Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a pile fabric excellent in texture and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a pile fabric to which amino-modified silicone is attached and a method for producing the same.
Pile fabrics such as woven piles, high piles, and bores are used for artificial fur, stuffed animals, carpets, and the like. As the pile fabric, various types such as those characterized by a soft texture and those imitating the appearance of natural fur are used. In particular, pile fabrics having a soft texture tend to be preferred, and various means are being studied in order to impart a soft texture to the pile fabric.
In order to impart a soft texture to the pile fabric, it is effective to soften the fibers used in the pile raised portions, and the amino-modified silicone is added to the fibers in the fiber production process or the stage after dyeing. There has been proposed a method of adhering to (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Thus, the fiber to which the amino-modified silicone is adhered has a soft texture and has relatively good washing resistance. However, in the above-described method, a so-called oil scale is removed in the fiber manufacturing process, so that a so-called oil scale is generated, or water repellency is increased, so that it is difficult for glue to adhere in the back coating process of the pile processing process. There were drawbacks such as easy removal. Further, static electricity is likely to be generated when the spun yarn or sliver is produced, and processing troubles such as the smooth spun yarn or sliver being prevented from being produced by the static electricity have occurred.
In addition, a method is described in which a polyamine polyamide-based softening agent is adhered to fibers to obtain a soft texture (see, for example, Patent Document 2). When such a cationic softening agent is used, there is little generation of oil scale in the fiber production process, and static generation in the processing process is relatively small, but the soft texture does not reach that of amino-modified silicone, and washing Durability due to the above was also insufficient.
Therefore, in view of the above situation, the present invention intends to solve the problem of processing due to generation of static electricity while maintaining the soft texture and washing resistance obtained by attaching amino-modified silicone to the fiber. Another object of the present invention is to provide a high-quality pile fabric that eliminates pile hair loss in the pile processing step, and a manufacturing method that can produce the pile fabric with good productivity.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the pile fabric according to the present invention is obtained by immersing the pile fabric in an aqueous solution of amino-modified silicone after back coating in which the back side of the pile fabric is glued in the processing step of the pile fabric. It is characterized in that 0.1 to 5% by weight of the amino-modified silicone is adhered to the entire pile fabric.
Here, the pile fabric refers to a fabric having a looped pile or tufted pile (one obtained by cutting the loop) on the surface of the base fabric, and is not particularly limited to one obtained by weaving. For example, the concept includes those obtained by knitting.
Further, the method for producing a pile fabric according to the present invention includes a process for producing a pile fabric, wherein the pile fabric is treated with an aqueous solution of an amino-modified silicone during or after finishing the pile fabric after the back coating in which the back surface of the pile fabric is glued. It is characterized in that the amino-modified silicone is adhered by immersing in water.
Furthermore, after the pile fabric is immersed in an aqueous solution of amino-modified silicone, it is preferably dehydrated with a nip roll or a centrifugal dehydrator until the liquid content becomes 70% or less, and dried with a dryer.
Here, the liquid content indicates the weight ratio of the emulsion aqueous solution when the total weight of the dry weight of the pile fabric and the emulsion aqueous solution of amino-modified silicone contained in the pile fabric is 100%. Yes, for example, a liquid content of 70% indicates that (dry weight of pile fabric) :( weight of aqueous emulsion of amino-modified silicone) = 30: 70.
The pile fabric according to the invention of the present application as described above is applied to the entire pile fabric by immersing the pile fabric in an aqueous solution of amino-modified silicone after back coating in which the back side of the pile fabric is glued in the processing step of the pile fabric. By attaching 0.1 to 5% by weight of the amino-modified silicone, it is possible to prevent pile hair from being removed in the pile processing process while maintaining a soft texture and washing durability. Since the amino-modified silicone can be attached not only to the fibers of the raised portions but also to the entire pile fabric including the ground yarn, the softness of the entire fabric is improved and the draping property is excellent.
Further, according to the method for manufacturing a pile fabric according to the present invention, in the pile fabric processing step, the pile fabric is made of an amino-modified silicone during or after the pile fabric finishing step after back coating in which the back surface of the pile fabric is glued. When the amino-modified silicone is adhered by dipping in an aqueous emulsion, static electricity is less likely to be generated when a spun yarn or sliver is produced, and stable production is possible without processing troubles due to the generation of the static electricity.
Further, after the pile fabric is immersed in an aqueous solution of amino-modified silicone, it is dehydrated with a nip roll or a centrifugal dehydrator until the liquid content becomes 70% or less, and dried with a drier to obtain a pile fabric. The adhesion amount of amino-modified silicone can be controlled, and drying can be performed quickly, resulting in good productivity.
As described above, the pile fabric of the present invention is immersed in an aqueous solution of an amino-modified silicone after back coating in which the back side of the pile fabric is glued in the processing step of the pile fabric. The amino-modified silicone is deposited in an amount of 0.1 to 5% by weight.
As the amino-modified silicone, those commercially available for general fibers can be used, and those having a viscosity of about 100 to 100,000 mPa · S and amine equivalents of about 300 to 100,000 g / mol can be mentioned.
When the amino-modified silicone is adhered to the pile fabric, a solution obtained by dissolving the amino-modified silicone in an organic solvent such as hexane may be used. However, in consideration of the working environment and safety, an emulsion aqueous solution is used by using an emulsifier. It is industrially advantageous to use the above. Further, the temperature of the emulsion aqueous solution is preferably about 0 to 70 ° C., because a stable emulsion is obtained and amino-modified silicone can be uniformly attached to the pile fabric, and more preferably 20 to 60 ° C. . The concentration of the amino-modified silicone in the emulsion aqueous solution is preferably 1 to 20% by weight because it is easy to uniformly adhere the amino-modified silicone to the pile fabric, and more preferably 1 to 5% by weight.
The adhesion amount of the amino-modified silicone in the pile fabric according to the present invention is 0.1 to 5% by weight, so that the fabric has flexibility and washing resistance while maintaining the texture of the fiber material. Can be sufficiently provided, and more preferably 0.2 to 3% by weight.
Although there is no limitation in particular in the fiber used when producing the pile fabric of this invention, an acrylic fiber or a polyester fiber is suitable.
Also, the cross-sectional shape and fineness of the fiber are not particularly limited, but the cross-section is suitable for a circular shape, a horseshoe shape, an ellipse, a Y shape, a heart shape, and the like. 0.5 to 22 dtex is preferable, and 0.5 to 8 dtex is more preferable.
The method for producing a pile fabric according to the present invention does not attach the amino-modified silicone during the fiber production process or at the fiber stage after dyeing, but after the back coating in which the back surface of the pile fabric is glued in the pile fabric processing step. It is characterized in that the amino-modified silicone is adhered by immersing the pile fabric in an aqueous emulsion solution of amino-modified silicone during or after the pile fabric finishing step.
That is, after weaving or knitting a pile fabric according to a normal procedure and further performing a back coating for pasting the back side of the pile fabric, the pile fabric is immersed in an amino-modified silicone emulsion aqueous solution, and 0.1 to 5 A weight percent amino-modified silicone is deposited, more preferably 0.2 to 3 weight percent. The timing for attaching the amino-modified silicone may be any timing from immediately after the back coating to after finishing the pile fabric.
After the pile fabric is dipped in the amino-modified silicone emulsion solution, the liquid content is 70% or less, more preferably 60%, using a nip roll or a centrifugal dehydrator in order to control the amount of amino-modified silicone adhering and to improve the drying efficiency. The dehydration should be performed so that the liquid content is within the above range, and the dehydration may be continued until the liquid content becomes constant.
Compared to the case where amino-modified silicone is directly attached to the fiber, when the amino-modified silicone is attached to the pile fabric with an emulsion aqueous solution as in the present invention, a step of sufficiently drying is required. However, by performing dehydration in advance as described above before drying, the subsequent drying process can be performed quickly. Drying after dehydration can be performed at 60 to 140 ° C. with a dryer, and further finished with a polisher, whereby the pile fabric according to the present invention can be manufactured.

After that, crimping was performed with a stuffing box, and after cutting, an acrylic synthetic fiber having a circular cross section of 3.3 dtex and a cut length of 38 mm was obtained. After dyeing this fiber in dark gray, a sliver was made with 100% of this fiber. The resulting sliver is knitted into a pile fabric with a sliver knit machine, glued to the back of the pile fabric in the back coating process, and processed normally in the polisher, brush, and shearing processes to create a pile with a pile length of 12 mm did. Thereafter, an emulsion of amino-modified silicone (amine equivalent 2000 g / mol, viscosity 1000 mPa · S, CAS number 71750-79-3) (emulsifier is 33 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene tridecyl ether with respect to 100 parts by weight of amino-modified silicone) Was diluted with water so that the amino-modified silicone was 2.5% by weight, and an emulsion aqueous solution was prepared. The hyperpile was immersed in the emulsion aqueous solution at a temperature of 50 ° C. Thereafter, the high pile was squeezed with a nip roll to make the liquid content 60%, and then the liquid content was made 20% with a centrifugal dehydrator. This high pile was passed through a pin tenter set at 130 ° C. for 3 minutes and dried. Then, polisher and shearing were performed, the hair was lined up, and it was finished in the final pile fabric (high pile). Table 1 shows the amount of amino-modified silicone adhered to the finished pile fabric and the results of each evaluation.

(Comparative Example 2)
An acrylic copolymer composed of acrylonitrile (AN) / vinyl chloride / sodium styrenesulfonate = 50/49/1 was dissolved in acetone to prepare a spinning dope so that the polymer concentration was 27% by weight. After adding 0.5% by weight of titanium oxide to the spinning solution with respect to the copolymer, acetone / water = 30 / through a nozzle having a perfect circle shape, a diameter of 0.08 mm, and a pore number of 10,000. Spinning into a coagulation bath at 70, 20 ° C., stretching 3 times while washing with water, and then swelled acrylic synthetic fiber after washing with water, an amino-modified silicone (amine equivalent 2000 g / mol, viscosity) at 50 ° C. 400 mPa · S, CAS No. 71750-79-3) emulsion (emulsifier is 25% by weight of polyoxyethylene alkyl ether with respect to 100 parts by weight of amino-modified silicone) is attached to 0.5% by weight and dried at 130 ° C. Further, the film was stretched twice and further relaxed by 5% at 155 ° C. Thereafter, crimping was performed using a stuffing box, and after cutting, a staple having 3.3% of horseshoe-shaped cross section and 0.4% by weight of amino-modified silicone having a fiber length of 38 mm was obtained. A sliver is prepared from 100% of the staple fibers, and the resulting sliver is knitted into a pile fabric with a sliver knit machine, and glued to the back side of the pile fabric in a back coating process, and is usually used in the polisher, brush, and shearing processes. Processing was performed to finish a pile fabric (high pile) as a final product having a pile length of 12 mm. Table 1 shows the amount of amino-modified silicone adhered to the finished pile fabric and the results of each evaluation.
As shown in Table 1, the pile fabrics of Examples 1 to 3 to which 0.4 to 0.5% by weight of amino-modified silicone was attached had a texture very similar to animal hair, and the results of evaluation of the amount of hair loss Was less than 2.0 g / m 2, and it was difficult for hair loss to occur. In addition, static electricity is less likely to be generated when a spun yarn or a sliver is produced, and there is no processing trouble due to the generation of the static electricity, and stable production is possible. Furthermore, the amount of amino-modified silicone adhered to the pile fabric could be controlled and quickly dried by dehydrating with a nip roll until the liquid content became a certain value or less and then drying with a dryer. . On the other hand, the pile fabric of Comparative Example 1 to which no amino-modified silicone was attached had a hair loss evaluation of 1.6 g / m 2 and it was difficult for hair loss to occur, but the texture was slightly inferior. In addition, the pile fabric of Comparative Example 2 to which amino-modified silicone was adhered in the fiber processing step had a texture in which the raised portions were very close to animal hair, but the evaluation of the amount of hair loss was 5.0 g / m 2 . It was found that hair loss is likely to occur.
