Abstract
【解決手段】系統電源に接続する分電盤14と、系統電源と分電盤14との間に設けられた遮断器32と、二次電池16とを設け、燃料電池システム11内に設けられたパワーコンディショナ(PCS)13の出力を分電盤14に供給する。パワーコンディショナ13において系統電源の停電を検出したときに、パワーコンディショナ13は燃料電池システム11の動作を停止させるとともに、停電検出信号を遮断器32に送出して遮断器32を開放状態(遮断状態)にする。遮断器32が開放状態であるときに、二次電池16から分電盤134を介して電力によって燃料電池システム11を始動させ、始動後は燃料電池システム11から分電盤13に交流電力が供給されるようにする。

Claims (8)
- 系統電源に連系する燃料電池システムを有する非常電源システムであって、
前記系統電源に接続するとともに負荷に電力を供給する分電盤と、
前記系統電源と分電盤との間に設けられた遮断器と、
前記燃料電池システム内に設けられ、燃料電池から直流電力を交流電力に変換して前記分電盤に供給する第1のパワーコンディショナと、
二次電池と、
前記二次電池から直流電力を交流電力に変換して前記分電盤に供給する第2のパワーコンディショナと、
を備え、
前記第1のパワーコンディショナにおいて前記系統電源の停電を検出したときに、前記第1のパワーコンディショナは前記燃料電池システムの動作を停止させるとともに、停電検出信号を前記遮断器に送出して前記遮断器を開放状態にし、
前記遮断器が開放状態であるときに、前記二次電池から前記第2のパワーコンディショナを介して供給される電力によって前記燃料電池システムを始動でき、始動後は該燃料電池システムから前記分電盤に交流電力が供給されるようにした、非常電源システム。 - 前記分電盤に接続される負荷は、通常負荷と非常負荷であり、前記系統電源が通常動作しているときは前記通常負荷及び前記非常負荷に電力が供給され、前記遮断器が開放状態にあって前記燃料電池システムが始動した後には、前記非常負荷のみに電力が供給される、請求項1に記載の非常電源システム。
- 前記非常負荷の負荷容量は前記燃料電池システムの定格出力未満である、請求項2に記載の非常電源システム。
- 前記遮断器が開放状態にあるときに前記系統電源が復旧した場合に、前記燃料電池システムの運転が停止され、その後、前記遮断器が導通状態に戻され、前記遮断器が導通状態に戻された後に、前記燃料電池システムが再始動される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の非常電源システム。
- 前記燃料電池システムの定格出力1kWあたり、前記二次電池の定格容量が300W・h未満である、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の電源システム。
- 前記燃料電池システムは、炭化水素を燃料とする燃料電池を有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の電源システム。
- 燃料電池システムと系統電源とを連系させ、負荷に電力を供給するために使用される分電盤であって、
前記燃料電池システムに接続する母線と、
前記母線と前記系統電源との間に設けられ、前記燃料電池システムが前記系統電源における停電を検出したときに前記燃料電池システムから送られてくる信号によって開放状態となる遮断器と、
を備え、
二次電池が出力する直流電力を変換して得られた交流電力を前記母線に供給可能であって、前記遮断器が開放状態にあるときに前記二次電池から供給される電力によって前記燃料電池システムを始動できるようにした分電盤。 - 通常負荷と非常負荷が接続され、前記系統電源が通常動作しているときは前記通常負荷及び前記非常負荷に電力を供給し、前記遮断器が開放状態にあって前記燃料電池システムが始動した後には、前記非常負荷のみに電力を供給する、請求項7に記載の分電盤。
