Abstract
【解決手段】出湯栓7が閉栓され、且つ、バーナが燃焼中であるときに診断を開始する。診断に際しては、先ず、熱交換器4への通水を停止してバーナを消火し、その後の出湯温度センサ20の検出温度の上昇量が所定の閾値以上になったときに異常有りと判別する。

Claims (5)
- 給湯用の熱交換器と、熱交換器にその上流側の給水路から供給される水を加熱するバーナと、熱交換器の下流側の出湯路に熱交換器から送り出される温水の温度を検出する出湯温度検出手段とを有する給湯器を備え、出湯路の下流端が給水路に接続され、出湯路に、出湯栓が接続されると共に、熱交換器から出湯路に送り出された温水を給水路を介して熱交換器に戻す循環ポンプが介設された循環型給湯装置において、
出湯栓が閉栓されているという第1の条件と、バーナが燃焼中という第2の条件とが成立しているか否かを判別する条件判別手段と、
条件判別手段で第1と第2の両条件が成立していると判別されたときに、熱交換器の異常の有無を診断する診断手段とを備え、
診断手段は、熱交換器への通水を停止してバーナの燃焼を停止させる停止手段と、停止手段による通水停止後の出湯温度検出手段の検出温度の上昇量が所定の閾値以上になったときに異常有りと判別する異常判別手段とを備えることを特徴とする循環型給湯装置。 - 前記閾値は、前記停止手段による通水停止直前のバーナの燃焼量に応じて可変設定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の循環型給湯装置。
- 前記給水路を介して前記熱交換器に供給される水の温度を検出する給水温度検出手段を備え、前記条件判別手段は給水温度検出手段の検出温度が所定温度以上であるときに前記第1の条件が成立していると判断するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の循環型給湯装置。
- 前記給水路に介設した流量調節弁を備え、給水路の流量調節弁の介設位置より上流側の部分に前記出湯路の下流端が接続され、前記停止手段は流量調節弁を閉弁して前記熱交換器への通水を停止するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項記載の循環型給湯装置。
- 前記診断手段による診断を行うときに診断中であることを表示する表示手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項記載の循環型給湯装置。
