexisting alkali ions or organic molecules. In addition, by using an electrostatic self-organization reaction with organic polymers such as polycations and inorganic polymers obtained from exfoliation of composite hydroxides, composite materials can be derived, and various substrates can be used. It is possible to form a film layer-by-layer on top (eg, Si, SiO 2 , ITO, Al, Ni, etc.). For example, when layered layer-by-layer with organic cations on an SiO 2 substrate, the light absorption peak increases in proportion to the number of times flaky tantalum oxide is adsorbed as shown in FIG. It is possible to synthesize an ultrathin film having absorption characteristics or film thickness. As a result, application to an extremely thin multilayer capacitor or the like is also conceivable.
Since the flaky tantalum oxide having a mesh structure of the present invention exhibits a photocatalytic reaction with a band gap of 5.3 eV, the organic component is decomposed and removed by irradiating the composite material using the same material with ultraviolet rays or heating. Can be modified. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 8, since light-induced hydrophilicity is also exhibited, application development to a thin film material utilizing the same functionality is possible.
Tantalum oxide is a substance that is excellent in chemical resistance and heat resistance and has a particularly high chemical stability. The flaky tantalum oxide having a mesh structure according to the present invention has holes that can be a path through which lithium ions can permeate the sheet, and thus has excellent characteristics as a coating material for electrode materials such as lithium ion secondary batteries. Expected to demonstrate.
The starting material layered tantalum oxide RbTaO 3 is known to exhibit ferroelectric properties, and the tantalum oxide nanomesh obtained by exfoliating the layered tantalum oxide also exhibits high dielectric constant and ferroelectric properties. Can be expected. Currently, as electronic devices such as mobile phones and personal computers are miniaturized, the thinning of the ferroelectric film has become an important research subject. However, in a system that has been put to practical use as a bulk material so far, such as BaTiO 3 , the performance is extremely deteriorated by being thinned. Therefore, a search for a new material that replaces these has been actively conducted. The tantalum oxide nanomesh obtained from the exfoliation of the layered tantalum oxide according to the present invention has a feature that the thickness is 1 nm or less, and is rich in material moldability such as the layer-by-layer method described above. Applications are also highly expected.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described based on examples. However, these examples are for the purpose of disclosure as an aid for easily understanding the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention.
実施例1;
Example 1;
Ta 2 O 5 and Rb 2 CO 3 were mixed at a ratio of 1: 1.02, pre-fired at 700 ° C. for 1 hour, ground and mixed again, and then fired at 900 ° C. for 20 hours. It was confirmed from the powder X-ray diffraction pattern (FIG. 9) of the fired product that RbTaO 3 was obtained in a single phase.
FIG. 9 shows a powder X-ray diffraction pattern of a substance obtained by reacting the synthesized powder sample (RbTaO 3 ) with a 1N aqueous hydrochloric acid solution. By treatment with hydrochloric acid, the diffraction peak of d = 0.81 nm (2θ = 10.9 °) due to reflection between the layers of the original layered compound RbTaO 3 disappears, and d = 0.71 nm (2θ = 12.1 °) is newly added. A diffraction peak was detected. This suggests that the interlayer distance is reduced by exchanging Rb + between the layers with protons or oxonium ions. Furthermore, 2θ = 28.1 °, 33.2 °, 37.5 °, 42.9 ° can be attributed to the original two-dimensional periodic structure of the host layer (22, 13, 40, 04, respectively). From the fact that the diffraction lines were detected, it was found that the ion exchange reaction between the layers proceeded without breaking the structure of the host layer with the acid treatment.
Next, when the number of days of hydrochloric acid treatment is increased, the amount of Rb + between layers in RbTaO 3 can be reduced, although the X-ray diffraction pattern hardly changes. However, although the ion exchange has progressed by about 90% by the first hydrochloric acid treatment (solid-liquid ratio = 1 g / 100 cm 3 ), the amount of rubidium ions is slightly reduced after the second time. This is almost the same in the case of 1N or more hydrochloric acid treatment using the same solid-liquid ratio. Finally, in order to remove the single layer, it is necessary to reduce Rb + as much as possible, and considering the economic efficiency, it is appropriate to perform ion exchange a few times with 1N hydrochloric acid. .
As described above, as the optimum ion exchange conditions, RbTaO 3 powder and 1N hydrochloric acid aqueous solution were mixed and stirred at a ratio of (solution) / (solid) = 100 cm 3 / g. This was repeated three times, and after ion exchange treatment, the solid residue was recovered by washing with water and air drying. Chemical analysis revealed that the solid was hydrogen ion-substituted layered tantalate powder (Rb 0.11 H 0.89 TaO 3 · 1.2H 2 O).
0.4 g of the above hydrogen-type layered tantalate powder was added to 100 cm 3 of tetrabutylammonium hydroxide aqueous solution (TBAOH) and shaken (180 rpm) at room temperature for about 10 days. At this time, when the concentration of TBAOH was changed to a molar ratio TBA + / H + = 0.1 to 20 with the ion-exchangeable protons in the solid, a milky white solution in the range of TBA + / H + = 1 to 10 was obtained. was gotten. The colloidal solution was separated by centrifuging these solutions at a rotational speed of 2000 rpm for 10 minutes and removing the unpeeled components that had settled. X-ray diffraction measurement (see FIG. 4) was performed at a relative humidity of 95% on the pasty sol obtained by further centrifuging the colloidal solution at 10,000 rpm for 30 minutes.
As a result, a halo based on single-layer peeling and a diffraction line based on a swollen phase were detected at a low angle. This halo is strong evidence that the layered tantalum oxide having a mesh structure has been subdivided to a single layer level. Here, as the TBA + / H + ratio increases, the peak intensity of the swollen phase increases and the interplanar spacing also decreases. Therefore, the peeling phenomenon of RbTaO 3 depends on the ratio of TBA + / H +. Obviously. The amount of sol component produced was determined by ignition analysis. When TBA + / H + = 1, the amount of sol component was about 0.3 g (about 75% monolayer peeling) with respect to the charged amount of 0.4 g. I found out.
When the UV absorption spectrum (FIG. 2) of the colloidal solution obtained under the condition of TBA + / H + = 1 was measured, a strong absorption peak was observed at around 200 nm. Moreover, since the strength follows Lambert-Beer's law as shown in the inset in FIG. 2, it is shown that the layered tantalum oxide is dispersed as fine particles of tantalum oxide in the aqueous solution by single layer peeling. It was done. Further, when plotting the square of the energy of the absorbed photon on the vertical axis of this spectrum, the rising edge of the absorption peak becomes a straight line, and it was found that the spectrum has a band gap based on a direct transition of about 5.3 eV.
Next, a colloidal solution containing a single layer peeling component was dropped on a Cu grid, and TEM observation was performed. As shown in the TEM image of FIG. 3A, it was found that the single-layer peeling component contains a sheet-like substance having a very low contrast. This thin contrast shows that it has been subdivided to the nano level by the single layer peeling of the mother crystal. In the electron diffraction pattern of the sheet-like substance in the colloid shown in FIG. 3B, diffraction spots belonging to the two-dimensional periodic structures 02, 22, 13, 40, and 40 are observed as in the bulk host layer. It was. This result is the basis that the sheet-like material in the colloid forms a two-dimensional skeleton having the same mesh structure as the host layer of the starting material shown in FIG.
The Si substrate whose surface was cleaned was immersed in 100 cm 3 of an aqueous solution of polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride (pH 9, 2.5 gdm −3 , NaCl 0.05 mol), and the surface was coated with polycation. Next, the colloidal solution obtained from the condition of TBA + / H + = 1 was diluted 1/50 with ultrapure water (specific resistance value: 18 MΩcm), adjusted to pH 9 with hydrochloric acid, and then immersed in the Si substrate. did. At this time, since the flaky tantalum oxide having a mesh structure separated from the single layer has a negative charge, it could be preferentially adsorbed on the substrate by a layer-by-layer self-assembly reaction with a polycation.
The result of AFM observation of the obtained thin film sample is shown in FIG. In FIG. 6A, a large number of sheet-like substances having a lateral size of about 100 nm to 400 nm can be observed. From the cross-sectional profile of the sheet-like material shown in FIG. 6 (b), it was found that the thickness was about 1 nm, indicating that it was a flaky material having a large two-dimensional anisotropy. This observation result is in agreement with the result of TEM observation in FIG.
Next, when the in-plane diffraction measurement (see FIG. 5) of the thin film sample was performed, 14 peaks were observed between 1 / d = 2 nm −1 and 9 nm −1 . These peaks could all be indexed with a two-dimensional rectangular lattice similar to the starting host layer. The diffraction peaks based on these two-dimensional periods are in agreement with the results of electron diffraction, indicating that flaky tantalum oxide having a thickness of about 1 nm retains the mesh structure of the starting host layer. As a result of analysis by the least square method using the assigned index, the two-dimensional lattice of flaky tantalum oxide was a = 0.9567 (1) nm and b = 0.8490 (2) nm.
As described above, it is clear that the flaky tantalum oxide observed by AFM retains a host layer structure having an open channel of the parent phase from the results of electron diffraction and synchrotron radiation in-plane diffraction measurement. From the thickness of the sheet, the obtained flaky material corresponds to one host layer of the original layered compound, and thus was found to be a tantalum oxide flaky material having a mesh structure, that is, “tantalum oxide nanomesh”. Above, by mixing and shaking the bulky ammonium ion according to the present invention, the layered tantalum oxide having a host layer of mesh structure Rb 1-x H x TaO 3 · nH 2 O (0 ≦ x ≦ 1,0 ≦ n A single-layer exfoliation phenomenon of ≦ 2) was induced, and it was shown that it can be taken out as an ultrathin sheet-like substance “tantalum oxide nanomesh”.
実施例2;
Example 2;
Polydiallyldimethylammonium (PDDA: pH 9, 2.5 gdm −3 , NaCl
0.05 mol containing, immersed for 20 minutes) The Si substrate was immersed in 100 cm 3 of an aqueous solution, and the surface was coated with polycation. Next, the flaky tantalum oxide colloidal solution obtained from the condition of TBA + / H + = 1 in Example 1 was diluted with ultrapure water (specific resistance value: 18 MΩcm), and after adjusting the pH with hydrochloric acid, the Si substrate was prepared. Soaking tantalum oxide nanomesh was adsorbed. As a condition for synthesizing a tantalum oxide nanomesh single layer film having a high coverage (about 80%) as shown in FIG. 10 from the results of AFM observation of each thin film sample laminated by changing the dilution rate and pH conditions, It has been found that immersing for 20 minutes at a concentration of flaky tantalum oxide colloidal solution of 0.03 g / l or more and pH of 10 or more is optimal.
Next, using a diluted flaky tantalum oxide colloidal solution (0.03 gdm −3 , pH 10.2) and PDDA aqueous solution (containing pH 9, 2.5 gdm −3 , NaCl 0.5 mol) alternately on the SiO 2 substrate Lamination was performed. First, the substrate was immersed in a PDDA solution for 20 minutes to adsorb polycations, washed with water, and then immersed in a flaky tantalum oxide colloidal solution to synthesize a single layer film. The process of immersing again in the PDDA solution for 20 minutes and then immersing in the flaky tantalum oxide colloidal solution was repeated 9 times. At this time, the result of monitoring by ultraviolet / visible absorption spectrum measurement every time the tantalum oxide nanomesh is adsorbed is shown in FIG.
Also in the tantalum oxide nanomesh adsorbed on the substrate, a peak top was observed in the vicinity of 200 nm as in the ultraviolet / visible absorption spectrum of the colloidal solution in FIG. From the plot of the peak top and the number of laminations, it became clear that the absorbance increased in proportion to the number of laminations. This indicates that layer-by-layer alternating stacking occurs due to electrostatic self-assembly reaction between the tantalum oxide nanomesh and the organic cation. Further, in the X-ray diffraction pattern (FIG. 11) of the sample in which the tantalum oxide nanomesh was laminated a total of 10 times, a diffraction peak of d = 1.59 nm corresponding to the distance between the laminated upper and lower nanomesh and its secondary Lines were observed, indicating a multilayer film with an organic / inorganic hybrid superlattice with accumulated tantalum oxide nanomesh.
As described above, the tantalum oxide nanomesh of the present invention can be arbitrarily designed from a single layer film to a multilayer film having a superlattice structure by a layer-by-layer self-assembly reaction with a polycation utilizing the negative charge. It was shown that there is.
実施例3;
Example 3;
The tantalum oxide nanomesh monolayer film of Example 2 was kept in a dark place for 5 weeks, and after dropping ultrapure water (specific resistance value: 18 MΩcm) on the surface, the contact angle was measured to find 19.8 ± 2. It was twice. This sample was irradiated with ultraviolet light (257 nm or less, integrated intensity 110 mW) using a HgXe lamp. As a result, as shown in FIG. 8, the contact angle tended to decrease as the irradiation time increased. At this time, when ultraviolet rays were irradiated for 300 minutes or more, the contact angle decreased to about 5 to 7 degrees, indicating that the tantalum oxide nanomesh exhibited light-induced superhydrophilicity.
In the above embodiments, an example of using the RbTaO 3 as the starting material, if layered compound having a similar mesh structure RbTaO 3, considered can also be used compounds other than RbTaO 3, There is no reason to exclude this. However, although ATaO 3 (A = Li, Na, K) is known as an alkali layered tantalum oxide having the same composition ratio, none of these layered compounds having a mesh structure in the host layer has been reported. . On the other hand, although it has been reported that CsTaO 3 has a monoclinic unit cell, details of the structure are not clear. Among the materials that can be used as starting materials, RbTaO 3 is most preferred at this stage.

In the present invention, a layered tantalum oxide having a structure in which a host layer having a mesh structure in which open channels are regularly arranged is accumulated is peeled off as a single layer to form a flaky mesh structure having excellent film forming properties and coating properties. In particular, the flaky oxide having a mesh structure according to the present invention has holes that allow ions to pass through the sheet, and is excellent in chemical stability and chemical resistance. It is expected to exhibit excellent properties as a coating material for the electrode material.
Furthermore, the original layered tantalum oxide has a high dielectric constant and is known as a ferroelectric, and the flaky tantalum nanomesh obtained by the present invention is also expected to exhibit similar characteristics. In recent years, as electronic devices such as mobile phones and personal computers are rapidly downsized, the thinning of the ferroelectric material that forms the basis of these devices has become an important research subject. Among them, tantalum oxide, which is small, has a large capacity, and has a long life, has been put into practical use and widely used for solid electrolytic capacitors. The tantalum oxide nanomesh obtained from the exfoliation of the layered tantalum oxide according to the present invention has a feature that the thickness is 1 nm or less, and is excellent in material formability by the above-described layer-by-layer method. Dielectric materials are expected to be produced.
That is, flaky tantalum oxide having a mesh structure is provided by the present invention, and it is expected to be actively used and utilized in material design that requires the same component, including the above-described uses.
