Claims (10)
- 機械部品の製造方法(200)であって、
焼結プリフォームを配設するために機械部品の表面(114)の少なくとも一部を下準備する工程(202)と、
1種以上の耐摩耗材の所定分量と1種以上のろう付け材の所定分量とを混合することを含む、予備焼結プリフォーム複合耐摩耗混合物を形成する工程(204)と、
所定の寸法を有する予備焼結プリフォームを成形する工程(206)と、
焼結プリフォームを形成する工程(208)と、
機械部品に焼結プリフォームを配置する工程(210)と、
ろう付けによって焼結プリフォームを機械部品の少なくとも一部に固定して連結する工程(212)
とを含む方法。 - 表面(114)の少なくとも一部を下準備する工程(202)が、機械部品の表面の少なくとも一部から、弱く付着した表面汚染物質、塗工コーティング材、金属不純物及び表面の凹凸を除去することを含む、請求項1記載の機械部品の製造方法(200)。

- 前記複合耐摩耗材が所定の融点を有していて、その融点が基材表面(114)の融点よりも低い、請求項4記載の機械部品。
- 前記耐摩耗材が実質的にコバルト基合金からなり、該合金がクロム及びモリブデンを含む、請求項4記載の機械部品。
- 前記ろう付け材が実質的にコバルト基合金からなり、該合金がクロム、ニッケル及びホウ素を含んでいて、ホウ素が基材表面(114)中に拡散する、請求項4記載の機械部品。
